Comparative Analysis about Employment Effectiveness of SMEs According to Innovation Certification Type 基于创新认证类型的中小企业就业有效性比较分析

The performance of innovation should be analyzed through various approaches. For this purpose, not only the financial performance but also employment effectiveness were scrutinized. The employment effectiveness of SMEs according to the innovation certification type was compared and examined. The companies that were analyzed are SMEs that have maintained innovative certifications (venture certification, inno-biz certification and main-biz certification) in 2016- 2020, and employment effectiveness were used in the division of the sales-employment coefficient, which is a relative employment effect, and employment growth rate, which is an absolute employment effect. The analysis results are as follows. First, it was confirmed that venturecertified companies have an advantage in both relative and absolute employment effects. Second, in the case of inno-biz and main-biz certified companies, an approach from the perspective of coupling is needed so that financial performance can be linked to employment. In addition, differentiated employment and support policies are needed in the stabilization stage of businesses suitable for the life cycle of the SMEs. Third, as the innovation certification type shows a certain difference in the composition of each industry, a detailed support policy that meets the characteristics of each innovation certification is required.

Environment-Conscious Consumer: Goodwill and Profit Growth 有环保意识的消费者:商誉与利润增长

We investigate conscious consumerism’s effect on a green packaging business strategy. Improving consumers’ environmental awareness increases eco-friendly packaging, thereby yielding greater profits despite the additional production costs. We use a duopoly model between firms using eco-friendly and non-eco-friendly packaging. Further, we analyze the model using Bertrand competition to investigate whether conscious consumer behavior affects market equilibrium and firms’ financial profits. We find that firms using (non-) eco-friendly packaging can have an equilibrium price once the market base of firms with non-eco-friendly packaged products is greater than the threshold level—irrespective of the environmental value attributed by the consumer. Moreover, we find that if a sufficient market base is secured, environmental management increases profit for firms using (non-)eco-friendly packaging. This study addresses how consumers’ environmental awareness is associated with pricing in market competition, thus enriching the existing literature on environmental problems and management strategies. Consumer behavior also contributes to practice by allowing firms to adequately deal with consumers’ green behavior, given the uptrend in consumers’ environmental awareness.

Digital Transformation and Competitive Priorities Applying the Cumulative Theory 应用累积理论的数字化转型与竞争优先级

Understanding the relationship among competitive priorities is essential in establishing an operational strategy. In addition, successful digital transformation will be essential in securing competitive priorities in the fourth industrial revolution era. By applying the cumulative theory, this study investigates the relationship among competitive priorities (quality, dependability, flexibility and cost), including digital transformation. The analysis was conducted on 153 manufacturing companies using SEM(structural equation modeling). The result shows a statistically significant causal relationship in the order of quality - dependability - flexibility - digital transformation - cost. Alternative models were established to validate the order of competitive priorities in digital transformation and compare with the research model in this study. Consequently the sequence established in this study was the most appropriate one. This study has major implications as it is a preemptive empirical study on digital transformation, and quantitatively and qualitatively expanded on the well-studied Cumulative theory.

The Effects of Dynamic Capability and Ambidextrous Capability on the Performance Creation Process of Sustainable Supply Chain Management: The Buying Companies’ Perspective 动态能力和双灵巧能力对可持续供应链管理绩效创造过程的影响:采购公司的视角

This study focuses on the role of dynamic and ambivalent competence among factors affecting sustainable supply chain activity and its performance creation process. Sustainable supply chain management should pursue economic, environmental, and social activities simultaneously, and decision making such as coordination and resource allocation among these activities is inevitably important. Therefore, this study examines the role of dynamic and ambivalence capacities of adjustment and resource allocation among various factors affecting sustainable supply chain management, and conducts an empirical analysis focusing on the process of performance creation between purchasers and customers. Accordingly, a survey was conducted on those in charge of managing supply chain management in a company, and 296 valid questionnaires were analyzed to verify the research hypothesis. The analysis revealed that both dynamic and ambivalent competences have a positive effect on the economic, environmental, and social activities of sustainable supply chain management. Conversely, economic and social activities have a positive effect on both supplier and purchasing company performance, whereas environmental activities do not have any effect. Furthermore, the result of suppliers through sustainable supply chain activity was confirmed to have a positive effect on the performance of the purchaser. The findings are meaningful in that they present theoretical grounds for the importance of coordination and resource allocation among the three main aspects that constitute sustainable supply chain activities and empirically suggest that dynamic and ambivalent capabilities can serve as a significant preceding factor in creating results.

A Study on Supplier Diversification of Aircraft Fleet by Low-Cost Carrier 低成本航空公司机队供应商多元化研究

In recent years, there were cases where a significant defect was found that caused the entire aircraft fleet to be shut down, which can be critical to a low-cost carrier(LCC) operating a unified fleet. The LCC may consider to purchase a new type of aircraft as an alternative, but it incurs a fixed cost. Considering this trade-off, we study a decision-making problem of a LCC operating a single fleet and examine whether the LCC that purchases a new aircraft should purchase the same type of aircraft as the existing aircraft or a new type. The main results are as follows. First, the benefit of purchasing a new type is maximized when the ratio of new purchases is at an intermediate level, and when the AoG probability and fixed cost of a new type is low. Second, even when the AoG probability of a new type aircraft is higher than that of an existing aircraft, purchasing the new type can be the optimal decision despite the fixed costs. Third, when fixed costs are low and the new purchase ratio is high, LCCs can reduce costs by introducing mixed purchases.

Servitization Review: Focused on Domestic Researches 服务化综述:以国内研究为重点

In the last three decades, servitization has been researched in the pursuit of combining products and services, that is, integrating manufacturing and service industries. Globally, studies to establish servitization theories have been conducted since the pioneering work of Vandermerwe and Rada (1988). However, in Korea, full-scale research was not conducted until the late 2000s. Therefore, in this study, global research trends of servitization are briefly introduced, and the definition of servitization in Korea is discussed. The study also discusses the direction research has taken since the late 2000s to the 2020s. Over 70 studies, mainly published in KCI journals, were organized and analyzed. This study helps in the understanding of servitization and explores multiple application cases and methods in various industries. Also, this study will lead to discussions about different opinions on servitization and productservice system (PSS). Finally, this study suggests avenues for future research currently lacking in the study of servitization.

Environmental Practices and Performance: The Moderating Effect of Capability Enhancement through Buyers and Production Employees’ Job Devotion 环境实践与绩效:购买者能力提升与生产员工工作投入的调节作用

This study investigates the influence of green management practices on environmental performance of firms. The effectiveness of buyers’ activities to enhance suppliers’ capability is also investigated by examining its moderating effect. Next, the moderated moderation effect of production employees’ job devotion is empirically examined. This study extends the scope of environmental management from the individual firm level to the supply chain perspective, by investigating firms’ internal activities for environmental performance as well as the role of buyers’ support for suppliers. Production employees’ job devotion, a form of internal resources of firms, is also found to influence environmental performance by interacting with manufacturing processes. The enlarged scope of this study, considering the discipline of human resource management, enriches the literature on environmental management and helps firms devise suitable strategies.

Developing Competitive Advantage through Digital Transformation Strategies in the Healthcare Industry: A Case Study 通过医疗保健行业数字化转型战略开发竞争优势:案例研究

This case study explores the effect of digital transformation (DT) strategies on creating a competitive advantage in healthcare organizations based on Porter’s (2008) five competitive forces. We develop a customer service value proposition model by analyzing individual customers' digital healthcare information in order to ascertain the effect of DT at hospitals. We focus on a healthcare provider for which DT motivated customers to participate in operational processes, thus positively influencing organizational competitiveness. The results indicate that DT-enabled competitive factors do contribute to the organization’s competitive advantage, and healthcare app service, data combination, algorithm differentiation, InsurTech product and service portfolio, and collaborative partners are especially important factors. These results can be used as guidelines by healthcare providers interested in implementing DT for improved competitiveness.

Proposal of Logistics Service Evaluation Framework from the Perspective of Service Purchase 基于服务购买视角的物流服务评价框架的提出

In this study, we analyze the logistics service process for the improvement of win-win cooperation and competitiveness of the logistics industry ecosystem., and based on this, we propose an evaluation framework that can entrust the final logistics service. In the process of providing logistics services, an LLP may enter into a consignment contract with a partner (supplier) to perform a part of the logistics service. Therefore, this study proposes a method to analyze the various functions provided from the perspective of the process, rather than the industry classification based on the framework act on logistics policies. In addition, from the perspective of service purchase and supply, we propose an evaluation framework that can be referred to in the creation of a business ecosystem and strategic nurturing of the logistics industry. To this end, AHP analysis was performed through expert inverview to derive evaluation priorities in four aspects: the importance of the business, profit of the LLP, profit of the partner(supplier), and resilience.

A Study on the Effect of Social Distancing on Offline Consumption Patterns: A Case Study about Convenience Store 社交距离对线下消费模式的影响研究——以便利店为例

Amid the continuous spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, analyzing how social distancing policies affect customers' consumption patterns is a critical issue in offline retailers' operation management. This study investigates the changes in customers' consumption behavior since COVID-19 imposed restrictions, using sales data of convenience stores in 2019 and 2020. Mainly, we conduct an empirical study on how the social distancing policy affects consumers'purchasing behavior. The regression result reveals that the reinforcement of the social distancing policy positively affects the weekly sales of convenience stores. In addition, the social distancing policy negatively interacts with the region's population density to harm the weekly sales of convenience stores. This study contributes to the literature by analyzing consumption behavior using actual offline consumption data of people within the framework of the Institution Theory. The result of this study can help offline retailers establish inventory management and operation strategies.
在新冠肺炎疫情持续蔓延的情况下,分析保持社交距离政策对消费者消费模式的影响,是线下零售商运营管理的关键问题。本研究利用2019年和2020年便利店的销售数据,调查了自新冠疫情实施限制以来顾客消费行为的变化。本文主要对社会距离政策对消费者购买行为的影响进行了实证研究。回归结果显示,社会距离政策的强化对便利店周销售额有正向影响。此外,保持社会距离政策与该地区的人口密度负相互作用,损害了便利店的每周销售额。本研究在制度理论的框架下,利用人们实际的线下消费数据分析消费行为,为文献做出贡献。研究结果可以帮助线下零售商制定库存管理和运营策略。
