Zakat is part of the assets that must be issued by Muslims. Results from agriculture that have economic value must also be issued zakat. Agricultural zakat is zakat maal or wealth zakat resulting from agriculture or plantations that has economic value, and is usually used for human consumption. The amount of zakat is regulated in the book of Islamic jurisprudence. Most of the residents of Maja Village work as farmers, especially cocoa producers.The author is motivated by curiosity about how the implementation of agricultural zakat in Maja Village. In accordance with the research objective, namely to determine the implementation of agricultural zakat in Maja Village, Marga Punduh District, Pesawaran Regency, Lampung Province. This study will also examine whether the implementation of agricultural zakat in Maja Village is in accordance with Islamic law and what factors influence its implementation. This research used descriptive qualitative with the type of field research (field research). The data collection process in this study used interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The results of the study show that the implementation of agricultural zakat in Maja Village is only 2.5% of the yield and this shows that the implementation of agricultural zakat in Maja Village does not meet the criteria of Islamic law. This is influenced by several factors, including the lack of knowledge about agricultural zakat, habitual factors, and the lack of education regarding agricultural zakat in Maja Village.

Preaching is not only in front of the audience (face to face), it can be through the media as a bridge to convey Islamic teachings. Means and methods for conveying da'wah messages to mad'u through print media, including newspapers, magazines, books, and articles. Preaching essages conveyed through the writing method are considered more efficient for some mad'u. The purpose of this study was to find out the da'wah messages in the book Feeling Smart, Stupid Just Don't Have (The Story of a Sufi from Madura) by Rusdi Mathari, and to find out the most dominant da'wah messages in the book. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach using content analysis techniques which are often used to examine da'wah messages. Based on the results of the content analysis it was concluded that there were many da'wah messages, namely messages of faith, messages of sharia, and messages of morality which were the most dominant messages.

The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of Arabic vocabulary in class VII students of MTS Al-Zaytun using the singing method and not, and to determine the effect of using the singing method on the madrasa students' ability to master Arabic vocabulary. In this quantitative study, researchers collected data using observation, testing, and documentation data collection techniques. The results showed that after the pretest and posttest obtained from the multiple sample t test for the experimental category with a t value of -13.124 <2.024. Thus Ho is rejected and H1 can be accepted. The conclusion is that the singing method greatly influences the improvement of Arabic vocabulary mastery of class VII students of MTS Al-Zaytun Indramayu.

The purpose of the research on the topic of caregiver communication patterns in fostering the morals of foster children at the Al-Munawwarah Orphanage is to find out how parents or caregivers of the Al-Munawwarah Orphanage can use good communication patterns or models towards foster children, especially in fostering the morals of their foster children and what are the obstacles experienced by caregivers in fostering the morals of foster children. The data collection technique in this qualitative research was in-depth interviews with caregivers and several foster children at the Al-Munawwarah Orphanage, as well as observing the daily activities of the children in the orphanage. The results showed that there were two patterns of communication used by caregivers in fostering the morals of foster children, namely the wheel pattern and the chain pattern. The wheel pattern is the pattern that directs all information to the individual (foster child) conveyed by the caregiver. The chain pattern is a pattern that spreads or caregiver A communicates to foster B, B to foster C and so on. Both of these patterns function together to provide direction or good moral development to children. The inhibiting factors in fostering the morals of foster children are the characteristics or personality of the child itself, then the level of language between the child and the caregiver which is difficult to understand, and the noisy environment because it is close to a the boulevard.

Advances in information technology, especially internet media, provide many benefits, such as in terms of speed and convenience, but on the other hand, they contain risks that can cause losses to customers. In this regard, protection for customers who use internet banking is needed to protect the rights of customers as consumers of banking services. This study aims to determine the development of internet banking users in Indonesian banking and to determine legal protection for customers who use internet banking from the point of view of laws and Islamic law. The researcher uses a normative juridical approach, namely a legal research method that is carried out by examining library materials. In this study there are primary data sources, namely obtained from laws and regulations, sources of Islamic law and secondary data obtained from articles, bulletins, or scientific papers. Based on the results of the research, it was concluded that although there are no laws and regulations that specifically regulate internet banking, in the positive legal order in Indonesia there are laws that regulate legal protection for consumers (customers who use internet banking), one of which is the establishment of Deposit Guarantee (LPS). Implementation of legal protection for customers who use internet banking by LPS according to Islamic law is permissible, because there is no argument prohibiting its implementation and also the implementation does not contain actions that deviate from the terms and conditions in Islamic law.
