Organized retailing in India is going through a paradigm shift, what was once a family business is now run by professionals. They use mass media strategies to catch customers. But those days are gone when one advertisement can be used for marketing throughout the country. This research is carried out in Punjab to understand the need for change in promotional strategies. This paper proposes four new promotional strategies to cater to the need of the customers in a better way. The strategies purposed are pricing strategies, promotion strategies, push strategies, and technology and innovation strategies.

MSMEs boost Indonesia's economy. MSMEs create jobs and reduce poverty in Indonesia, accounting for 56% of business investment and 97% of household work. The number of coffee shops indicates market interest in them. Coffee shops are now used for studying, meeting, and hanging out with friends. Teenagers visit Bandar Lampung City's MSME businesses. Shop and cafe owners benefit from the market segmentation of young people. Even though young people and teenagers love it, a coffee shop must innovate and grow to survive because so many businesses can copy it. This study used quantitative and descriptive qualitative methods. This method collects, analyzes, and interprets data. This chapter's matching and decision stage matrices use EFE, IFE, QSPM data. Early in strategy formulation, the input tool measures subjectivity. The strategist can better generate, prioritize, evaluate, and choose strategies in the Quantitative Strategic Planning matrix by making minor decisions about the relative importance of external and internal factors in the input matrix

Data obtained by interview in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this study used quantitative analysis in the form of validity tests, reliability tests, coefficient of determination or R-square, compatibility tests through the F test, and t tests to find out whether it was significant or not. The results of this study are in accordance with the T test of product quality variable comparison of the value of T count 0.018 > t table = 2.030, so there is no significant effect on purchase intention. Price has a substantial impact on customers' propensity to purchase wardah cosmetic products from E-Commerce TikTok Shops, as shown by the calculated T value comparison of 2.886 > ttable = 2.030

This study aims to, (1) test the effect of issuing auction repayment receipts on the Indonesian auction application on public services, (2) test the effectiveness of using the menu receipt of auction settlement in the Indonesian auction application at Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) in the area of the Direktorat Jenderal Kekayaan Negara (DJKN) of North Sulawesi, and (3) test the ease of use of the menu for issuing auction repayment receipts on the Indonesian auction application on the speed and accuracy of public services. The data collection technique used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with interview techniques to respondents who are directly responsible for using the receipt issuance menu feature in the Indonesian auction application. Respondents who were interviewed were from 3 (Three) KPKNL in the DJKN region of North Sulawesi, namely (1) KPKNL Gorontalo, (2) KPKNL Palu, and (3) KPKNL Ternate. The results of this study indicate that the use of the auction repayment receipt menu in the Indonesian auction application has been effectively used since the Regulation of the Direktur Jenderal Kekayaan Negara (DJKN) Number 02/KN/2022 concerning Auction Administration Guidelines at the KPKNL. Other results from this study indicate that the menu for issuing auction repayment receipts in the Indonesian auction application is able to provide services to the community, especially related to auction repayment receipts, more quickly and precisely. However, from the results of these achievements there are still deficiencies that need to be refined to the contents of the menu features of the research object

This study endeavors to elaborate on the educational philosophy of Syed Muhammad Naquib al Attas. Al Attas' educational thought, if traced according to his background, it cannot be separated from his attention to the current of secularization of science. As a philosopher, his conception of education begins with his view point on the human beings in terms of being very Islamic. For him, secular Western education gave birth to humans who are uncivilized, savage and brought damage not only to nature but also to humanity itself. Moreover , he sees that the cure for the crisis caused by the secularization of knowledge is through education. Therefore, it is interesting to discuss the concept as proposed by al Attas to solve this problem

Financial literacy is a crucial determinant of making sound and prudent financial decisions. However, a global study revealed that the majority of the world’s population is financially illiterate. From these precepts, this study was conducted to evaluate the level of financial literacy among 40 MSME business owners in the Municipality of San Jose, Negros Oriental, Philippines. The results will be used to decide if a university extension program could be started. This research made use of a descriptive methodology and collected data using five-point Likert scale survey method. The results of the study showed that MSME business owners have high levels of debt management, utilization of savings account, and reduce spending knowledge. On the other hand, MSME business owners need to improve in the overall personal financial management, long-term planning, emergency and risk. The researcher recommends the development of a comprehensive financial training program, sharing of best practices, and the provision of avenues for financial consultations. Improving financial literacy can help microbusiness owners better manage their finances, reduce financial stress, and increase the chances of their business's success
