This research aims to describe the process of developing local wisdom-oriented flashcard media for learning speaking skills integrated with writing and reading skills in Indonesian for Foreign Speakers (BIPA) at Surabaya State University and to describe the quality of local wisdom-oriented flashcard media for learning Indonesian for Foreign Speakers (BIPA) at State University Surabaya. Development research focuses on product development. The product developed in this research is flashcards learning media. This research approach is mixed methods. The research model in this development research uses the Addie research model. This research procedure uses the ADDIE development model. The ADDIE development procedure has five procedures, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluations. The results obtained in the development of East Java local wisdom-oriented flashcards media in speaking learning integrated with reading and writing for Indonesian Language and Foreign Speakers (BIPA) students at the Faculty of Languages ??and Arts, Surabaya State University resulted in the conclusion that East Java local wisdom-oriented flashcard media can be used in learning spoke about BIPA because it had carried out a series of ADDIE development stages which were based on needs analysis. ADDIE's stages in developing flashcards media are analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. Based on the five development stages, flashcards media has gone through the evaluation stage, namely changing or improving according to the direction of the validator.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pengembangan media flashcards berorientasi kearifan lokal untuk pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara berintegrasi keterampilan menulis dan membaca Bahasa Indonesia Penutur Asing (BIPA) Universitas Negeri Surabaya dan mendeskripsikan kualitas media flashcards berorientasi kearifan lokal untuk pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia Penutur Asing (BIPA) Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Penelitian pengembangan berfokus pada pengembangan produk. Produk yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini yakni media pembelajaran flashcards. Pendekatan penelitian ini yakni mixed methods. Model penelitian dalam penelitian pengembangan ini yakni menggunakan model penelitian Addie. Prosedur penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE. Prosedur pengembangan ADDIE memiliki lima prosedur yakni Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluations. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam pengembangan media flashcards berorientasi kearifan lokal Jawa Timur pada pembelajaran Berbicara berintegrasi membaca dan menulis peserta didik Bahasa Indonesia Penutur Asing (BIPA) Fakultas Bahasa dan Seni, Universitas Negeri Surabaya menghasilkan simpulan yakni media flashcards berorientasi kearifan lokal Jawa Timur dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran berbicara BIPA karena telah melakukan rangkaian tahapan pengembangan ADDIE yang dilandasi oleh analisis kebutuhan. Economic development strategies often target high-skill, high-wage industries and jobs. However, the relationship between skills and wages is not always balanced. The skills needed by workers in industry today include dimensions of skills for the benefit of the industry in the future. The aim of this research is to analyze the dimensions of workers' current skills related to the competencies they possess and the position they occupy so that the relationship between the two is known. This research was conducted by doctoral education students majoring in vocational education. The method used is quantitative to understand the dimensions of skills possessed by vocational education graduates who are currently working in industry. The results of this research show that all of these competency dimensions are very much needed because all workers, managers and positions within the company agree 66.7% that these dimensions are very important and needed in the future. Dimensions of competency in individuals such as task skills, task management skills, contingency management skills, job role environment skills and transfer skills are very important for employees and workers in industry to have.ABSTRAKStrategi pembangunan ekonomi seringkali menyasar industri dan pekerjaan yang berketerampilan dan berupah tinggi. Namun hubungan antara keterampilan dan upah tidak selalu seimbang. Keterampilan yang dibutuhkan oleh pekerja di industri saat ini mencakup dimensi keterampilan untuk kepentingan industri dimasa depan. Tujuan penelitian  ini adalah menganalisis dimensi keterampilan pekerja saat yang berkaitan dengan kompetensi yang dimiliki dan jabatan yang diduduki sehinga diketahui keterkaitan antara keduanya. Penelitian ini dilakukan oleh mahasiswa pendidikan doktor jurusan pendidikan vokasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif untuk memahami dimensi skill yang dimiliki lulusan pendidikan kejuruan yag sedang bekerja di industri. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semua dimensi kompetensi tersebut sangat dibutuhkan karena semua pekerja dan pegawai manager maupun posisi jabatan dalam perusahaan setuju 66,7% bahwa dimensi tersebut sangat penting dan dibutuhkan dimasa depan. Dimensi kompetensi dalam individu seperti task-skills, task management skills, contingency management skills, job role environment skills dan transfer skill sangat penting untuk dimiliki oleh pegawai maupun karyawan di industri.

STRATEGI KEPALA SEKOLAH DAN KOMITE SEKOLAH DALAM PENGEMBANGAN SARANA PRASARANA DI SEKOLAH SMP MUHAMMADIYAH 6 MAKASSAR 马卡萨第六中学(SMP MUHAMMADIYAH 6 MACASSAR SCHOOL)校长和校务委员会的基础设施发展战略

Facilities and infrastructure are one of the components of education that need more attention, this is because educational facilities and infrastructure that are well met can support the implementation of education effectively and efficiently. Management, facilities and infrastructure are the responsibility of managers, education and education stakeholder both internally and externally, one of which is the school principal and school commitee. However, in reality, this is not in accordancewith the current reality. This research was conducted at SMP Muhammadiyah 6 Makassar with the aim of researching the strategies of the principal and school committe in developing infrastructure at SMP Muhammadiyah 6 Makassar. The results of this research show: (1) the efforts of the principal and school committe in improving the quality of learning through infrastructure with approach Dines by submitting proposals, the community and parents. (2) supporting factors, namely having the same vision and mision and good communication. Inhibiting factors, namely the parent’s economy, late disbursed aid funds, and lack of time and coordination between school committe members. (3) the strategy of the principal and school district in developing infrastructure at SMP Muhammadiyah 6 Makassar can be seen from their activeness. The existence and implementation of all its roles, the school principal as planning, organizing, mobilizing and supervising, the school committee as a consideration provider, controlling, supporter, and mediator.ABSTRAKSarana dan prasarana merupakan salah satu komponen pendidikan yang perlu mendapatkan perhatian lebih, hal ini dikarenakan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan yang terpenuhi dengan baik dapat menunjang penyelenggaraan pendidikan secara efektif dan efisien. Pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana merupakan tanggung jawab manajer pendidikan dan stakeholder pendidikan baik dari segi internal maupun eksternal salah satunya adalah kepala sekolah dan komite sekolah. Namun pada kenyataannya, hal tersebut belum sesuai dengan realita yang ada pada saat ini. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Muhammadiyah 6 Makassar dengan tujuan penelitian strategi kepala sekolah dan komite sekolah dalam pengembangan sarana prasarana di sekolah SMP Muhammadiyah 6 Makassar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) upaya kepala sekolah dan komite sekolah dalam meningkatkan kualitas pemebelajaran melalui sarana prasarana dengan melakukan pendekatan kepada Dines dengan cara mengajukan proposal, masyarakat serta orang tua. (2) faktor pendukung yaitu mempunyai visi misi yang sama dan komunikasi yang baik. Faktor penghambat yaitu ekonomi orang tua, dana bantuan yang terlambat cair, serta kurangnya waktu dan koordinasi antar sesama anggota komite sekolah. Collaborative Class Action Research (PTKK) with the aim of improving the creative thinking skills of class VII students at UPT SMPN 10 Gresik. Based on the results of observations, problems were found in the learning process, the majority of students were less active, conventional, most students did not participate enough in learning and creative thinking skills had not yet emerged. The solution will be by applying a learning modelProblem Based Learning (PBL) to improve the creative thinking skills of class VII students at UPT SMPN 10 Gresik on ecology and biodiversity material in the even semester. Learning is carried out in two cycles, each cycle consists of two meetings, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The data used is in the form of observation sheets and tests. The resulting data shows an increase in creative thinking skills as indicated by a pre-cycle percentage of 65.63%, an increase of 75% in cycle I, while cycle II increased to 87.5%. The final results in cycle II exceeded the target of 80%, so that the application of the problem-based learning model was proven to improve the creative thinking skills of class VII students at UPT SMPN 10 Gresik on ecology and biodiversity in the even semester.ABSTRAKPenelitian Tindakan Kelas Kolaboratif (PTKK) dengan tujuan meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kreatif peserta didik kelas VII UPT SMPN 10 Gresik. Berdasarkan hasil observasi masalah ditemukan pada proses pembelajaran peserta didik mayoritas kurang aktif, konvensional, sebagian besar peserta didik kurang berpartisipasi dalam pembelajaran dan keterampilan berpikir kreatif masih belum muncul. Solusi yang akan dilakukan dengan menerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kreatif peserta didik kelas VII UPT SMPN 10 Gresik materi ekologi dan keanekaragaman hayati semester genap. Pembelajaran dilakukan dua siklus, persiklus terdiri dari dua pertemuan yaitu rencana, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Data yang digunakan berupa lembar observasi dan tes. Data yang dihasilkan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kreatif yang ditunjukkan dengan presentase prasiklus sebesar 65,63%, meningkat dengan presentase 75% pada siklus I, sedangkan siklus II meningkat menjadi 87,5%. Hasil akhir pada siklus II melebihi target yakni 80%, sehingga penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah terbukti meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kreatif peserta didik kelas VII UPT SMPN 10 Gresik materi ekologi dan keanekaragaman hayati semester genap.

This study aims to determine ; 1) differences in the ability to understand concepts and critical mathematical thinking abilities through the picture and picture learning model, 2) differences in abilities to understand concepts through the picture and picture learning model, and 3) differences in mathematical critical thinking abilities through the picture and picture learning model. This research was conducted at MTs Negeri 1 Mesuji. The type of research used was quasi-experimental with a posttest only control group design. Data analysis used the MANOVA test. This research aims to determine the effect of implementing the Problem Based Learning learning model assisted by Mentimeter media on class VIII learning outcomes at SMPN 11 Mataram. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method with a Quasi Experimental Design type of research with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design research design. The sampling used was purposive sampling and data collection techniques used observation techniques and multiple choice tests. The data analysis technique uses the t sample paired t-test with the help of SPSS 25 and Microsoft Excel 2016. The results of the research show that there is an influence of the implementation of the Problem Based Learning model assisted by Mentimeter media on the learning outcomes of class VIII at SMPN 11 Mataram. This is proven by the results of the hypothesis test, the t test value obtained with a sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Thus, the Problem Based Learning learning model assisted by Mentimeter media has an influence on PPKn class VIII learning outcomes at SMPN 11 Mataram.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh implementasi model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning berbantuan media mentimeter terhadap hasil belajar kelas VIII di SMPN 11 Mataram. The school principal has a central role in creating a school environment that is conducive, disciplined and highly motivated. One strategy that can be used to achieve this goal is to carry out effective communication with teachers and employees. Morning assembly is one of the right moments to carry out this communication. Developing a spirit of work discipline and increasing the work motivation of teacher employees in a school is the main key to achieving superior quality education. Rawalo Muhammadiyah Middle School is committed to achieving this by using morning assembly as an effective communication strategy. The aim of this research is to analyze the strategies used by school principals to communicate with morning assembly in an effort to foster a spirit of discipline and work motivation of teachers and employees at Rawalo Muhammadiyah Middle School. In this case study, qualitative research methods use observation, interviews, and documents. The research results show that morning assembly is an effective way for school principals to communicate, provide motivation, foster a spirit of discipline and build positive relationships with employee teachers. By implementing this strategy, communication and cooperation between teachers increases, motivation and morale increases, the sense of ownership and responsibility for the school increases, and the school environment becomes better. ABSTRAKKepala sekolah memiliki peran sentral dalam menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang kondusif, disiplin, dan bermotivasi tinggi. Salah satu strategi yang dapat digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan ini adalah dengan melakukan komunikasi yang efektif dengan guru dan karyawan. Apel pagi merupakan salah satu momen yang tepat untuk melakukan komunikasi tersebut. Menumbuhkan jiwa disiplin kerja dan meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru karyawan dalam sebuah sekolah merupakan kunci utama untuk mencapai kualitas pendidikan yang unggul. SMP Muhammadiyah Rawalo berkomitmen untuk mencapai hal ini dengan menggunakan apel pagi sebagai strategi komunikasi yang efektif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis strategi yang digunakan kepala sekolah untuk berkomunikasi dengan apel pagi dalam upaya menumbuhkan jiwa disiplin dan motivasi kerja guru dan karyawan SMP Muhammadiyah Rawalo. Dalam studi kasus ini, metode penelitian kualitatif menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa apel pagi adalah cara yang efektif bagi kepala sekolah untuk berkomunikasi, memberikan motivasi, menumbuhkan jiwa disiplin dan membangun hubungan positif dengan guru karyawan. PENGGUNAAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PROBLEM BASED LEARNING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN BERPIKIR KRITIS 利用基于问题的学习模式提高批判性思维能力

This classroom action research contributes to efforts to improve critical thinking skills in class VII students at SMP Negeri 1 Tarik Sidoarjo. This research was carried out in two cyclical phases, each of which went through planning, implementation, observation and reflection steps. Assessment of critical thinking skills is carried out through observation and a test in the form of four questions regarding the business material and resultant style. The research objects are students in class VII-H of SMP Negeri 1 Tarik Sidoarjo for the 2023/2024 academic year. In cycle I, it was found that the critical thinking skills possessed by class VII students were still not optimal because there were 3 students who were included in the very low category with a percentage of 9.375% and 2 students who were included in the high category or 6.25% in percentage terms. In cycle II, the critical thinking skills of class VII-H students at SMP Negeri 1 Tarik were 23 out of 32 people in the medium category and 9 people in the high category or if the percentage was 28.12%. Therefore, the learning of Problem Based Learning effective for improving critical thinking skills.ABSTRAKPenelitian tindakan kelas ini berkontribusi dalam upaya meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis pada peserta didik kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Tarik Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua fase siklus, dimana masing-masing melalui langkah perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Penilaian keterampilan berpikir kritis dilakukan melalui observasi dan tes berupa empat soal uraian mengenai materi usaha dan resultan gaya. Objek penelitian yakni peserta didik kelas VII-H SMP Negeri 1 Tarik Sidoarjo Tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Siklus I diperoleh bahwa keterampilan berpikir kritis yang dimiliki oleh peserta didik kelas VII masih belum maksimal karena terdapat 3 peserta didik yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat rendah dengan presentase 9,375% dan 2 peserta didik termasuk dalam kategori tinggi atau 6,25% dalam bentu presentase. Pada siklus II keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik kelas VII-H SMP Negeri 1 Tarik sebanyak 23 orang dari 32 orang termasuk kategori sedang dan 9 orang termasuk dalam kategori tinggi atau jika dipresentasekan sebanyak 28,12%.Oleh karena itu, model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis.

PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN MAKE A MATCH TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR IPA PADA MATERI SISTEM PEREDARAN DARAH MANUSIA 匹配学习模式对人体循环系统材料的科学学习成果的影响

This study aims to determine the effect of the cooperative learning model type "make a match" on science learning outcomes. The research employs a quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent control group design. The subjects consist of all eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri 2 Keruak, totaling 56 students. Data was collected using test methods with multiple-choice questions to measure learning outcomes. Hypothesis testing was conducted using the Independent Sample T-Test. The effectiveness of the "make a match" learning model and the conventional learning model aided by PowerPoint media in improving student learning outcomes was analyzed using the N-Gain test. The results show that the "make a match" learning model has a significant effect on science learning outcomes, specifically on the human circulatory system material. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test results indicate a significance value of 0,259. This value is greater than 0.05, indicating that the post-test score distribution is normal. The homogeneity test of learning outcome scores yielded a value of 0.884 (>0.05), indicating that the data is homogeneous. The N-Gain test results show that the experimental class scored 0.43 and the control class scored 0.29, indicating that the "make a match" learning model has a moderate level of effectiveness in improving student learning outcomes on the human circulatory system material.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe make a match terhadap hasil belajar IPA. This research aims to analyze the influence of kamad leadership on teacher pedagogy and professionalism in Bandar Lampung City. This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. The research method used is the correlational method. The data collection methods used were observation, documentation with kamad, and a questionnaire in the form of Google Form. The population used by researchers was all State Madrasahs in Bandar Lampung City with a total of 409 Certified Teachers. By using Robert & Morgan's theory, we obtained a sample of 199 Certified Teachers. Data analysis used the product moment test, Cronbach's alpha test, normality test, simple regression test and multiple regression test using SPSS. The results of the findings in the field show: (1) The results of research on the influence of kamad leadership on pedagogy in Bandar Lampung City which was analyzed using SPSS in the summary table with an R-Square of only 12%. According to the interpretation criteria on the Likert scale, it is in the very low category, namely 0% -20%, so it is stated that the influence of kamad leadership on pedagogy in Bandar Lampung City is in the very low category. (2) The influence of kamad leadership on professional teachers in Bandar Lampung City which was analyzed using SPSS was only 14.4%. According to the interpretation criteria on the Likert scale, it is in the very low category, namely 0% -20%, so it is stated that the influence of kamad leadership on professional teachers in Bandar Lampung City is in the very low category. (3) The influence of kamad leadership on teacher pedagogy and professionalism in Bandar Lampung City is only 14.7%.
