Nowadays developments are things that will occur in an area, such as in the Sidem Beach of Tulungagung. This development has caused population growth to increase, increasing community needs will increase as it is bent on land use and also a mismatch between land use and its designation plan. This phenomenon caused changes in land use such as the seashore used for fishing settlement and that design area is not in accordance with the function. This problem has an impact on the narrowing of tourist areas on the coast, irregular parking locations and lack of clarity of access to coastal areas and surrounding areas. The study begins with an understanding relating to research that is about the urban design especially those located in coastal areas. This study uses description and triangulation analysis. This function is to obtain the truth of information and a complete picture of certain information. The researcher will use a semi-structured interview method with stakeholders and observation in actual data collection to improve the process of formulating specific criteria. The results of this study are designs with 10 aspects which are divided into two subjects, that is connectivity and land use with zoning, regional circulation, landscape arrangement, materials, and building integration. This is to solve the problem and to protect the environment from the destruction of assets that become the foundation of coastal tourism.

ABSTRACT The development of building construction in Indonesia is experiencing rapid development. In 2018, the total construction projects are predicted to increase by 3% compared to 2017. The concept of building high-rise buildings now uses the concept of green building. Where in the use of materials must be according to the approval of a green building consultant. This study uses roof covering material with solar panels, using these materials project planning becomes overbudget. Overbudget that occurs when planning with the green building concept is 15% of the initial contract. Therefore, the researcher will discuss the factors that influence the cost efficiency of the roof cover work of high-rise buildings. Processing data using SPSS tools (Statistical Package for Social Sciences). From this data processor with SPSS, there were 10 factors that caused the overbudget of roof cover work on the construction of high-rise buildings using wrong estimation techniques, complicated development requirements, inadequate project funding, not taking into account unexpected costs, inaccurate estimation of costs, data and incomplete project information, material selection according to work drawings, owner changes to design changes when construction is underway, lack of coordination between construction manager planner and estimated cost of building high-rise buildings. For this reason, look for factors that cause roof cover work in the construction of high-rise buildings.
使用SPSS工具(Statistical Package for Social Sciences)处理数据。

Two distinct generationsof granitiods in terms of space and time were identified in the Imori fields of north central Nigeria. The first generation is the Older Pan-Africa calc-alkaline granite suites(OPACG)which comprises the migmatite-gneiss and the porphyritic hornblende-biotite granite. The second group is the Younger Mesozoic alkali granite suites (YMAG).This comprises the rhyolite, biotite granite and arfvedsonite granite. The OPACGsuites are characterized by depletion in SiO2ranging from 63.30 wt % -68.38 wt % as compared to the YMAGsuites which range from 70.41 wt % -79.14 wt %. In addition, the OPACGsuites are characterized by higher concentrations of MgO, fe2O3, Al2O3, TiO2, CaO and Sr as compared to the YMAGsuites. The YMAGsuites are characterized by an excess of total alkaloids (Na2O +K2O), Cr, Nb, W, Ta, and lower concentrations of ferromagnesian minerals. These characteristic indicates that the OPACGsuites are generated from deep seated crustal levels rocks with the possibility of mantle materials. The YMAGsuites were originated from partial melting of crustal sialic materials. Both thetrace element patterns of the OPACG suites and the YMAGsuites indicate that each suiteis co-magmatic.

This paper investigated the effects of process parameters such as burn off distance, oscillating frequency, and forging pressure on linear friction welding of commercially pure aluminum. Friction welding (FW) techniques are a group of techniques that are based on frictional heat between components that occurs during movement while under pressure. Linear Friction welding is a solid-state process in which one part moves in a linear fashion at high speed and presses against another part that is held stationary. Linear friction welding (LFW) is a very well specialized technology used by global gas turbine engine manufacturers to create bladed disc assemblies. The sample bar with a cross section of 25mmx25mmx140mm was used for the experimental testing. The results were obtained by maintaining amplitude and frequency at 1.5mm and 40Hz, respectively, and forging pressure at 10MPa, 15MPa, and 20MPa. It is observed that, Lower HAZ. Burn-off distance grew as forging pressure increases with time.

Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) contain thousands of sensor nodes which are capable of conveying sensed and captured data from any deployment area to another well –resourced node called the Base station for analysis. Due to the ability of the sensor nodes to relay data from one place to the other, they are found applicable in several areas such as environmental monitoring, military surveillance and home intelligence. The operation of the heterogeneous routing algorithm, E-DEEC (Enhanced Distributed Energy-Efficient Clustering) for heterogeneous networks has been observed carefully. The E-DEEC scheme improved the DEEC algorithm by introducing other nodes called supernodes. It was realized that E-DEEC did not consider the proximity of the advanced nodes to the Base station in its election probabilities. This compelled the supernodes with higher residual energy but far from the Base station to dissipate a large amount of energy in conveying their reports to the Base station. In this research work, an improved heterogeneous algorithm, iE-DEEC, is proposed. The new scheme considered the distance of supernodes and the average distance of the nodes to the Base station (BS) in selecting the cluster heads (CHs). Also, different amplification energy levels have been implemented in this protocol to minimize the energy consumption during the communication between the CHs and BS and also between inter and intra cluster communication. MatLab 2017a was used for simulation to evaluate the performance of the new scheme and the existing protocol. The simulation results showed that the proposed protocol performed better than E-DEEC in terms of throughputs, residual energy and network lifetime.

The Nigerian construction industry is faced with challenges of inadequate allocation of resources and mismanagement of budget toward housing provision. This has led to an alarming rate of the housing deficit, costly renting, repeated collapse of buildings, high rate of squatting, professional incompetence and increase in crime. This paper examines the problems and effects of annual housing budget allocation and Housing Provision in Enugu State, Nigeria. Secondary data were collected from experts working in state civil servants concerned with budgeting and housing matters in Enugu State. One hundred and forty-six (146) well questionnaires were properly completed, formed the basis of the study and were analyzed by descriptive ranking and factor analysis, SPSS and Relative Importance Index. The result from the study shows that there are problems in housing budget allocation and this affects its provision drastically; Ineffective mechanism for allocation and utilization of housing funds; Lack of citizen participation and professionals; Lack of accurate data on housing needs of the State and undue political influence in approval and award of housing contracts and a factor analysis was used in order to solidify result. The study finally recommended that government should give housing target to the housing agencies or developer in the state; should develop political will; establishment of building materials industries of its own and finally ensure that Quantity surveyors should be involved in the government policies for housing in order to manage and curtail unnecessary waste, cost and time in order to minimize the problems existing between housing budget allocation and its provision in Enugu state.

Most important aspect of machine and auto life would be the proper lubrication, well-oiled automobile will outlast maintained poorly models by many years. No different when it comes to Industrial machinery, save a lot of money and hassle in the future if a good lubrication system is introduced [1]. Moving machine parts are accomplished by lubricating systems which introduce oil, grease and other lubricants to them. Reduced friction between parts by means of lubricants, Longevity is increased [1]. Without lubrication, most machines would overheat or suffer extreme damage [2]. Anyone who has ever neglected to keep their car oiled knows first-hand just how extensive this damage can be. Cooling and lubricating systems are the fundamentals part of almost all internal combustion engines that work in conjunction with each other promoting sustainable engine performance. Hence, lubricating systems are integral part of any engine system that contribute in heat reduction during operation, less heat guarantees longer life engine components. In this research a simple motif in lubrication system will make significant improvement in i.c. engine system.

Indonesian people are starting to realize to make the internet one of their sources of income such as making sales in the marketplace. The public's interest in using e-commerce can be seen from the number of local and international companies trying to dominate the online market in Indonesia. Online shopping transactions in the marketplace are new experiences for people in Indonesia. The success of a marketplace can be measured based on the number of visitors and transaction volume that occurs in the marketplace. Marketplace that customers often make repeated purchases will increase the marketplace revenue. The repurchase is the main goal of the marketplace company. Many marketplace companies compete to provide the best to their customers by continuing to improve system quality, information quality, and service quality. This study aims to determine the satisfaction, trust and Loyalty factors of Marketplaces in Indonesia. This study uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model to examine 12 hypotheses in the study. The results of the study show that all of these hypotheses are accepted.
