En este trabajo doy 14 recomendaciones practicas para mejorar la escritura academica. Sostengo que las dificultades para escribir academicamente se deben, en primer lugar, a una formacion deficiente y, en segundo, al intento de asumir una pose que vincula escritura academica con grandilocuencia y oscuridad. En la medida en que las dificultades estan socialmente determinadas son plausibles de ser formalizadas, abordadas y superadas. A nivel epistemologico, asumo una posicion antirrepresentacionista radical y, por tanto, no hago ninguna distincion entre mundo y lenguaje. Desde este punto de vista, la escritura academica asume una posicion muy relevante. Mi propuesta es escribir de manera simple y no pretende ser superior en ningun sentido a las otras voluntades esteticas que la escritura academica expresa. Divido dicha propuesta general en 14 recomendaciones practicas que, a su vez, se componen de una explicacion general de la dificultad, algunos ejemplos y una serie de indicaciones concretas.

This article presents an analysis of the libertarian collectivisations developed during the Spanish civil war (1936–1938). The examination of this historical experience is relevant to social psychology (the power of social situation), labour psychology (the workers’ participation), and political psychology (ideology and collective action). The structure, organization, and internal functioning of the collectivisations are described and an explanation is given to account why this collectivistic movement is widely ignored in the literature. Some possible implications of this anarchist experience both for the current organization of industry and society in the present neoliberal hegemony as well as for research on the individualism-collectivism dimension are suggested.

Disability has been a controversial topic over the ages. Disability people are seen as useless and unproductive by an important part of the society though this understanding is tried to be masked. It alludes to little details that occur in the interaction among different people, with/without, who belong to an association of inclusive art. For instance: in not waiting for the disability people to have initiative, or the fact of being treated as children. The imposition of an illusory socially-defined normality emerges in these practices. The goal of the study was to analyze the feasibility of a strategy of desidentification in a center of inclusive art. Results show that the work with center users, subtle or openly, continues the limits of traditional conceptions of functional diversity. Some paternalist and stigmatizing practice in language and personal interaction complicates users to accede to relational constructions of alternative identities from usual stigmas.
