The modeling and simulations of the circuit element based on finite element methods 基于有限元方法的电路元件建模与仿真

ANSYS software is a powerful universal software based on the finite element algorithmic, it include framework, heat, liquid, heat energy analysis, electro magnetism analysis, flux analysis and so on many aspects. The paper from an original way analyzes single circuit element and its electro magnetism field. Compared the calculate results with the simulation results, which validated ANSYS software is a high effective and a feasible good way to analyze the single element in the circuit. At same time it provided good way and reference evidence to analysis array lines in the electron circuitry.

Experimental research of magneto-rheological fluid clutch 磁流变液离合器的实验研究

The character of magneto-rheological fluid is introduced, the working principle and basic structure of MR clutch are analyzed and the moment calculating model is established. The basic parameter requirement for designing MR clutch is presented and the example of MR clutch is given.

Search strategy of path for mobile robot 移动机器人的路径搜索策略

In this paper, a model-based strategy is used to realize rapid searching of the shortest path in order to solve the global optimizing problem in the path planning of the mobile robot. The Hough transform is used to build the cell map of the working environment for the mobile robot by extracting the fringes information of the solid obstacles and map them into a 2D plane. We simplify the construction of the state space and design of the search strategy based on free cells' evaluation by the distance which is between the start point and the goal point. The relatively shortest path's search is realized through the state space of the cell map by path search tree. The experimental and simulation results show that the path search strategy doesn't need complicated computations. Furthermore it is effectiveness in completeness, time complexity, space complexity and optimality.

Flaw detection in vehicular wheel based on anti-geometric diffusion 基于反几何扩散的车辆车轮缺陷检测

This paper presents a new method for detecting flaws in vehicular wheel based on anti-geometric diffusion. The classical image-processing methods for flaw detection can not produce a result with satisfaction, because the shape of the flaw can't be outlined exactly and these methods usually can do nothing about the flaw image with unhomogeneous lighting background. A new two-step technique is proposed in the paper. First, we use an anisotropic diffusion model to the flaw image with noise, this step can eliminate the noise and keep the shape of the flaws. Second, we use anti-geometric diffusion to the image, which is the result of first step, this step can track the flaws very accurately though unhomogeneous lighting background may be exist in the flaw image. Using this method, the flaws can be detected with high certainty. Our experiments also give the good results based on this new method.

Rear motor control for a 4WD hybrid electric vehicle stability 后部电机控制为一款四驱混合动力电动车的稳定性

Vehicle stability control for a 4WD hybrid electric vehicle is investigated using the rear motor driving/regenerative braking control and electro-hydraulic brake (EHB) control. A fuzzy rule based control algorithm is proposed, which generates the direct yaw moment to compensate the errors of the sideslip angle and yaw rate. Performance of the vehicle stability control algorithm is evaluated using ADAMS/Car and MATLAB Simulink co-simulation. The co-simulation program consists of 3 parts (1) ADAMS/Car model, (2)MATLAB Simulink model and (3) interface model. It is found from the simulation results that the direct yaw moment generated by the rear motor control is able to provide the improved stability compared with the vehicle performance without any control. It is found that better performance can be achieved by applying the rear motor plus EHB control.

Research on the precise calculation and control strategy of front wheel toe-in of vehicles 车辆前轮入座精度计算及控制策略研究

The precise calculation of front wheel toe-in of vehicles is the base of the control for toe-in tracing camber and simulation of vehicles' handling and stability. Since the match between the toe-in and camber depends on several factors, it is difficult to give a precise calculation of the toe-in according to a given camber. A semi-empirical approach is developed based on theoretical analysis combined with measurement techniques. As an application, the developed approach is used to determine the optimistic front wheel toe-in of a domestic 1026 model pick-up vehicle. Based on the sideslip test of the vehicle, the formulation of the sideslip value and toe-in is determined by regress analysis. By comparing the theoretical and the regressed toe-in corresponding to the minimum sideslip value, the theoretical formulation is modified to suit for the pick-up vehicle considered. The proposed methodology provides a precise mathematical model for the control of toe-in tracing camber, which might be used to improve the high speed safety of vehicles.

Particle filtering algorithms for speaker localization in a car environment 汽车环境中扬声器定位的粒子滤波算法

Human-computer interaction for in-vehicle information and navigation systems is a challenging problem. In this paper, we propose a robust system for speaker localization and speech enhancement for an in-vehicle speech dialog system by using microphone arrays. The performance of traditional localization methods drastically decline in a moderately reverberant environment. In this paper, we introduce Gauss-Hermite filter to integrate the current observation, effectively steer particles towards regions with high likelihood. The sound source localization (SSL) method based on the model of the precedence effect is integrated into the framework of speaker localization based on particle filters. The simulation indicates that the proposed algorithm is able to accurately track speaker in a moderately reverberant car environment.

Simulation of vehicle stability control system using fuzzy PI control method 基于模糊PI控制方法的汽车稳定控制系统仿真

In this study, vehicle stability control system is studied by using linear two degrees of freedom vehicle model. Vehicle stability control strategy is based on the direct yaw moment control that adopts the fuzzy PI controller. Compared with conventional PI control, the fuzzy PI control can regulate the proportional and integral parameters and improve the responds of system. The direct yaw moment is distributed to the desired controlled wheel as target braking pressure through differential braking strategy. Various computer simulation results show the vehicle stability control system using fuzzy PI control can improve the handling and stability of vehicle on low friction road significantly.
本文采用线性二自由度车辆模型对车辆稳定性控制系统进行了研究。整车稳定性控制策略以直接偏航力矩控制为基础,采用模糊PI控制器。与传统的PI控制相比,模糊PI控制可以调节比例参数和积分参数,提高系统的响应速度。通过差动制动策略将直接偏航力矩作为目标制动压力分配到期望控制轮上。各种计算机仿真结果表明,采用模糊PI控制的车辆稳定控制系统能显著提高车辆在低摩擦路面上的操控性和稳定性。

A transient dynamic model for HEV engine and its implementation for fuzzy-PID governor 混合动力发动机瞬态动态模型及其模糊pid调速器的实现

In this paper, a transient dynamic model is proposed for the hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) engine for the purpose of alleviation of high frequency oscillations in engine revolutions, which is extended to develop a digital governor providing a high fidelity estimation of rotary speed oscillation for hybrid vehicle engines. To damp speed oscillation, a hybrid fuzzy-PID controller is implemented for HEV engine speed regulation. By comparison between measured and estimated signals, it is demonstrated that a good agreement has been achieves and the governor behaves an excellent damping speed ripple.

Nonlinear vibrations of vehicle suspension systems with magnetorheological dampers 带有磁流变阻尼器的车辆悬架系统的非线性振动

The paper is devoted to analyze nonlinear vibrations of vehicle suspension systems with magnetorheological (MR) dampers. With two reasonable assumptions and some appropriate formulations, in light of the results of single-degree-of-freedom isolation systems with MR dampers, the solutions of harmonic responses of quarter car suspension systems with MR dampers are presented. And the solutions of sprung and unsprung transmittances for the system are also given. Numerical simulations verified the resulting solutions of theoretical analysis.
