This research aims to analyze whether there is an influence of non-linear teachers (who teach outside their field) on student learning competence at MA Safinda Surabaya. This research uses a quantitative approach with a questionnaire as the main instrument for data collection. The research instrument was created referring to aspects of learning theory according to Edgar Dale, who stated that there are 10 important aspects, namely;Read, Hear, View Images, Watch Videos, Attend Exhibitis/Sites, Watch a Demonstration, Participate in Hands-On-Workshops, Design Collaborative Lesson, Simulate and Design/Perform a Presentation. Data from the questionnaire results were analyzed using a simple regression test to assess the relationship between the independent variable (non-linear teacher) and the dependent variable (student learning competency). The results of the analysis show that the significance value (sig) is 0.007, so 0.007 > 0.05, which means Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is no significant influence of teacher non-linearity on student learning competence at MA Safinda Surabaya. This shows that even though teachers do not have a background appropriate to their field, they still have the opportunity to take part in training or other self-development activities which will later haveimpact positive impact on student learning competence. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan angket sebagai instrumen utama dalam pengumpulan data. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi (sig) sebesar 0,007, maka 0,007 > 0,05, yang artinya Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari non-linieritas guru terhadap kompetensi belajar siswa di MA Safinda Surabaya. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun guru tidak memiliki latar belakang yang sesuai dengan bidangnya, mereka tetap memiliki kesempatan untuk mengikuti pelatihan atau kegiatan pengembangan diri lainnya yang nantinya dapat memiliki impact positif pada kompetensi belajar siswa.

The aim of this research is to examine 1). The concept of Independent Learning is taken from the opinions of experts taken from relevant references, 2). The Independent Learning Policy launched by the government through the Ministry of Education and Culture, 3). Implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum as a step in implementing it in Elementary Schools, 4). Independent Learning Curriculum Structure in Elementary Schools. This research also explains the development of the implementation of the Merdeka Mandiri Curriculum in Elementary Schools. The Government through the Ministry of Education, Research and Technology provides implementation options including: Implementation of the Merdeka Mandiri Learning Curriculum, Implementation of the Merdeka Mandiri Curriculum to Change and Implementation of the Mandiri Sharing Curriculum. The method used in writing this article is to use literature study using various types of scientific article sources from various journals to look for theories and supporting data. ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengkaji 1). Konsep Merdeka Belajar yang diambil dari pendapat para ahli yang diambil dari referensi yang relevan , 2). Kebijakan Merdeka Belajar yang dicanangkan oleh pemerintah melalui Kemendikbudristek, 3). Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar sebagai langkah penerapan di Sekolah Dasar, 4). Struktur Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar di Sekolah Dasar. This research aims to determine the leadership style and communication patterns of school principals regarding teacher discipline at SMPN 2 Labuapi, West Lombok Regency. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a focus on in-depth analysis of the dynamics of the school principal's leadership and communication style in realizing teacher discipline. Initial observation results show a lack of teacher discipline in terms of time and performance, which is likely influenced by a lack of understanding of discipline. Therefore, this research will focus on the principal's leadership style and communication patterns, as well as the factors that influence teacher discipline at SMPN 2 Labuapi. The research was conducted for three months, from December 2023 to February 2024, at SMPN 2 Labuapi. The selection of this location was based on indications of a lack of discipline among teachers. This research uses a case study method to explore and analyze field data to understand the planning, implementation and control of the school principal's leadership style program and communication patterns in realizing teacher discipline in the school. The research results show that the school principal has implemented a democratic leadership style, strengthened disciplinary rules, and introduced faith-based programs. The principal's strategy for improving teacher discipline includes implementing rules of conduct, supervision, as well as rewards and punishment. Obstacles faced include differences in teacher character and participation, as well as the long distance from the teacher's home. From the results of this research, it is concluded that democratic leadership has been effective in realizing teacher discipline at SMPN 2 Labuapi. Recommendations given include maintaining a democratic leadership style, improving communication patterns, and understanding teacher characteristics to be more effective in managing discipline. It is hoped that further research can explore other factors that influence teacher discipline to provide a deeper understanding. This research aims to describe the development of the educational curriculum in Indonesia since the Old Order (1945) until now the existence of an independent curriculum. In this research the method used by the method used in this research is library research with data obtained from books, journals, articles, related documentation. As time goes by, the curriculum also develops according to the needs of society. The curriculum has an important role in education because it is the cause of the increase and decrease in education in Indonesia. With the development of the curriculum, education in Indonesia will increasingly develop. The independent curriculum is an innovation in the world of education that allows students to be more free to determine their learning path according to their individual interests and potential. The library research method used in this study allows researchers to obtain relevant and up-to-date information related to curriculum developments in Indonesia. This shows that the curriculum is not only a formal rule in the world of education, but also an important instrument in improving the overall quality of education. Thus, it is important for the government and stakeholders in the education sector to continue to develop the curriculum so that it can meet the demands of ever-changing times. ABSTRACTPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perkembangan kurikulum pendidikan yang ada di Indonesia sejak masa orde lama (tahun 1945) sampai saat ini adanya kurikulum merdeka. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan oleh metode Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini penelitian kepustakaan dengan data didapatkan dari buku-buku, jurnal, artikel, dokumentasi yang terkait. Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman kurikulum pun ikut serta berkembang sesuai dengan apa yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat. Kurikulum memiliki peran penting bagi pendidikan karena menjadi penyebab meningkat dan menurunnya pendidikan di Indonesia. Dengan adanya perkembangan kurikulum, maka pendidikan di Indonesia pun akan semakin berkembang. Kurikulum merdeka adalah sebuah inovasi dalam dunia pendidikan yang memungkinkan siswa untuk lebih bebas menentukan jalannya belajar sesuai dengan minat dan potensi masing-masing. Metode penelitian kepustakaan yang digunakan dalam studi ini memungkinkan peneliti untuk mendapatkan informasi yang relevan dan terkini terkait dengan perkembangan kurikulum di Indonesia. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum tidak hanya sebagai aturan formal dalam dunia pendidikan, tetapi juga sebagai instrumen penting dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan secara keseluruhan. Dengan demikian, penting bagi pemerintah dan para pemangku kepentingan dalam bidang pendidikan untuk terus mengembangkan kurikulum agar dapat memenuhi tuntutan zaman yang terus berubah.

This research aims to explore the implementation of the basic concepts for developing the Multicultural Islamic Religious Education curriculum at the Ar-Rahmah Makassar Integrated Islamic High School. The research method used is field study with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through participant observation, interviews, and document analysis. Research findings show that the implementation of the basic concept of developing a Multicultural Islamic Religious Education curriculum in these schools has been carried out through various strategic steps, including the preparation of an inclusive syllabus, the selection of learning materials that represent cultural diversity and religious understanding, and the use of teaching methods that are oriented towards tolerance and cooperation. intercultural. However, challenges in implementing this concept still exist, such as a lack of training for teachers in understanding and implementing multicultural approaches in teaching. The implications of this research underscore the importance of developing a curriculum that reflects multicultural values in the context of Islamic religious education in integrated Islamic high schools. Further research is recommended to focus on the effectiveness of implementing the curriculum on students' intercultural understanding and tolerance. This research aims to review the importance of interfaith collaboration in improving the quality of education, explore cooperation models that have been successful, and highlight challenges that need to be overcome. Education is the foundation for human and societal development. Through a literature review, this article identifies several successful cooperation models, such as interfaith student exchange programs, joint school construction, and inclusive curriculum development. The success of these models highlights the great potential of cooperation between religious communities in creating inclusive and diverse educational environments. However, despite the positive potential, there are also challenges that need to be overcome in strengthening cooperation between religious communities in the field of education. These challenges include differences in ideology and beliefs, lack of resources, and resistance to change. Therefore, a strong commitment is needed from the government, educational institutions and civil society to overcome these obstacles. Taking into account the importance of education in building an inclusive and peaceful society, cooperation between religious communities is the key to overcoming complex challenges in education. This article hopes to provide insight for policy makers, educational practitioners, and the general public about the importance of interfaith collaboration in achieving inclusive and sustainable educational goals. Education is something that is planned and planned from an educational person to his students, so that the goals of education can be achieved. Likewise, the education carried out at UKTS as a private campus in Surakarta includes lectures in the SPARK program which carries the concept of Smart, Proactive, Innovative, Collaborative, Christian Values which is expected to bring progress in the field of education. One way to realize student discipline and motivation to learn is to hold morning and afternoon assembly activities with a semi-military "like" model with the hope that students will increase their discipline and motivation to study. The aim of this research is to see whether the discipline and motivation to learn in students can be formed through semi-military education as seen from the literature study of John Dewey's thoughts. The results of the research revealed that students' learning motivation and discipline tend to be low, because students come to study only because they get a scholarship and students also study with compulsion because of the disciplinary process implemented by the campus, which is a mismatch with John Dewey's thinking which emphasizes that education must prepare students to live in society. ABSTRAKPendidikan adalah sesuatu yang terencana dan direncanakan dari seorang pendidikan kepada siswanya, sehingga tujuan dari pendidikan dapat tercapai. Demikian pula pendidikan yang dilakukan di UKTS sebagai kampus swasta di Surakarta mengadalam perkuliahan dalam program SPARK yang mengusung konsep Smart, Proacktive, Innovative, Collaborative, Christian Values diharapkan akan membawa kemajuan di bidang pendidikan. Salah satu cara untuk mewujudkan kedispilinan dan motivasi belajar mahasiswa maka diadakan kegiatan apel pagi dan sore dengan model “mirip” semi militer dengan harapan bahwa mahasiswa meningkat kedisiplinan dan motivasi belajarnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat apakah untuk membentuk kediplinan dan motivasi belajar mahasiswa melalui pendidikan semi militer dilihat dari studi literatur pemikiran John Dewey. The aim of this research article is to describe how the Multicultural Islamic Religious Education curriculum is managed at the Ar-Rahmah Makassar Integrated Islamic High School. Through a descriptive analysis approach, this article discusses the meaning, urgency and role, this article highlights the importance of students' awareness of the diversity of society. Multicultural Islamic Religious Education curriculum management aims to integrate Islamic values with the principles of multiculturalism in learning, so that students can understand and appreciate diversity in society. The urgency of this approach is emphasized in the context of globalization and the complexity of modern society which requires a deeper understanding of cultural and religious differences. Its role in raising students' awareness of the diversity of society includes, among other things, increasing tolerance, strengthening an inclusive Islamic identity, and preparing students to become cultured citizens. Thus, this article underlines the need to implement Multicultural Islamic Religious Education curriculum management as an effort to form an inclusive generation and strengthen social harmony in society. The research aims to explore the important role of teachers in implementing the multicultural Islamic religious education curriculum at the Ar-Rahmah Makassar Integrated Islamic High School. Through a qualitative approach, data was obtained through in-depth interviews with teachers involved in the curriculum implementation process. Data analysis was carried out using the thematic analysis method. The findings show that teachers have a key role in integrating the values of multiculturalism in Islamic religious teaching. They act as facilitators who create inclusive learning environments, promote a deep understanding of cultural diversity, and facilitate intercultural dialogue in the classroom. Apart from that, teachers also act as models who provide positive examples of tolerance, mutual understanding and respect for differences. The implication of this research is the important role of teachers in building a deep understanding of multiculturalism among students, so that they can become inclusive and tolerant citizens in a multicultural society. ABSTRAKPenelitian bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran penting guru dalam implementasi kurikulum pendidikan agama Islam multikultural di Sekolah Menengah Atas Islam Terpadu Ar-Rahmah Makassar. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan para guru yang terlibat dalam proses implementasi kurikulum tersebut. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode analisis tematik. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa guru memiliki peran kunci dalam mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai multikulturalisme dalam pengajaran agama Islam. Mereka bertindak sebagai fasilitator yang menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran inklusif, mempromosikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang keberagaman budaya, serta memfasilitasi dialog antarbudaya di kelas. Selain itu, guru juga berperan sebagai model yang memberikan contoh positif dalam sikap toleransi, saling pengertian, dan menghormati perbedaan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya peran guru dalam membangun pemahaman yang mendalam tentang multikulturalisme di kalangan siswa, sehingga mereka dapat menjadi warga negara yang inklusif dan toleran di masyarakat yang multikultural.

This research aims to improve student learning outcomes in using ebook-based textbooks in electric power transmission and distribution courses. The research method used is classroom action research. This research was carried out in 2 cycles over 4 meetings including planning, implementation, observation and reflection stages. The subjects of this research are 5th semester students who are contracting courses in electrical power transmission and distribution engineering. Data acquisition achievements are carried out on student learning outcomes after being carried out in the final session of the research cycle. The research results showed that the learning outcomes in cycle I were 38.09% or there were 8 students who completed classical learning, while in cycle II the percentage of student learning completion was 76.19% or there were 16 students who completed learning. Thus, it can be concluded that the implementation of ebook-based textbooks can improve student learning outcomes in electric power transmission and distribution courses. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa dalam menggunakan buku ajar berbasis ebook pada mata kuliah transmisi dan distribusi tenaga listrik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam beberapa 2 siklus selama 4 kali pada pertemuan meliputi tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester 5 yang kontrak mata kuliah teknik transmisi dan distribusi tenaga listrik. Capaian perolehan data dilakukan pada hasil belajar mahasiswa setelah dilakukan di sesi akhir siklus penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar pada siklus I adalah 38.09% atau terdapat 8 siswa yang tuntas belajar secara klasikal, sedangkan pada siklus II presentase ketuntasan belajar siswa 76.19% atau terdapat 16 siswa yang tuntas belajar. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi Buku Ajar berbasis ebook dapat meningkatkan hasil Belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah transmisi dan distribusi tenaga listrik.
