The Impacts of Russian Ukrainian War on the Global Economy in the frame of digital banking networks and cyber attacks 从数字银行网络和网络攻击的角度看俄乌战争对全球经济的影响

Abstract: Russia's invasion of Ukraine in February 2022 heightened geopolitical tensions between the Western countries and Russia, lowering global growth expectations due to uncertainty about the effects of the conflict, especially on the global supply chain. In addition, the sanctions imposed on Russia by Western nations have a spillover effect on the global economy. Conflicts have led to energy supply shocks, commodities and trade supply shocks, rising energy, food and commodities prices, thereby causing global inflation in many countries. This paper examines the global economic impact of the Russian-Ukrainian war in the month following the war.

Deep Bidirectional Transformers for Arabic Dialect Identification 用于阿拉伯语方言识别的深层双向变压器

The rising adoption of social media has led to the widespread dissemination of online textual data. Arabic is among the top five most popular languages worldwide (Arabic is spoken by a total of about 360.2 million people worldwide as a native language). In this regard, Arabic-text data available on social media are presented using different Arabic dialects, such as the Gulf, Iraqi, Egyptian, Levantine, and North Africa dialects. Particularly, identifying the Arabic dialect used in text is of significant value for several natural language processing tasks, such as machine translation, text generation, word correction, and information retrieval. Arabic-dialect identification is a multiclass classification problem in which classes represent different Arabic dialects. In this study, we investigated the performance of two bidirectional deep learning models for Arabic-dialect classification: MARBERT and ARBERT. We analyzed the performance of the models on two publicly available datasets: the Arabic Online Commentary dataset and the Social Media Arabic Dialect Corpus. Extensive experiments were conducted, encompassing binary dialect classification, three-way dialect classification, and multi-way dialect classification. The results indicate that MARBERT consistently achieved higher F1-scores than ARBERT, which can be attributed to the significant differences between the two models, including their architectures, training mechanisms, and data sources.

CONSUMER BEHAVIOR RESEARCH IN FOOD BRAND FORMATION IN THE DIGITAL ECONOMY 数字经济下食品品牌形成中的消费者行为研究

In this paper has been analyzed consumer behavior research in food brand formation in the digital economy. According to the author customer perception of product quality cannot be limited to emotional attributes. Safety, utility and costs should also be taken into consideration as key factors. In this research was made questionnaire surveys based on qualitative research. According to results, strength of the correlation is related to the width of the scale, meaning that a wider scale strengthens the discovered correlation. Thus, a broader scale allows for the identification of relationships between variables that are not evident on a narrower scale and is therefore more useful for research purposes. However, taking into account that evaluation on the basis of a 10-point scale creates inconvenience for customers, as well as taking into account the large number of variables, it is appropriate to use a 5-point scale. Thus, as the integer value for each variable increases from one to five, the satisfaction measure increases. Since all questions are structured in the same direction, so a higher value always means a better evaluation of brands, the results of the statistical analysis will be easy to interpret. Summary, the brand campaigns operating in the milk and dairy products market have not reached the level of international competition among brands. Enterprises aiming to form national brands of milk and dairy products should set strategic goals aimed at solving the main problems obtained based on the results of the analysis.

THE ROLE OF THE DIGITAL ECONOMY IN ENSURING THE FINANCIAL STABILITY OF STATE OWNED-ENTERPRISES 数字经济在保障国有企业财务稳定中的作用

Sustainability includes the digitalization of enterprises as a key factor. Digitalization and automation in ensuring the financial stability of enterprises will create opportunities to reduce the receivables and payables of enterprises. Digitalization and further development of digital financial activities are important in the process of transformation of state-owned enterprises. At the same time, the possibility of delivering electricity to consumers, as well as ensuring the prompt provision of electricity metering and ensuring transparency, was mainly studied. At the same time, the analysis was carried out on the example of the activities of joint stock companies of the Regional Electric networks of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The main attention was paid to the issues of ensuring financial stability by automating the accounting activities of the enterprise and developing digital information capabilities. In addition, it was proposed to involve a state-owned commercial bank as a founder along with the Ministry, which controls the activities of an enterprise with a state share interms of management activities, in order to create an opportunity to further stimulate the financial activities of a joint-stock company.

Objective of the study is to еvaluate the expression of EphA1 in the endometrium of healthy women, in eutopic and ectopic epithelial cells in deep infiltrative endometriosis. Used materials and methods such as IHC was carried out a comparative study of EphA1 expression in eutopic and ectopic endometrium in women with endometriosis depending on the type of endometriosis and in healthy women in different phases of the menstrual cycle. Have shown for the first time that in normal endometrium, a significantly higher expression of the EphA1 receptor on the surface of glandular cells is observed in the secretory phase of the menstrual cycle, compared with the proliferative one. In the eutopic endometrium of patients with DIE, a significantly increased level of EphA1 expression was found in both the proliferative and secretory phases of menstrual cycle compared with the group without endometriosis. The highest level of expression was detected in the foci of DIE (28.0 с.u. in the proliferative and 30.5 a.u. in the secretory phases). Indeed, overexpression of the EphA1 receptor in glandular cells of the eutopic and ectopic endometrium in patients with DIE makes them a perspicuous target for the development of new technologies for diagnosis and therapy in endometriosis.

In the article, an econometric analysis of the evaluation of investment projects was carried out, in which the impact of the investments made within the framework of the projects currently being implemented in the Republic of Karakalpakstan on the gross regional product was analyzed. For this purpose, first of all, the research works conducted by foreign and CIS scientists in this field were studied, and process change models were created using the econometric modeling methodology in our research. Proposals and recommendations for effective implementation of investment projects and their evaluation are described using the results of the analysis.

Artificial Intelligence-based Speech Signal for COVID-19 Diagnostics 基于人工智能的语音信号用于COVID-19诊断

The speech signal has numerous features that represent the characteristics of a specific language and recognize emotions. It also contains information that can be used to identify the mental, psychological, and physical states of the speaker. Recently, the acoustic analysis of speech signals offers a practical, automated, and scalable method for medical diagnosis and monitoring symptoms of many diseases. In this paper, we explore the deep acoustic features from confirmed positive and negative cases of COVID-19 and compare the performance of the acoustic features and COVID-19 symptoms in terms of their ability to diagnose COVID-19. The proposed methodology consists of the pre-trained Visual Geometry Group (VGG-16) model based on Mel spectrogram images to extract deep audio features. In addition to the K-means algorithm that determines effective features, followed by a Genetic Algorithm-Support Vector Machine (GA-SVM) classifier to classify cases. The experimental findings indicate the proposed methodology’s capability to classify COVID-19 and NOT COVID-19 from acoustic features compared to COVID-19 symptoms, achieving an accuracy of 97%. The experimental results show that the proposed method remarkably improves the accuracy of COVID-19 detection over the handcrafted features used in previous studies.

In this paper, we explore the deep acoustic features from confirmed positive and negative cases of COVID-19 and compare the performance of the acoustic features and COVID-19 symptoms in terms of their ability to diagnose COVID-19. The proposed methodology consists of the pre-trained Visual Geometry Group (VGG-16) model based on Mel spectrogram images to extract deep audio features. In addition to the K-means algorithm that determines effective features, followed by a Genetic Algorithm-Support Vector Machine (GA-SVM) classifier to classify cases. The experimental findings indicate the proposed methodology’s capability to classify COVID-19 and NOT COVID-19 from acoustic features compared to COVID-19 symptoms, achieving an accuracy of 97%. PANEL DATA ANALYSIS: DIGITALIZATION OF TRANSPORT AND ECONOMIC GROWTH IN CENTRAL ASIAN COUNTRIES 面板数据分析:中亚国家交通数字化与经济增长

Digitalization optimizes, accelerates, and systematizes work in many sectors and has become a necessary part of modern life today. One of the main problems of the transport system of Central Asian countries is different transport rules with big documentation processes that negatively impact to transportation and time costs. This article examines the relationship between the digitalization of the transport system and the economic growth of Central Asian countries over the period 2010-2020. For analysis, we used Panel Data method where we can see the impact of the three main independent variables on economic growth: transport infrastructure, trade, and online transport documentation system. The results show that the digitalization of the transport system even in starting stages positively impacts economic growth by 11%.

EVOLUTION OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF FOREIGN ECONOMIC ACTIVITY OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN 乌兹别克斯坦共和国对外经济活动创新发展的演变

The article examines the main stages of the liberalization of foreign economic activity in Uzbekistan, analyzes the features of the formation of a new policy at the present stage of development, characterizing the strengths and weaknesses of each of the stages passed. For this purpose, an overview and generalization of key provisions in the research of leading theoretical schools and directions in the field of foreign economic activity planning, logic and stages of strategic management of this process both at the meso and at the macro level is presented. The scientific novelty of this article lies in the comprehensive study of the theoretical and methodological foundations for the development of foreign economic activity (FEA) in Uzbekistan; theoretical substantiation of the feasibility and identification of specific features of the transition to innovative development of the foreign economic complex in the context of globalization. As a result of the study, the key function of the state in the development of foreign economic activity is revealed, the content side of which is a set of tools that ensure the harmonization of the interaction of methods and regulatory tools, which consists in realizing competitive advantages at the international level, ensuring the country's active participation in the system of world economic relations. In the conclusion, it is concluded that a correctly selected foreign economic policy has created conditions for the growth and development of the economy not only within the framework of the state, but also for the country's entry into world markets.

In this article, the Kungirot region with the largest area in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the optimal use of the available land and fodder fund for raising livestock in this area, the option of forming its composition, practical and scientific recommendations are given. A comparative analysis of cattle, cows, sheep and goats, horses, camels was evaluated on the basis of a correlation-regression analysis of the efficiency of pasture use by the number of livestock. Using statistical data for 1990-2021, forecasts were developed using the ARIMA model."The Pasture Livestock Efficiency Program" was created to solve the problem of forming the optimal composition of the livestock based on the available opportunities for using pastures using digital technologies.
