The article highlights the trends of the present world, the informatization of society, the intensive development of innovative technologies entails a rethinking of values in art and language environment. Learning a language certainly includes considering a whole range of external circumstances in which it really develops and actively functions: the society that uses the language, its social structure, age difference between native speakers, social status, level of culture and education, place of residence, as well as differences in their speech behavior depending on the language situation. The relevance of the study is determined by the change in human consciousness during the postmodern cultural era, a feature of which is the rethinking of values, the definition of specific trends in the philosophical essence of the postmodern. The study presents the theoretical foundations of postmodern reflection in the social manifestation of speech. Postmodern forms a value attitude to progress as a single unchanging constant, formed throughout historical development. The article examines the conditions of equality of social factors between men and women who choose different strategies of speech behavior, manifested in the models of text construction, use of linguistic means, associations arising in both sexes as one of the aspects of postmodern semantic representation. In the course of the study the concept of "ethnicity" is defined, replacing the concept of "ethnos" and denoting the existence of separate ethnic groups. The study is based on the method of analysis and synthesis, the research, descriptive and scientific method was used to determine the postmodern aspect of the social factor of language variation. The results of the study are the basis for determining the social factor of speech in the context of postmodern society.

The article analyzes the interaction between creator and audience that occurs in the new modes of art practices. Within this field, experimenting with technology is accompanied by emergence of new art forms and genres. Thus, it seems appropriate to view technologies as a mediator in the dynamic process of communication between the creator and viewer. In this context, a number of innovative projects were considered that emerged in the art practices of the recent decades. The choice of the projects is determined by the specific expressive means and by the features of interaction of these means on the basis of contemporary technologies. Creation of these projects resulted from the ideas and achievements of the 1970s–1990s. At first, it was "pure" experimentation, aimed at expanding the range of new expressive components and testing them. Afterwards, modern art products created within this direction are mature and complete. To evoke the interest of the audience, the use of multimedia and installations based on interactive technologies are employed. Technologies stimulate further evolution of art, i.e. they contribute to forming the new genres, and trends. It was concluded that technologies constitute a toolkit that de facto serves as a catalyst enabling practical realization of the artistic polylogue within the creative process: from the point when the idea is conceived, through its fulfillment in the creator’s design and up to its presentation when its communicative models of influence aimed at the art communities are activated.

The article aims to study the issues of university teachers and students from the faculties of physical education and sport to improve the educational process based on the principles of network planning. The article presents the results of the sociological questioning of the subjects of the educational process of physical education and sport faculties about the problems in the organization and planning of effective learning, as well as appropriate optimizing recommendations. A subject correlation matrix has been developed in the furtherance of this goal, in which each subject has a specific line and column. The analysis of the subjects’ matrix allows one to pre-determine the order of study of individual subjects in courses and cycles, their relationship and interframe sequence. Within the framework of the experiment, the authors of the article have surveyed 52 university teachers and 450 physical education students. The survey included questions relating to personal opinions about the advantages and disadvantages of the new curriculum and relevant programmes in 16 major subjects. Statistical data processing was carried out using the SPSS Statistics 17.0 software package. The recommended concentrated arrangement of the leading subjects of the biomedical cycle will allow one to create an interdisciplinary programme giving a complete vision of the structure, functions and biochemical processes occurring in various human body systems.

Introduction. Little is known about the activity of the military gendarmes in south-eastern Europe, which involves managing high-risk missions. In order to understand the factors underlying well-being in this population, the aim was to examine the relationship between operational stress and well-being, as well as the mediating role of social support and coping strategies. Methodology. This a cross-sectional corellational study of the relationship between perceived operational stress and well-being. Moreover, the mediating role of social support and coping strategies (seeking social support, positive reassessment, self-control) was examined. Results. Stress has a significant negative effect on well-being. Social support, but not the coping strategies, acts as a mediator of the relationship between operational stress and well-being. Discussions and conclusions.The results have implications for improving the overall well-being of military gendarmes, by developing intervention strategies focused on raising awareness of the importance of social support, increasing perceptions of available support, understanding supplier value and developing skills to provide support within the military organization.

This article is based on a questionnaire of a relatively limited number of Ukrainian teachers-practitioners. We proved that emotional intelligence (hereafter – EI) in an educational institution can be sufficiently diagnosed by observation, and without using psychometric methods. We also classified and presented the main components of emotional intelligence, their essence, correlation with other qualities of psyche; gave markers for the definition of EI and markers of their dynamics over time. The article has theoretical nature, which determines the analytical and generalizing approach to its writing. While it has been writing, we had used a sociological survey (to collect data) and a number of theoretical methods: analysis, generalization, statistics (frequency selection, ranking) etc. The main data were obtained by analyzing the thematic literature and questionnaires of primary school teachers with sufficient experience (120 persons). The questionnaire was filled out mainly in electronic form, and sporadically in-person. The result was the systematization, correlation and labeling of the most common qualities of EI. Also, the hypothesis put forward in the article found theoretical confirmation (it is confirmed by the analysis of the experience of primary school teachers). The article is based on an investigation of only one, central, region of Ukraine, so it is representative and needs to expand the scope of research. This fact is a limitation of the study.

Symmetry belongs to one of the basic principles of the beauty of human and non-human objects since antiquity. Even though its significance has been verified by numerous theories and research studies, there is a number of papers suggesting that this principle may be false. The study identifies five major evolutionary principles, in the context of new approaches and research ambiguities based mainly on neuroscience and evolutionary psychology, that support the thesis that highlights the significance of symmetry in the perception and assessment of attractiveness: 1. symmetry as an honest signal of various health characteristics; 2. symmetry as proof of developmental stability; 3. effectiveness; 4. comprehensibility; 5. predictability. In the context of the mechanisms described above it also seeks possible explanations for the existence of contradictory research results related to the attractiveness of symmetry. The outcome of the study is the postulation of three hypotheses: 1. the naturalness hypothesis (symmetry is only attractive to the same degree that it naturally occurs in the subject); 2. the accent hypothesis (minor asymmetries do not disprove the principles of symmetry, they make them more visible); 3. the ecology hypothesis (the attractiveness of symmetry is conditioned by the situation and depends on the type of subject assessed) that allow us to integrate both past and contemporary (and putatively contradictory) research findings. The paper also provides proposals for the verification of the postulated hypotheses.

The beginning of a full-scale invаsion of Russiаn troops into Ukraine became a traumatic event of a powerful force for all the population of Ukraine. In the fаce of cruel militаry аggression, the need to develop a comprehensive аpproach to mаintaining, preserving and restoring the psychological health of different segments of the population is becoming increasingly urgent. Dаy after day is increasing the need for competent and timely psychological intervention in the preparation of people for numerous triаls. The problem of increаsing the social and adaptive capabilities of a person, which involves the development of psychologically sound and empirically proven interventions thаt would restore the psychological health of the victims due to prolonged traumatization and has interfered with further complications. This pаper examines and shows how war has changed people’s life, routine and psychological first aid. The article emphаsizes that the solution to problems with psycho-trauma lies not only in the development of the social protection system in Ukraine, a network of institutions that take care of mental health issues, and the training of specialists in methods of diagnosis and psycho-correction but also in work in society to change entrenched stereotypes. People need to know more about psychological trauma, post-traumatic syndrome, and ways to provide first aid because, unfortunately, psycho-trauma is a part of life, especially nowadays. The research deeply highlights the social and emotional effects of psycho trauma and aims to develop a comprehensive approach to preserving and restoring the psychological health of the individual who has suffered from prolonged hostilities and their consequences. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to solve the following tasks: to develop theoretical and methodological foundations of technologies for the restoration of psychological health of personality; to investigate the technologies of social and psychological rehabilitation of participants of hostilities, internally displaced persons, and the population of Ukraine, which was affected as a result of military aggression of the Russian Federation; identify ways of mobilizing personality resources that ensure the effectiveness of social and psychological rehabilitation.

The system of pre-established harmony proposed by Leibnizian ontology gives perspective to a Universe thought of as a perfect machine, or as a "perfect kingdom, governed by an absolute Prince". In this „best of all possible worlds”, the occurrence of evil requires an extremely thorough justification. With regard to the prospective motivation and argument in favor of existence of evil in the world, the ethical positioning of the human soul, conceived of as a superior monad, capable of true understanding and a reflection of divine grace, can also be outlined. What place, therefore, does evil occupy in the Leibnizian universal equation and how is it possible to embody it from the perspective of free will? In a system of such predetermined order, what possibility is there for the existence of freedom? In this universal order, what place does absolute necessity, hypothetical necessity and moral necessity occupy? And what is their connection with the essential cosmic logical, geometrical and metaphysical principles? Do reason, will, and power, as absolute features of the Godhead, contribute to guaranteeing the ethical responsibility of higher monads? How does Leibniz bring together the predetermination and typology of fatality expressed through the paradigms: fatum mahometanum, fatum stoicum and fatum christianum? "Divinity as the first agent and man as the patient and second agent" - is a Leibnizian interpretation of the relation of predetermination. Evil and free will are recognized only in the framework of hypothetical necessity. So, therefore, in the present work we will analyze, among other things, the Leibnizian interpretation of the ratio of predetermination, recalling the difference between being inclined and being forced in making a decision.

Evil and free will are recognized only in the framework of hypothetical necessity. \u0000So, therefore, in the present work we will analyze, among other things, the Leibnizian interpretation of the ratio of predetermination, recalling the difference between being inclined and being forced in making a decision.","PeriodicalId":44081,"journal":{"name":"BRAIN-Broad Research in Artificial Intelligence and Neuroscience","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":2.3,"publicationDate":"2023-03-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"77553791","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
The paper focuses on the use of strategic forecasting using the Relevant Tree Method and the Scenario Method for rail freight transport in order to achieve the objectives established in the European Green Deal. The Relevant Tree Method shows that the solution for stimulating rail freight traffic in Romania consists in increasing the allocation of funds for the modernization works of the railway infrastructure. Thus, an important part of the internal freight traffic will be transferred from the road system to the railway. “The modernization of the railway infrastructure involves major works to modify the infrastructure, which will improve its overall performance”, according to the Law 202/2016. On the other hand, the emergency plan resulting from the use of the Scenario Method shows that if the conditions for the development of the external environment for the organizations in the rail freight transport sector end up being very favourable, it is required to adopt some measures in time, for the employment personnel in this sector, so as to increase the competences of organizations in this field. Thus, it is necessary to grant motivating salary packages, which also include professional training programs, as well as capitalizing on access to know-how, which will be favoured by European funds. This will avoid the wear and tear of locomotives and wagons, but also of equipment and installations.
