The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of ability and work experience on employee performance at PT Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras. The population in this study were all employees of PT Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras, a total of 197 employees. By using the slovin formula, the number of samples used in this study were 66 respondents from 5 divisions. Sampling using probability sampling technique, using proportional random sampling method. The research method used in this study was interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis used Partial Least Square (PLS) with an ordinal measurement scale via a Likert scale. The research results show that; (ability has an impact on employee performance (2) experience has no impact on employee performance because the company's targets have been met but not followed by the results of good performance appraisal indicators

The purpose of the study was to investigate the impact of Digital Leadership Competencies on Curriculum Management and Islamic Learning Performance. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques in the form of interviews with participants, field observations, documentation studies. The findings consist of two topics of discussion. First, that there has been a curriculum innovation that is tailored to the needs of teachers and students during the Covid 19 pandemic. The learning syllabus has become simpler, learning hours are simpler and achievement targets are lower than they should be in face-to-face meetings. Second, the leadership carried out by digital-based principals has not had an optimal impact in helping teachers improve their performance. Principals have not routinely conducted virtual assessments of teacher performance. As a result, teachers find it difficult to run online learning because of some perceived deficiencies to be a challenge for teachers. It is a special concern that there is still a syllabus whose basic competency target is very high, in online learning conditions it will be difficult to achieve the expected basic competency target

Leadership and organizational culture are important factors determining employee performance and ability to adapt to environmental changes. Phenomena that happened at the University of Muhammadiyah Sukabumi is employee work that is still not optimal. The problem studied from this study is how the description of the leadership and organizational culture of the University of Muhammadiyah Sukabumi. This study aims to find out and describe the influence of leadership and organizational culture on the work of employees of the University of Muhammadiyah Sukabumi, either simultan or partially. The data from this study are all employees of the University of Muhammadiyah Sukabumi which total of 250 people. The sampling technique in this study uses census study population techniques so that the entire population is used as a sample. The questionnaire method of data collection is employed, and multiple regression analysis with simultaneous testing and partial test hypothesis testing was the method of analysis used in this investigation. Leadership and organizational culture have a beneficial impact on employee performance, according to the partial variable results of the regression analysis. Leadership, which affects employee performance by 69.3%, is the dominant independent variable. The magnitude of the influence of the independent variable on the bound is 75.0% while the rest is as much as 25. 0% is influenced by other factors that are not studied such as salary and performance support

Automation is the procedure of operating technology to manage and operate tasks, machines, and processes without the need for human input. It employs control systems and advanced technology to enable self-sufficiency in the functioning these systems. We have conducted this study to examine the effects and ramifications of automation on contemporary society, considering its impact on productivity, employment, morality, and economic and social development. It provides an overview of the current state of automation and its potential impact on society. Our study has found that automation has positive and negative consequences for society, including a decline in the job market and a change in the skills set for employment. It was a comprehensive qualitative study that included a literature review, 16 online interviews with experts from 16 countries, and online surveys. We categorized the findings by analyzing the data using thematic analysis. Our results suggest that there should be laws and regulations on the use of automation in society to minimize its adverse impacts on society. This study suggests that automation should improve the quality of life and create more opportunities for people in the market

The existence of sports human resources in the petanque sport in Surakarta City, competency development in various ways is needed so that human resources in petanque sports in Surakarta City can be competent in completing their main tasks and functions. The aims of this study were to: (1) Know and describe the flow and process of sports human resource management in the petanque sport in the city of Surakarta. (2) Knowing and describing the potential of sports human resources in the petanque sport in Surakarta City. In this study the method used is descriptive qualitative with an inductive approach. The sample used. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, questionnaires and document collection. Data analysis used interactive analysis includes data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions and verification. The findings from the research conducted included: (1) The sports human resource management process carried out by Petanque Surakarta City has fulfilled the provisions of the running of the organization, namely processes in the form of planning, organizing, directing and supervising. (2) The potential of Human Resources for the Petanque Sport in Surakarta City in general has not been optimally developed. Social media marketing can be utilized as a digital marketing channel to establish brand awareness, as a well-known brand provides a sense of security and makes it easier for potential customers to identify a brand. Strong brand awareness has a greater chance of being chosen, and therefore, it has the potential to increase purchase intention. This research attempts to explain the crucial role of brand awareness in mediating the impact of social media marketing on purchase intention among potential consumers of the online travel agent Traveloka. The study was conducted in the Badung Regency, which is the tourism hub of Bali Province. The sample size consisted of 104 respondents, selected using a non-probability sampling technique from the population of potential Traveloka consumers. The survey was distributed online through the Google Form platform. This research follows a quantitative associative approach, employing path analysis and the Sobel test for analysis. The shifting of customer behavior from conventional to digital is driving Bukalapak to invent a new solution to ease the online transaction. Year after year, Bukalapak keep losing its platform visitor. The objective of this study is to elucidate the impact of satisfaction with the quality of mediation services on customer loyalty within the context of Bukalapak. The research was carried out in Bogor Regency and involved a sample of 104 participants. The selection of the total sample was determined using a non-probability sampling technique. The distribution of survey questions was conducted online through the Google Form platform. The methods employed in this research involve trajectory analysis and the utilization of the Sobel test. The findings of the study reveal that there is a noteworthy positive influence of service quality on customer loyalty. Moreover, the study establishes a substantial positive connection between service quality and satisfaction, as well as between satisfaction and customer loyalty. Additionally, satisfaction is demonstrated to have a considerable positive effect on service efficiency

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of the marketplace on market segment expansion, (2) The effect of social media on market segment expansion (3) The effect of marketplace and social media on market segment expansion. This research is a quantitative type with data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The sample in this study will be selected using a purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study was 50 respondents who were MSME actors in the Pottery Creative Industry in Paseban Village, Klaten Regency. From the simultaneous test (Test F) which shows that there is a significant influence between Marketplace and Social Media on Market Segment Expansion. Based on the test of the coefficient of determination (R2), the Adjusted R Square value shows a result of 0.841. This means that the Market Segment Expansion variable is influenced by Marketplace and Social Media variables by 84.1% while the remaining 15% market segment expansion is influenced by other variables not included in this study

This study expects to decide the impact of remuneration, work discipline, and work wellbeing factors on representative execution at PT. Megah Slope Duren Sawit, either or at the same time. Information assortment was done by appropriating surveys, research conducted on 50 respondents, a sample of all employees of PT. Megah Bevel Duren Sawit. By utilizing scale likert, respondents' responses were handled with legitimacy and dependability tests, old style supposition test, numerous relapse examination, t test, F test and R2 tests. The results showed that all data tested were valid and reliable and found that partial compensation (X1) and work discipline (X2) had a positive and significant influence on an employee performance, but the variable (X2) was greater in significant than the variable (X1). And found the work safety variable (X3) has a negative and insignificant influence on employee performance

The key factors affecting performance are employees and work discipline. Work motivation as an intermediate variable in the relationship between leadership style and employee performance at the PT PNM Bogor Branch Office. Employee performance at the PT Permodalan Nasional Madani Bogor Branch Office will be analysed in relation to the researcher-identified leadership style, work discipline, and work motivation. A total of 120 employees from various departments at the PT PNM Bogor Branch Office were randomly selected to participate in the study. PLS SEM is a statistical approach used for analysing data. Findings from studies conducted at the PT PNM Bogor Branch Office indicate that a leader's style influences workers' motivation (Y1) but has no effect on productivity (Y2). Employee performance (Y2) is positively impacted by work discipline, and employee motivation to work (Y1) is influenced by work discipline as well. The degree to which workers are inspired by their jobs is a key factor in their productivity (Y2). In addition, there is a nuanced mediational relationship: leadership style affects performance via the complete intermediary of work motivation, while work discipline affects performance both directly and via the partial intermediary of work motivation
