Recently, Kalman filter(KF)-based algorithms of tracking had demonstrated to be effective, however, their efficiency is limited by fixed feature selections and the possibility of model drift. In the presented research, we offer a new adaptive feature selection-based tracking approach that maintains the KF’s excellent discriminating power. Depending on scores of confidence regarding features in every one of frames, the suggested approach might select (automatically)either SIFT feature or the colour feature for the tracking. With a use of KF, a response map related to the SIFT features and color features are retrieved first. The color features that distinguish the luminance from the color are extracted using the Lab color space. Second, the average peak-to-correlation energy is used for the determination of the confidence region and the target's possible location. Finally, a total of 3 criteria have been utilized in order to choose the appropriate feature for present frame in order to execute adaptive tracking. On OTB benchmark datasets, the experimental findings show that the suggested tracker performs better in comparison with other state-of-art techniques.

Nowadays, the rapid spread of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (DCS) has led to a worldwide outbreak that has created many challenges for businesses: small and medium-sized businesses. However, small and medium-sized businesses face large industries and have many advantages over them; including added value, innovation, job creation, and more flexibility. The borderless coronavirus has also affected the economic situation, higher and lower prices of commercial goods, the relationships between countries and their governments, the opinions and projects of experts and economists throughout the world, and those countries' exports and imports in different areas. The closure and reduction of the level of economic activity have resulted in a reduction in labor and a reduction in labor demand and supply. As a result, as a result of the reduced capacity to collect taxes on economic activities and the measures needed to support businesses and those affected and increase government health care spending, the government's budgetary deficit will increase. In this paper, we attempted to examine the economic effects of the virus epidemic on businesses and economic activities at various levels. There should also be an examination of its positive and negative consequences for the organization. Finally, possible economic recovery scenarios of countries and crisis management solutions and immediate actions for businesses in times of coronavirus pandemic crisis are presented. Generally, this article attempts to provide solutions and experiences to be effective for businesses and help them safely overcome the barrier of critical conditions. Though, this can be accomplished by developing knowledge, raising awareness, and gathering information and experiences from others.

The IoT is quickly emerging as the most revolutionary exciting technology available today. It is a computer procedure in which sensors are used to create or support communication. IoT has become particularly effective in the healthcare sector in recent years, helping to raise the standard of patient care. Giving every member health help is crucial because health problems are becoming more prevalent. Due to their hectic lives, people today often neglect to take care of their health. Some individuals don't even care for their health. The patient's digital identification has been maintained by the healthcare system, which only recently began to communicate with IoT devices. Because mobile apps have increased doctor-patient communication, IoT in healthcare has been increasingly effective in recent years. Companies create these apps so that doctors can keep tabs on their patients' health. If any problems emerge, the doctor approaches the patient and provides the necessary treatment. Parents' top worry is that their children will pass away at any moment; hence this thesis lays a specific emphasis on neonatal healthcare. Therefore, the traditional approaches to baby care are first explored in this thesis. The patient's health can then be monitored using an experimental setup that is then designed and put into action. A commercial product that continuously monitors a baby's heartbeat, oxygen levelsand sleeping position has been found during this evaluation. If the infant has any issues, the information will get to the smartphone application, which was developed by a company and sold. The recorded data is then examined by conducting a sample field test on a baby. The mobile device receives data after analysis, and with help of a base station, processes it.

Occurrence of Agricultural drought in a river basin is associated with food insecurity. There is need to integrate agricultural drought characteristics in decision making within upper Tana River basin. In this research, characterization of spatio-temporal Agricultural Drought using Soil Moisture Deficit Index (SMDI), based on hydro-meteorological data was conducted. Eight meteorological stations with data for 41 years were used. The computation was interpolated using kriging interpolation technique within ArcGIS environment. The long-term soil-water was simulated using AquaCrop model. For station ID 9037112, the values of SMDI for dry season are lower than those for the wet seasons. It is deduced that the lower elevations of the basin in southeastern parts exhibit more drought-prone areas than those in the higher elevations at north-western areas. From this study, Severity-area-frequency curves (SAF) curves for 2, 5, 10, 20, 50 and 100-year return periods were developed. The analysis of spatio-temporal drought characteristics can be adopted for prioritized mitigation of agricultural drought impacts.

Recently, early brain tumor diagnosis has grown in importance as a study area recently. The patient's rateof survival rises with early tumor detection for primarytreatment. Because ofthe high processing overhead caused by the enormous volume regardingimage input to processing system, processing magnetic resonance image (MRI) for the early detection of tumors presents a problem. This led to a significant delay and a decline in system effectiveness. As a result, recently, there has been an increased requirement for an improved detection system for precise representation and segmentationfor accurate and fasterprocessing. Latestliterature has suggested the creation of novel methods depending onenhanced processing and learningfor the detection of brain tumors. This essay provides a succinct overview of the MRI-related advancements. The machine learning (ML)algorithms' capacity for fine processing and learninghas shown an enhancementin the efficiency and accuracy of processing for the detection of the brain tumor in existing automation systems. Restrictions, advantages, and outlook for future regardingthe present approaches for computer-aided diagnostics (CAD)in the detection of the brain tumor are discussed, along with current advances in automation related tobrain tumor detections. In the presented study, researcherexplore the history of numerous methods that have been put forth to image brain tumors across a variety of domains.

Diamond Motorindo is a company that produces four-wheeled vehicles, one of which is a Multi-Purpose Vehicle (MPV) type. In the MPV manufacturing process, the quality problem that is currently a trend is the AC Not Fill defect. Based on company data for the period March 2019 ~ February 2020, the defect continues to increase. The defect occurred due to the failure of filling the AC gas into the vehicle by the AC Filling Machine. This study aims to determine the OEE value of the AC filling machine is, the factors that cause machine failure that causes defects and can obtain improvement efforts to improve quality. The steps taken in this study are first to calculate the respective values of availability, performance, and rate of quality from the AC Filling Machine to find which variable has the lowest value with the OEE method. After obtaining the variable with the lowest value, the next step is to solve the problem of low variables by using the DMAIC method. After analyzing it, it can be concluded that the average OEE AC Filling Machine value during March 2019 ~ February 2020 is around 96%. This value is still below the target set by the company, which is 98%. What prevents the OEE value target from being achieved is the machine's low rate of quality. The contributing factors are humans, methods, machines/tools, and materials.

Vein recognition systems are a form of biometric recognition that can distinguish people according to their vascular structure. Identification from hand-wrist vein pattern is one of these systems. In this study, hand-wrist vein images taken from people using an infrared light source with a wavelength of 850 nm were segmented by passing through various image processing algorithms. Scale-independent feature transformation (SURF) method was used for key point extraction from segmented images. The features obtained by the SURF method are rotation, camera angle, ambient light intensity, etc. This method has been preferred because it is invariant against situations. In the identification process, the Euclidean distance method was used by making use of the extracted key points. The accuracy rate was determined as 97% as a result of the matching processes using the hand-wrist vein patterns in the database.
