Urbanization has the potential to create inequality and exclusion in economic development and development and lead to slums. Slums can also occur because residents are unable to meet basic housing basic needs. This phenomenon also occurs in Krajan Pasar Kampung Krian which is located around the center of the area. However, slums have potential for their inhabitants from the social and economic side. The importance of handling slums in the context of sustainable development has become a global issue. This research aims to determine the strategies of inclusive development in slum upgrading on public facilities and application of inclusive development principles. This research is a descriptive case study, used a mixed methods approach, and uses SWOT analysis. Based on the research results, it is known that the concept of inclusive development consists of; improving the quality and provision of public facilities; increasing performance of accessibility, affordability, resilience, and sustainability; and cooperate with the of Krian's Market manager in slum upgrading.

Sensors of various types are built into the majority of current smartphones each with a distinct function that aids the device's performance. Micro-Electro-Mechanical System (MEMS) inertial sensors, such as gyroscopes (gyros) and accelerometers, are built into smartphones. These embedded inertial sensors have improved user experience and accelerated smartphone development and it can be used to detect events or collect information about human activities. Additionally, machine learning algorithms applied to smartphone sensor data could have a wide range of uses in entertainment, health care, finance and other fields. There have been massive financial gains when a smartphone is utilized to provide telemedicine and remote healthcare assistance. This paper provides a brief overview of all the recent work that have been done in the medical care field by utilizing inertial navigation sensors (gyroscopes and accelerometers) whether the inertial sensors were used together or separately. The goal of this review is to outline the most recent trends in four topics. First, we’ll go over fall detection systems released research publications. Second, we'll go over the most recent scholarly papers on human activity monitoring systems that have been published. Third, we’ll review the most recently released research publications on epilepsy detection. Last, we’ll look over the recently released papers on Parkinson’s disease. This work also includes some important applications that use external inertial sensors for comparison purposes.

The limitation of high quality water reduces every year, especially in urban cities, especially in Indonesia. This research aims to determine the quality of water. Sampling method in this research is using random sampling by collect the sample at several places, such as Bogor, Jakarta, Bekasi City and Bekasi Regency. The parameters tested is a physical analysis such as temperature and EC (Electrical Conductivity). The result shown that a) the clean water and laundry water has temperature in the range of 30°C – 32° C, b) EC value of clean water is in the range of 130 250 μS/cm and EC value of laundry water is in the range of 310 440 μS/cm. Clean water is still safe for use in daily activities and laundry water is still safe to be thrown into the environment.

With the rapid advancement of information technology and network, it's becoming increasingly difficult to keep up, as well as the rapid expansion of data center size, energy consumption as a percentage of IT investment is increasing. As the amount of digital data grows, so does the need for greater storage space, which drives up the cost and performance of backups. Traditional backup solutions don't have any built-in protection against duplicate data being saved up. Duplicate data backups severely lengthen backup times and consume needless resources. Data deduplication is critical for removing redundant data and lowering storage costs. Data deduplication is a new technique of compressing data that helps with storage efficiency while also proving to be a more efficient technique of dealing with duplicate data. Deduplication enables a single data copy to be uploaded to storage and subsequent copies to be provided with a pointer to the original stored copy. This paper consists of extensive literature survey and summarizes numerous storage approaches, concepts, and categories that are used in data reduplication. Also in this paper, the researchers carried out the survey for chunk based data deduplication techniques in detail.

The interchange of information over the internet and networks has grown fast. The Digital images occupy an important role in multimedia communications. Images are utilized in a variety of discipline, including biometric authentication, military, medical science; hence, their security become a major concern. The best solution for securing the data (in any form) is encryption. The recent encryption trend is chaos-based encryption. Image encryption approaches based on chaos have essential merits l. This paper surveys various aspects and approaches of chaos maps image encryption like PWLCM (piecewise linear chaotic map), logistic map, skew tent map. Considering security measurements like correlation analysis and keyspace when comparing image encryption techniques that use different chaotic maps.

Public green open space is a critical component that affects the quality of human life, both ecologically and socially-psychologically. Surabaya, a metropolitan city in Indonesia, is currently trying to meet the needs of public green open spaces. In the commercial area, the social needs of the Surabaya community towards their environment prove that commercial corridors require sustainable green open space arrangement, where socially sustainable can overcome the saturation in economic activities and also can improve environmental conditions. The method in this study uses case study research methods, synopsis, and incremental design methods. The method requires a systematic approach to the existing conditions of the corridor from the existing cases- preparation of criteria and the concept of sustainable public green open space complement the method. The results of the study are structuring urban space in social activities to reduce the saturation of commercial actors, such as by adding a seating area for relaxation for the community, a play area for recreation and an education area in the area around the pond. This result is following the representation of the criteria and concepts of research and structuring of public green open space, which proves that emphasizing social activities can apply sustainability to the study area. The arrangement is carried out in the median, road roundabout and other elements in the commercial corridor of Mayjen Yono Suwoyo according to several factors and structuring criteria.

ABSTRACT In order to contribute positively to the environmental and human health sensitivity, it is necessary to fight to reduce emissions of the diesel-induced pollutant. Ethanol is providing the notable potential to reduce particulate emissions in diesel engines since ethanol has lower carbon content than diesel fuel and it is oxygenated. In the present study, the effects of ethanol fumigation on engine performance and combustion characteristics and pollution emissions were investigated experimentally at eleven different engine speed in a turbocharged three-cylinder tractor diesel engine. The injector placed for spraying on the intake manifold was controlled by the ECU board developed as Arduino-based and the engine was driven with dual fuel. It was detected that cylinder gas pressure increased at the beginning of the combustion process and decreased during the last phase of combustion. The experimental results of the engine performance indicated for the ethanol fuel are higher than that of diesel fuel. HC emissions have declined considerably, and NOx emissions have decreased compared to diesel fuel at high speed.
