In terms of purpose, this research is an applied one; and in terms of method, it is a survey one. Given that project success is general, this study attempts to assess key success indicators in building projects through reviewing the related articles and expert interviews, and then identify them by reviewing the related articles and expert opinions on project human resource development criteria. In order for a more accurate evaluation, a separate questionnaire was drawn up for each success indicator, and the developmental impacts were prioritized based on the project success indicators. The first questionnaire was distributed among 52 specialists and the second one among 47 specialists. Data analysis was performed using the SPSS software. Six key success indicators in building projects were obtained from the results and the data analysis showed that human resource development played a positive role in all key success indicators; each criterion, however, had a different level of impact on the indicators.

India takes pride in the largest microfinance programme in the world. This paper aims to fill a void by exploiting data from third party agencies to study the efficiency parameters influencing financial health of MFIs (microfinance institutions). The authors use the “goodness of fit” test to find out the important factors determining the performance capabilities of microfinance institutions. Performance parameters OER (operating efficiency ratio), OSS (operational self sufficiency), ROE (return on equity), and ROA (return on assets) are tested with financial and social performance indicators to understand if any correlation exists. The study finds that the only significant factor affecting sustainability of MFIs is OER in India. OSS, ROE, and ROA had no significant impact on sustainability of these MFIs during the study period. Understanding the viability of microfinance and the factors that affect it can guide the design of policies that ensure benefits for the poor.

The researchers modified the TOE model to include business and knowledge factors. The aim of this article is to present a set of comparative corporate governance standards in some Northern Asian countries, including Bangladesh and Mongolia. There are strengths and weaknesses in these codes or practices which will be identified in this work. Therefore, this article not only identifies different points in latest corporate governance standard principles and systems in the above two countries, but also provides with a summary of evaluation of current corporate governance systems in these above countries which may enable relevant organizations in re-evaluating their current ones. Last but not least, it aims to illustrate a limited comparative set of standards of Northern Asian corporate governance, and give proper recommendations to relevant governments and institutions toward a sustainable practices in business life.

This study aimed to explain how attitudes and revisit intentions are affected by celebrity endorsement, perceived risk of travel, and perception of the destination. The study's participants are domestic travelers who have been to Bali. 170 domestic tourists were included in the sample using a purposive sampling technique. Path Analysis utilizing SEM-PLS is the analysis method employed. The findings demonstrated that attitudes and intentions to revisit were negatively and significantly impacted by perceived travel risk. While celebrity endorsement has no impact on the intention to return, it has a positive and large impact on attitude. Additionally, views and inclinations to return are positively and significantly impacted by the final picture. The image of a destination is positively and significantly impacted by attitudes. thanks to celebrity support Impact on the intention to revisit is favorable and considerable. This research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of the transaction process and reporting using the accounting information system at PT. PNM Mekaar. Before the accounting information system was implemented, the transaction process and daily transaction reporting at the Mekaar office were still manual. This research was conducted to find out how the use of accounting information systems on the effectiveness of transaction processes and reporting at PT. PNM Mekaar. The research method used is the research method by direct practice and interviews with reference to the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory. From the results of research conducted on the use of Accounting Management Information Systems on the Effectiveness of Transaction Processes and Reporting at PT. PNM Mekaar, there are 5 integrated applications consisting of Mekaar Initiation, Mekaar Initiation Back Office, PKM Mobile, PKM Mobile Back Office and Mekaar Integration. The accounting information system that is used is useful and easy to use by users, as the user's willingness is higher which results in increased levels of use, causing system error/down constraints

Permodalan Nasional Madani, Balikpapan Branch, the relationship between turnover intention and self-efficacy and job satisfaction. This study employs a quantitative methodology utilizing IBM Statistics SPSS 26.0 and the PLS tool for structural equation modeling (SEM). The workers at the Balikpapan Branch of PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani serve as the study's unit of analysis. The sample size is made up of 117 participants. A questionnaire that was sent online was used as the data gathering method. The study's findings demonstrate that self-efficacy and job satisfaction might moderate the impact of these factors on employees' intentions to leave PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani, Balikpapan Branch

Using of cosmetics is very important to support people's appearance even in the post-COVID-19 pandemic era. This study aims to find out the effect of price perceptions and product quality on purchasing decisions for Luxcrime cosmetic products after the Covid-19 pandemic. The population in this study are consumers who have bought and used Luxcrime cosmetics since the new normal era with a minimum age of 17 years. The technique used in sampling is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method with a sample size of 108 respondents. The analysis method uses Smart PLS software with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Techniques. The results of this study showed that: (1) Price perception has a significant positive effect of 0.427 on purchasing decisions; (2) Product quality has a significant positive effect of 0.417 on purchasing decisions

This study aimed to explore the empirical study on the relationship between the foreign market indices against the Chinese market index with the EPU as the intervening variable where the study is targeted to provide the significant contribution to the academic as well as the investors to understand the movement of the stock market index. The previous study posed the strong suggestion on the potential positive correlation exist between the performance of the market indices with the economic policy uncertainty (EPU) being the effective intervening variable that will draw the expected of the result in the study forming the hypothesis for the study. The research methodology of quantitative method observes the application of the SPSS to analyze the data input for the secondary data collected for the market indices and EPU from 2012 to 2021 to be used to sum up the findings and result for the study. The outcome of the research findings had pointed out that the lack of suggestion with the previous study where the hypothesis is not accepted showing the opposite output had been achieved from the outcome of the study. The purpose of this study was to find the effect of product completeness on consumer buying interest, the effect of service on consumer buying interest and the effect of store location on consumer buying interest at Bukupena Kartasura. The method used is a quantitative research method with simple linear regression analysis using a Likert scale in the SPSS version 26 software application. The results of the study conclude that the product completeness variable simultaneously influences consumer buying interest, service variables have a positive effect on consumer buying interest and store location. has a positive effect on consumer buying interest at Bukupena Kartasura Store so that these three variables most influence consumer repurchase intention for products sold at Bukupena Kartasura Store
