Hypertension is a global health issue. It is the leading cause of morbidity and mortality. Therefore, the management and reduction of risk factors are essential to prevent and control the incidence of hypertension. The research aims to find out the risk factors associated with the incidence of hypertension in Puskesmas Matiti, Humbang Hasundutan District. This study is a correlation analytic study with a case control approach.. The population case is all the people with hypertension and the population control is the people without hypertension at Puskesmas Matiti. The research samples are composed of 32 people with hypertension and 64 people without hypertension. The samples are obtained using simple random sampling technique. Data are collected using questionnaires and analyzed using logistic regression test. The result indicates that sodium consumption (0.007<0.05) and obesity (0.025<0.05), both have a significant correlation with the incidence of hypertension. While smoking (0.054>0.05) and alcohol consumption (0.558>0.05), both have no significant correlation with hypertension incidence. The research concludes that the risk factors associated with the incidence of hypertension in Puskesmas Matiti are sodium consumption and obesity, with sodium consumption being the dominant factor. It is recommended to practice a healthy lifestyle by limiting the consumption of high sodium foods and maintaining the ideal weight by exercising and maintaining a healthy diet.

Blood pressure is the impulse generated by the walls of the arteries, which are then pumped from the heart throughout the body. In maintaining balance in the elderly, physical exercise is needed to prevent the risk of falling. One of the exercises that can be done is a balance exercise by using a backward tandem walk. This exercise is intended to improve the lateral part of the postural balance, train the attitude or position of the body, control balance, muscle coordination and body movements of the elderly. This study aimed to analyze the effect of assessing blood pressure in the elderly after and before the backward tandem walk intervention. The design used was the Pre-Experimental with the Pre-Post design approach with a sample of 60 elderly respondents who were taken using a non-probability sampling technique and also a consecutive sampling technique. The independent variable is the backward tandem walk exercise while the dependent variable is blood pressure. Blood pressure measurement using observation sheet pre and post-backwards tandem walk exercise. The data were analyzed and then obtained a p-value of 0.000 (<0.005) meaning that there was a difference in blood pressure before and after treatment. From the mean results, it is known that there is an effect of blood pressure on the elderly. The results of the study imply that the backward tandem walk exercise for the elderly is carried out routinely, especially for the elderly with hypertension.

Febrile convulsion are seizures due to an increase in body temperature (the rectal temperature is usually more than 38oC) the cause is an extracranial process. According to the World Health Organization (WHO) in research conducted by Paudel (2018), it is estimated that in the world more than 21.65 million children have fever and more than 216,000 children die. The problem that arises is hyperthermia, one way to overcome it is to use a warm compress using lemongrass boiled water to lower body temperature. To conduct a case study with an approach to care for children with febrile convulsion with hyperthermia using the application of warm compresses using boiled lemongrass water. This study uses a descriptive case study design through a nursing care approach to children with febrile convulsion in the Jasmine care room at the BLUD RSU Banjar City. Collecting data by means of interviews, observation, physical examination, and documentation. The results of the physical examination during the assessment showed the child's body temperature was 38.5oC. Warm compresses of boiled lemongrass were implemented for 4x24 hours with the results showing a decrease in body temperature after being given a warm compress technique using lemongrass boiled water, as indicated by the evaluation results showing a normal body temperature of 37.3oC. Implementation of warm compresses using lemongrass boiled water in pediatric patients with febrile convulsion with hyperthermia nursing problems is effective in lowering body temperature.

Nursing rounds is a method used by nursing to explore and discuss in depth the problems of nursing on the patient, as well as to know the implementation of care standard that has been performed to improve service quality. This research aims to see the effect of nursing rounds method training on patient satisfaction with nursing service at RS X. We use pra-experiment design research, pre and post-tests without control, conducted from July 207 to January 2018 in RS X Jakarta. The research sample is 46 respondents. The intervention of nursing rounds training to the nurse, the evaluation used questionnaire to the patient. Data analysis used Chi-Square and Mann Whitney Tests. The research shows that patient satisfaction with the nursing service in RS X is very satisfied 32.6%, satisfied 67.4%, and dissatisfied 0%. The analysis of respondent characteristics (age, education, time of care, occupation, the person in charge of the medicine cost) and patient satisfaction (intangibility, responsiveness, reliability dimensions) have no relation. Nursing rounds significantly improve patient satisfaction with the nursing service in Empathy (35.4%) and Assurance (47.5%). The increase in patient satisfaction after the nursing round in Empathy (P=0.007) and Assurance (P=0.001) dimensions in male patients is higher than in female patients (P=0.035). From the research results above, tangibility, responsiveness, and reliability dimensions need to be improved by implementing nursing rounds in the ward. It shall be performed simultaneously to enhance the satisfaction of nursing service.
