Blockchain-based solutions for Cloud Computing Security: A Survey 基于区块链的云计算安全解决方案:调查

Cloud computing is a technology that provides infrastructure and data services at an affordable cost, with minimal effort, and with a high level of scalability. And it is continuously increasing demands daily. Furthermore, it raised many security challenges that had to be addressed. Blockchain has become a critical technology for providing security, particularly regarding integrity, authenticity, and confidentiality. It also can help cloud computing growth by overcoming security challenges. Many blockchain-based solutions were proposed for security challenges in cloud computing. This survey gives a background about cloud computing and blockchain. Also, it briefly studies how blockchain can affect cloud computing, especially the security improvements it can provide. The main contribution of this paper is to explore and summarizes existing blockchain-based solutions for cloud computing security challenges.

Methods to increase the Raman spectroscopy efficiency in multimodal diagnostic systems 提高多模态诊断系统拉曼光谱效率的方法

An intraoperative diagnostic is a vital tool in modern surgery, and it improves the accuracy of tumor removal and reduces the likelihood of damage to healthy tissue. The paper considers increasing the accuracy of intraoperative diagnostics through multimodal methods: a combination of Raman spectroscopy and optical coherence tomography. It is shown that when used in conjunction with machine learning methods, the accuracy of the diagnostic system can be up to 98%. To further increase the accuracy, it is advisable to consider other types of Raman spectroscopy as part of a multimodal system.

DEVELOPMENT OF INDICATORS FOR FORECASTING THE NUMBER AND COMPOSITION OF LIVESTOCK BASED ON MULTIVARIATE ECONOMETRIC MODELS IN THE DIGITAL ECONOMY 基于数字经济中的多变量计量经济模型制定预测牲畜数量和组成的指标

In this article, the Kungirot region with the largest area in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the optimal use of the available land and fodder fund for raising livestock in this area, the option of forming its composition, practical and scientific recommendations are given. A comparative analysis of cattle, cows, sheep and goats, horses, camels was evaluated on the basis of a correlation-regression analysis of the efficiency of pasture use by the number of livestock. Using statistical data for 1990-2021, forecasts were developed using the ARIMA model. "The Pasture Livestock Efficiency Program" was created to solve the problem of forming the optimal composition of the livestock based on the available opportunities for using pastures using digital technologies.

NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF SEPARATE FLOW AROUND A HEATED SQUARE CYLINDER 加热方柱体周围分离流动的数值模拟

The paper presents a new approach to modeling the turbulent external flow around square cylinders and heat transfer based on the thermodynamics of two fluids. This work is a development of Malikov's two-fluid turbulence model. It is shown that the temperature fluctuation in a turbulent flow is due to the temperature difference between these liquids. The resulting mathematical model of turbulence is used to study the turbulent heat propagation in a square in a flat channel.

The process of digitization, which followed the era of the Third Industrial Revolution, facilitated a new era called “Industry 4.0” (the 4th Industrial Revolution). Based on the dynamics of Industry 4.0 development, the Tourism 4.0 concept now reinforces the perception of technology-based changes in the tourism industry that are highly interconnected and similar to figital (real-world and digital technology combinations) systems. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify the potential impacts (positive and negative) of Industry 4.0 and its components in the tourism industry, to study and to analyze the stages of development of tourism in the context of “Industry 4.0” and web technologies, as well as to suggest relevant proposals for the integration of tourism into technologies of “Industry 4.0”. The study also highlights the importance of training smart device and software developers in the field of tourism and the development of conceptual, technical and innovative skills of industry professionals in the management of technological infrastructure.

Improving the mechanism for financing activities of small businesses in digital economy: in case of the Republic of Karakalpakstan 完善数字经济中小企业融资活动的机制:以卡拉卡尔帕克斯坦共和国为例

The purpose of the research is development scientific proposals and recommendations for improving the mechanism for financing the activities of small businesses. By author have been identified the features of financing the activities of small businesses, development of methodological bases for assessing the effectiveness of the mechanism for financing small businesses, assessment of the level of efficiency of the mechanism for financing small businesses in the republic. The object of the study is the activity of small businesses in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, and the subject of the study is the economic relations arising from the improvement of mechanisms for financing the activities of small businesses. In preparing the thesis, the methods of analysis and synthesis, scientific abstraction, induction and deduction, statistical grouping and comparison, statistical forecasting, correlation and regression analysis were used. The practical results of the study are having identified the features of financing the activities of small businesses, the directions of their influence on the financing mechanism have been determined, measures were proposed for mutual coordination of the activities of interested and responsible bodies to intensify the processes of financing small businesses and improve the mechanism in the Republic of Karakalpakstan and, scientific and practical proposals have been developed to ensure the participation of small businesses in the financial resources market.

Abstract: In scientific research, the development of FinTech Innovations is often associated with an increase in the level of financial inclusion of households. A common problem with traditional financial intermediaries and financial systems in general is that certain categories of individuals, for various reasons, do not have access to financial services or can only use a limited list of them. An example of financial exclusivity in this case is the inability of a person to obtain a loan on acceptable terms. Financial inclusion involves the inclusion of an individual in the system of financial relations with access to a wide range of financial services. The system of financial relations of households covers both internal financial relations formed in the household itself between its members and in relation to the management of personal finances of a person, and external ones, including financial relations of the household with the state, enterprises, financial institutions, and other households. The problems of financial inclusion are the subject of research by both individual scientists and various international institutions and organizations, including the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, the Alliance for Financial Inclusion, and the Global Partnership for Financial inclusion). In addition, statistics on financial inclusion are collected and analyzed by international organizations such as the Organization for Economic Cooperation and development, the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision, the Financial Stability Board, and others.

An econometric model was proposed and a forecast was implemented to determine the main directions of ensuring food security in Uzbekistan, to further increase the well-being and quality of life of the population of our republic, and to develop specific parameters for the full supply of food to the population. The 2022-2027 forecast indicators of the amount of food products per capita have been developed. Prospective indicators of the factors affecting food products per capita of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2021-2026 and the production of consumer products in the industry of Uzbekistan is forecasted until 2021-2030. The need to further ensure the country's food security, to fill the market with quality, safe and cheap food products, to strengthen the purchasing power of the population, to liberalize foreign economic activities and to de-velop a healthy competitive environment is scientifically justified. In addition, conclusions and proposals were developed on ways to ensure food safety in the context of the development of the digital economy.

Abstract: The prospects and profitability of introducing digital technologies in the production of goods and services can be seen in various examples of successful business development all over the world. The experience of foreign countries shows that the digital economy is simultaneously developing in a wide range of areas, the main thing during the development of information and communication technologies in the country, affordable high-speed Internet should keep pace with the interest of companies to introduce digital technologies into various production processes to increase labor productivity and increase the digital transformation of the industrial sector. In Uzbekistan, the government is successfully doing its role in creating the main conditions for developing the digital economy, as witnessed by the results achieved and the goals set for the near future.
