A systematic mapping study of effective regulations and policies against digital monopolies: visualizing the recent status of anti-monopoly research areas in the digital economy 针对数字垄断的有效法规和政策的系统映射研究:可视化数字经济中反垄断研究领域的最新状况

The number of digital goods and services within the field of the digital economy is growing significantly while simultaneously causing management and regulation problems over them. This makes policy-makers find it hard to keep up with effective regulations and policies or devise effective measures related to the fair government of digital economy domains, thereby digital monopolies are avoided and healthy competition is improved in digital markets. To increase the role of government in the digital economy, this study aims to provide an overview of research areas related to anti-monopoly aspects of the digital economy and outline rising trends and gaps in regulations /policies against digital monopolies. In this regard, we cover and classify research in the area of digital monopolies and effective regulations during the advances of the digital economy, following the inclusion criteria based on the most recent and most promising topics of the digital economy: big data & artificial intelligence, the platform economy, digital trade, financial technology, sustainability, and human welfare. Based on a five-step procedure of conducting systematic mapping, Swale's move/step analysis framework, this paper provides a visual summary of the status of policy research areas and research agendas.

CROP PRODUCTION UNDER DIFFERENT CLIMATIC CONDITIONS BY ANALYZING AGRICULTURAL DATA USING MULTIPLE LINEAR REGRESSION, WINTER HOLT, AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE 利用多元线性回归、冬季霍尔特和人工智能对农业数据进行分析,研究不同气候条件下的作物产量

The article deals with the prediction of productivity dynamics of agricultural products based on exponential smoothing and optimization using Holt-Winters, multiple linear regression and ANN. Scaling the data is one of the preprocessing steps of the optimization algorithms in the dataset. As we know, most methods of ANN make decisions depending on their underlying data sets. Often, the algorithms calculate the distance between data points to draw better conclusions from the data. The effectiveness of the optimization methods is measured by the average percentage error (MAPE). According to the data calculation results, the Holt-Winter method MAPE value in prediction is 26.129 (), 297 (), 60.384 (), 93.6 (), 52.9 (), and the smallest MAPE value in multiple linear regression method is 0.28, MAPE value for ANN method is 128 Evolved. Considering the level of MAPE, the MAPE value in the ANN method decreased from 685.6 to 93.6 in comparison with other methods. In addition, indicators for multidimensional prediction of agricultural product productivity were developed in Uzbekistan.

JUSTIFICATION OF THE SYNERGY OF INNOVATIVE INTELLIGENT TRANSPORT SYSTEMS IN LOCAL CONDITIONS 创新智能运输系统在本地情况下的协同作用

In this research, it was found that the level of implementation of intelligent transport systems technologies in our conditions is not high, to solve problems there are enough resources in this sphere, and the methods and modern state of the interaction of vehicles with road infrastructure elements were analyzed. Based on the analysis of intelligent transport systems technologies, the practical aspects of the application of road infrastructure elements connected with the vehicle in the local condition on the example of the "Intelligent start-stop system" were researched. The input and output parameters were analyzed theoretically and practically by the "Intelligent start-stop system". Based on its information model, a control algorithm using the Gantt model and the Boolean function was developed. Taking into account between vehicles and traffic lights information transfers, which created an opportunity to save fuel and energy resources.
本研究发现我国国情下智能交通系统技术的实施水平不高,解决问题的资源不足,并分析了车辆与道路基础设施要素交互的方法和现代状态。在分析智能交通系统技术的基础上,以“智能启停系统”为例,研究了与车辆相连的道路基础设施要素在当地条件下的实际应用。利用“智能启停系统”对系统的输入、输出参数进行了理论和实践分析。基于其信息模型,提出了一种基于甘特模型和布尔函数的控制算法。考虑到车辆与交通灯之间的信息传递,这就创造了节约燃料和能源资源的机会。

DIAGNOSTICS OF THE STATE AND RECOVERY OF REAL TIME SYSTEMS PERFORMANCE 实时系统性能状态诊断和恢复

The issues of improving the operational reliability of the software of the adaptive switching node operating in a real-time system (r.t.s.) are considered in this paper. Methods for detecting errors, diagnosing the state of health, and methods for restoring the readiness of systems are analyzed. Redundancy is used to ensure the reliable functioning of the software of real-time systems. Of the three types of redundancy: temporal, informational, software; the paper pays great attention to temporal redundancy. Which consists in the presence of a reserve time exceeding the minimum necessary for the execution of the program with the control and restoration of the computational process in case of a possible error. Issues of diagnosing (testing) software products are touched upon and recommendations are made on the use of the considered methods of software reliability for real-time systems.

FINANCIAL SECURITY IN SMALL BUSINESS IN PERIOD OF DIGITAL ECONOMY: IN CASE OF UZBEKISTAN 数字经济时期小企业的金融安全:以乌兹别克斯坦为例

In this paper has been proposed a methodology for ensuring the financial security of enterprises in the context of recession caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Based on pre-crisis data related to the new coronavirus infection pandemic and multi-component modeling of the dynamics of industrial production in the Republic of Uzbekistan during the "corona crisis," this study seeks to identify the dynamics of growth by economic activity type and recovery rate in order to identify areas of state support for industrial production. In this paper has been investigated issues of financial security management of textile enterprises. On the basis of secondary statistics, the growth of textile production in the regions of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2008-2020 was analyzed and the factors influencing it were identified. By the author have been presented the main tasks and conditions for the financial security of enterprises, as well as developed scientific and practical recommendations for eliminating factors affecting the financial security of textile enterprises.

PVA films that have been cast with and without carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) doping. In order to study optical constants such as refractive index, real and imaginary parts of the dielectric constant, these additives affect all the parameters under study and increase their value especially the optical absorption, the absorbance and transmittance spectra have been recorded for all the deposited films. The absorption coefficient numbers refer towards the permitted direct transition.

It will be attempted to demonstrate econometrically in this paper that the digitalization of the economy has a favorable effect on economic growth at the national level because it encourages efficient services, which in turn enhances business and governmental performance and, ultimately, leads to economic growth. This research estimates relationship between several pillars of digital economy and economic growth. Obtained results indicate that pillars of digital economy positively and significantly effects on growth in output of the country.

What is the current state of integrating digital marketing into entrepreneurship:: a systematic mapping study 将数字营销融入创业的现状:系统的图谱研究

The idea of integrating digital marketing into entrepreneurship has been extensively proposed because of its remarkable benefits. However, there are very few studies devoted to structuring knowledge in this field to reduce bias and increase reliability for those who need a comprehensive overview of high priorities and controversial topics. Thus, a systematic mapping study of the existing literature in target research was conducted to fill in this research gap. The manuscript aims to provide the classification and thematic analysis of the most relevant studies on digital marketing integrated entrepreneurship research. By using four important databases (Scopus, web of science, research gate, and science direct), over 100 candidate studies were selected with search strings (such as "digital marketing" and "entrepreneurship") and alternative term/synonyms relevant to the title. Publication dates of articles are accepted to be from 2015 to 2022. During the manual analysis of candidate studies, titles, abstracts, and conclusions were analyzed to identify the major themes and tendencies of the literature on digital marketing-based entrepreneurship. The scientific contribution of this paper is a taxonomy that provides a classification of digital marketing applications and the visual status of the target research areas. In addition to structuring relevant research areas, the systematic mapping study also provides the recommended portfolio of publications regarding digital marketing-in-entrepreneurship theory and major contemporary themes. Based on the research agenda of this systematic mapping study, additional studies also are called for future research directions to extend the scope of integrating digital marketing into entrepreneurship and identify current topics in the process and possible gaps in the existing research.

IMPACT OF THE PANDEMIC ON FINTECH ADOPTION BY DEVELOPING COUNTRIES 疫情对发展中国家采用金融科技的影响

This article initially analyzed how FinTech has developed, how it is divided into stages and how it is being used. Then the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on digital finance and fintech adoption is examined, and eventually it is found that worldwide mobile financial app downloads have increased during Covid-19 and that many businesses have begun to make extensive use of financial technologies. We will also look at the various advantages and disadvantages of FinTech.
