The Influence of Brand Image and Trust Brand Againts Xiaomi Brand Loyalty Throught Customer Satisfaction 从顾客满意度看品牌形象和信任品牌对小米品牌忠诚度的影响

At this time smartphones are a necessity of life every day. So, every individual must have at least one smartphone as a tool for daily life. Currently, smartphone users in Indonesia are experiencing rapid development, but with so many smartphone users giving customers a variety of choices in purchasing smartphones. Various brands and specifications offered by manufacturers make the purchase and use of smartphones higher every year. With intense competition in the smartphone industry requires Xiaomi to have a strategy in order to remain in demand by consumers. This research was carried out to find out the influence of brand image, brand trust and consumer satisfaction on brand loyalty to Xiaomi smartphone consumers who live in the Tangerang area. Based on the results of this study shows that brand image has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Brand trust has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Brand image positively affects brand loyalty. Brand trust positively affects brand loyalty. Consumer satisfaction has a positive effect on consumer loyalty. Brand image positively affects brand loyalty through consumer satisfaction. Brand trust positively affects brand loyalty through consumer satisfaction

The scientific method is a procedure in obtaining knowledge which is called science. scientific knowledge born of the scientific method in order to become scientific truth. Scientific truth is a clear and definite knowledge of the truth according to scientific norms. Epistemology is a philosophy of science that is reasoning or thought, the scientific method and scientific truth are part of the scope of the philosophy of science in the new theory of Islamic education management

Work life balance today, in particular in instances of COVID the place home and work place have transgressed boundaries is an indispensable precursor for the well-being of an individual. A pleasurable job well-integrated into life, balances the usual intellectual and emotional quotient of working female especially in the modern pandemic in which the workplace is posing a new and not like set of challenges and troubles for women. Carrying on with on line lessons remotely has grow to be the order of the day, and it is turning into worrying when each school and personal life operate from the same space. The predominant idea here is to recognize challenges at some point of COVID which are being confronted with the aid of school teachers in Bandgaon block delivering content to students from home and their surviving strategies. A combination of 150 fermale teachers responses from primary, secondary and high school are covered in the study. Average literacy rate of Bandgaon Block in 2011 had been 54.46 in which, man and female literacy had been 69.02 and 39.95 respectively. Total literate in Bandgaon Block have been 805 of which man and woman have been 547 an 258 respectively. This study also identifies primary problems and challenges which confronted by unwedded and wedded working female in the course of Covid-19

HRD strategy is not confined to economic aims only, for it also seeks to ptomote the principle of wider public participation by creating employment through labor-intensive technology, investion in education and training, expanding government programs for social services, creating indegenous managerial, scientific and technical skills and by establishing effective social service institutions. But there are religions and civilizations that have a broader spectrum of views than just a vision of the world, so the meaning of the outlook on life is expanded. Since in English vocabulary there is no proper term for expressing a broader vision of the reality of worldliness other than the words worldview, Muslim scholars take the words worldview (for English expression) for the meaning of a view of life whose spectrum reaches the reality of worldliness and ignorance by adding to the adjectives of Islam. The Conclusion is worldview islam is good idea to build IHRD in University

In this study, primary data and quantitative approaches were used. The population used in this study were all employees of PT. Fadhil Genteng, totaling 120 people. The data were collected using a questionnaire by distributing online to employees of PT. Fadhil Genteng. The data was then processed using multiple linear regression methods. The results of the analysis that have been obtained show that leadership style, work motivation and work discipline simultaneously or jointly affect the performance of employees of PT. Fadhil Genteng. Partially, leadership style, work motivation and work discipline have a positive influence on the performance of employees of PT. positive influence on the performance of employees of PT. The purpose of this study was to describe the efficacy of work done to improve service quality at the outpatient department of Labuang Baji Regional General Hospital Makassar.This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, and the data analysis used is the Interactive Model Data Analysis, which begins with data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The sampling technique used was incidental sampling. The results of the study obtained show that work ability and work results are good, but officers are still found who leave the workspace and are late returning to it. The level of service satisfaction has not been maximized due to inhibiting factors such as officers using cellphones when providing services, officers who are not in place, and queuing machines that experience interference

The Influence of Individual Motivation on Employee Performance at Tanah Grogot Ward Office 个人动机对塔纳格罗特区员工绩效的影响

Development planning in the Ward area cannot be separated from the implementation of the Ward Government which is the leading unit in providing services to the community and is a strategic milestone in the success of all development programs. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The population in this study were employees, totaling 35 employees, all of whom were samples. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis, we get the function equation Y = 2.224+0.119X1+0.141X2+0.245X3. The regression coefficient (R), which describes the strong relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable can be seen in the test, which is equal to 0.734. This means that there is a strong relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. Fcount value ˃ Ftable or 12.088 ˃ 2.9113 and probability value 0.000 ˂ 0.05. Shows that individual motivation variables have a simultaneous (together) effect on employee performance. Of the individual motivational variables, the variable need for achievement gives a dominant influence, this is evidenced by the value of tcount ˃ ttable or 3.521 ˃ 1.6955 and the smallest probability value is 0.001 ˂ 0.05. Seeing the results of the discussion above, it is concluded that the initial hypothesis proposed is accepted, because the initial hypothesis states that the dominant variable is the variable need for achievement (X1)
