Prudential Indonesia merupakan perusahaan pemimpin pasar asuransi syariah di Indonesia. Prudential Indonesia juga memiliki jaringan pemasaran yang tersebar di seluruh nusantara termasuk Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Batam dan Bali yang memiliki jumlah nasabah lebih dari 2,3 juta nasabah melalui lebih dari 277.000 tenaga pemasar berlisensi di 408 Kantor Pemasaran Mandiri (KPM) di Indonesia. Salah satu bisnis kunci yang dicapai Prudential Indonesia yaitu, Risk-Based Capital (RBC) sebesar 677% atau diatas ketentuan pemerintah sebesar 120%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan akad wakalah bil ujrah pada produk asuransi jiwa syariah serta tinjauan hukum Islam terhadap penerapan akad wakalah bil ujrah pada produk asuransi jiwa syariah Prudential. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, dengan teknik melakukan pengambilan data yaitu melalui observasi, wawancara secara langsung, dokumen-dokumen serta karya tulis yang relevan dengan tema penelitian. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa bentuk penerapan akad wakalah bil ujrah pada produk asuransi jiwa syariah yang telah diterapkan oleh Prudential Indonesia. Prudential Indonesia sebagai bentuk pengembangan asuransi berbasis syariah telah menerapkan prinsip-prinsip syariah. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada beberapa aspek meliputi kegiatan administrasi, pengelolaan dana, pembayaran klaim, underwriting, pengelolaan portofolio risiko, pemasaran, dan investasi sudah menerapkan prinsip-prinsip syariah.

Zakat merupakan kewajiban bagi muslim yang mampu untuk membayarnya dan diperuntukkan bagi mereka yang berhak menerimanya. Zakat merupakan dana potensial yang dimanfaatkan untuk memajukan kesejahteraan umum bagi seluruh masyarakat. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi lembaga Amil Zakat Persada Jatim Indonesia dalam meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat mensejahterakan yatim dan dhuafa di Bojonegoro dan untuk mengetahuin faktor pendukung serta faktor penghambat Lembaga Amil Zakat Persada Jatim Indonesia dalam meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat mensejahterakan yatim dan dhuafa di Bojonegoro. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi yang digunakan Lembaga Amil Zakat Persada Jatim Indonesia dalam meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat mensejahterakan yatim dan dhuafa di Bojonegoro. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara terstruktur, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang digunakan oleh Lembaga Amil Zakat Persada Jatim Indonesia dalam meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat mensejahterakan yatim dan dhuafa ada tiga cara, pertama, dengan personal fundraising dimana kemampuan individu dari seorang fundraiser sangat diandalkan untuk mengumpulkan dana ZIS, kedua, corporate fundraising dimana perusahaan-perusahaan yang memiliki kewajiban dana CSR (Corporate Social Responbility) kemudian ketiga, adalah digital fundraising yaitu dengan menggerakkan media sosial.

Umumnya koperasi simpan pinjam memberikan pinjaman dengan jaminan berupa surat berharga seperti sertifikat atau Buku Pemilik Kendaraan Bermotor (BPKB). Namun, jaminan peminjaman di KSU Desa Kota Indonesia adalah simpanan anggota koperasi. Fenomena ini melatarbelakangi penulis untuk mengangkat judul ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan jaminan pinjaman koperasi berdasarkan simpanan anggota di KSU Desa Kota Indonesia dan untuk mengetahui penerapan jaminan pinjaman koperasi berdasarkan simpanan anggota di KSU Desa Kota Indonesia dalam perspektif hukum positif dan hukum Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Penentuan jaminan pinjaman anggota koperasi KSU Desa Kota Indonesia adalah simpanan anggota sendiri. Proses meminjam di KSU Desa Kota Indonesia yaitu: 1) mengisi formulir pengajuan pinjaman, 2) melampirkan slip gaji, 3) melampirkan simpanan yang ada di koperasi, 4) melampirkan tujuan penggunaan dana. Jika peryaratan sudah terpenuhi akan diadakan akad di atas materai. Penerapan jaminan pinjaman berdasarkan simpanan anggota di KSU Desa Kota Indonesia dalam perspektif hukum positif dan hukum Islam secara garis besar dinyatakan telah merujuk pada Undang-Undang pemerintah, perjanjian pinjam meminjam secara lisan, tertulis dan bermaterai, yang berkekuatan hukum. Hal ini telah merujuk ajaran Islam baik dari makanisme pinjaman sampai terjadinya akad, tidak ada unsur penipuan maupun yang ditutupi dari sistem pinjam-meminjam.

Wakaf merupakan salah satu komponen dari kebijakan fiskal Islam yang memiliki potensi besar dalam keseimbangan perekonomian suatu negara. Karena menyangkut harta seseorang serta urusan ibadah kepada Allah swt, hal itu sangat riskan terhadap penyalahgunaan oleh pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab serta muncul berbagai masalah yang terjadi di masyarakat awam, salah satunya kasus penukaran benda wakaf. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui relevansi antara teori penukaran benda wakaf menurut hukum positif dan hukum Islam dengan praktik yang terjadi di lapangan melalui kasus musala Ar-Ridwan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan analisis data yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hukum penukaran benda wakaf menurut hukum positif dan hukum Islam adalah boleh, dengan syarat apabila benda wakaf tersebut sudah tidak dapat dimanfaatkan lagi demi kepentingan bersama. Namun di dalam hukum Islam tidak dibahas bagaimana pengaturannya secara rinci, selama tidak mengubah asal tujuan dari benda wakaf tersebut. Adapun dalam hukum positif mengatur mekanisme penukarannya serta syarat-syarat yang harus ditempuh dalam proses penukarannya, dengan tetap berpedoman baik pada hukum Islam, Undang-undang, Peraturan Pemerintah maupun hukum Agraria karena dalam urusan ini menyangkut pertanahan. Dan dalam praktiknya, penukaran Musala Ar-Ridwan sudah sesuai dengan pengaturan dalam hukum positif.

The stratetgy of Rachel Vennya’social campaign on Instagram is measurement in the sense of achieving the goals or objectives that have been previously set by the Rachel Vennya social campaign which aims to increase interest in donations among millenials so that other circles follow and people in need can immediately receive asistance, especially for people who are sick or have symptoms of covid and other people who are affected by this covid-19, both physically and spiritually. Based on this, the following problems are formulated: (1) What is the strategy forusing instagram’s social meta by Rachel Vennya in attracting donations? (2) How effective is Rachel Vennya’s communication model on instagram in growing millenial donation interest on the Kitabisa.com fundraising platform?. This research is a qualitative research. The results showed that (1) the campaign strategy through rachel Vennya's Instagram social media by uploading photo and video posts, taking real action and updating about the distribution of donation funds to a predetermined place made researchers believe that the communication strategy carried out by rachel Vennya was successful by looking at the response of the people who are so sympathetic and enthusiastic to help donate and also disseminate information to donate to other communities. (2) the effectiveness of the campaign carried out by Rachel has proven to be effective because there is a percentage of 83.63% of the number of donors after seeing the post, and this is a very high percentage.

The poverty rate is still relatively high, there are social and economic inequalities in society, and economic conditions are not evenly distributed, causing various social services in the form of institutions to be present in the community, the position of social institutions is very important to protect orphans and dhuafa, so this is a form of implementation. a science of welfare. The purpose of this research is to explain the implications of social institutions for increasing the welfare of orphans and the poor in order to determine the increase in their welfare in the Mutiara Qolbu Indonesia Social Institution in terms of Sharia Economic Law. This study uses a qualitative research method using an empirical juridical approach or legal sociology. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that the implications of social institutions for improving the welfare of orphans and dhuafa at the Mutiara Qolbu Indonesia Social Institute, East Jakarta, have a positive impact on the welfare of orphans and dhuafa, which can be seen in the quality of life in terms of material, physical, mental and spiritual. Increasing the welfare of orphans and poor people at the Mutiara Qolbu Indonesia Institute, is in accordance with the review of sharia economic law. This can be seen from the fulfillment of economic welfare, the fulfillment of the basic needs of orphans and the poor, the optimal use of power, the distribution of wealth, wealth, income and development results in a fair and comprehensive manner, guaranteeing individual freedom, equal rights and opportunities, mutual assistance and justice.

Music is one of the da'wah media that has been used by many people, one of which is by Harris J. In Harris J's music album, the songs contain messages and meanings that contain da'wah messages for listeners with the aim that listeners can feel and take meaning in the lyrics included in songs by Harris J. One of Harris J's albums which contains songs with da'wah messages is the album "Salam". The purpose of this research is to find out how the da'wah messages are contained in the lyrics of the album song "Salam" and find out the da'wah messages that dominate in the lyrics of the album song "Salam". The research method uses the method of content analysis. The researcher categorizes and then the researcher uses the Holsty formula to find the coefficient of category reliability between judges and to measure the average decision comparison between judges. This research uses a quantitative approach that suggests accuracy and identifies the contents of da'wah messages such as aqidah, syariah, and moral values. By using quantitative data analysis in the form of lyrics from the song on the album "Salam" by Harris J. The results of this research indicate that the most dominant da'wah messages in Harris J's "Salam" album are messages of morality, as much as 53% of the number of items studied. While the message of aqidah is 31% and the message of Syari'ah is 16%.

Lease of mango trees in Haurgeulis village is carried out when mango fruit collectors need certainty of the availability of mangoes when the fruit season arrived and as well as the financial need of the owner of the mango tree. This study is categorized as field research with descriptive qualitative approach, data collection methods using observation, interviews, and documentation. In this study, the researchers choose the type of purposive sampling to determine respondents. Additionally, the analysis follows some steps: data checking, classification, verification, analysis, and making conclusion. The result of the study shows that: 1. The implementation Ijarah contract of the lease of mango tree is carried out verbally, the contract is carried out simultaneously when the lessee pay a lease fee to the mango tree owner accompanied by a limitation on the lease period in accordance with the agreement of both parties; 2. The practice of Ijarah contract of the lease of mango tree which has been carried out in the perspective of al-maslahah theory has brought benefits to both the tree owner and the lessee at the level of al-maslahah dharuriyah, although in certain circumstances the lessee has the potential to suffer losses, this is just a risk in business.

This study is categorized as field research with descriptive qualitative approach, data collection methods using observation, interviews, and documentation. In this study, the researchers choose the type of purposive sampling to determine respondents. Additionally, the analysis follows some steps: data checking, classification, verification, analysis, and making conclusion. The result of the study shows that: 1. The implementation Ijarah contract of the lease of mango tree is carried out verbally, the contract is carried out simultaneously when the lessee pay a lease fee to the mango tree owner accompanied by a limitation on the lease period in accordance with the agreement of both parties; 2.
