This research aims to examine: (1) The Influence of Operating Cash Flow to Stock Return in 2013-2016, (2) The influence of Accounting Profit to Stock Return in 2013-2016, (3) The Influence of Operating Cash Flow and Accounting Profit Together to Stock Return in 2013-2016. The data in this research is secondary data obtained from the company's annual financial statements in the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). This type of research is the research of causality. This research was conducted by using sample of 24 LQ-45 companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2016 to 2019. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis and analysis multiple linear regression. Based on hypothesis testing by using t test, it is concluded that Operating Cash Flow is not positive influence on Stock Return and Accounting Profit have positive effect on Stock Return. Based on F test it is concluded that Operating Cash Flow and Accounting Profit simultaneously have a positive effect on Stock Return

This research is expected to improve theories related to company value. Jensen and Meckling (Jensen and Meckling) point out that agency theory is a theory of unequal interests between the party granting the authorization (principal), i.e. the investor, and the party receiving the authorization (agent), that is, the manager. As a company manager, the manager is accountable to the owner, which will affect the funds of the investor's or creditor's company. This research uses a quantitative approach. The main data needed is secondary data derived from the company's Annual report within 6 years, namely from 2015-2020 obtained from IDX or the website of each company The research population is 30 companies listed on the IDX data collected using the documentation method. The results showed that, that Ho was accepted and Ha was rejected, meaning that the Institutional Ownership variable had no effect and was not significant to the value of the company. Then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, meaning that the Concentrated Ownership variable has a positive and significant effect on the value of the company. And there is an influence of Institutional Ownership and Concentrated Ownership together as having a significant effect on the value of the company.

This study is aimed at analyzing the influence of Intellectual Capital and Company Value on Mining Companies (Metal and Mineral Sub-Sector) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) peride 2015-2020. The sample of this study used four companies obtained using the purposive sampling method, namely PT. Antam, PT Cita, PT. DKFT and PT Tins. The variables used, for the Dependent variable, namely Company Value (TobinsQ) and Independent variables (Intellectual Capital) which consist of Value Added Capital Employeed (VACA), Value Added Human Capital (VAHU), Stuctural Capital Value Added (SCVA) and Value Added Intelectual Coeficient (VAIC). The results of the VACA study have a positive and sig effect, VAHU has a negative and significant effect, STVA has a negative and significant effect and CVIA has a positive and significant effect. The value of R square of 0.384 means that 38.4 %. The value of the company is determined by the variable intellectual capitaland the remaining 61.6% is determined by other variables that did not participate in this study.

Functioning of the role of group manager in the management of the organization can improve productivity. However, the function is also a phenomenon in the relationship between principals and agents, where there is a divergence of interests between owners and managers of organizations who then create the agency problem, because basically the agent has their own interests. This is where the role of control is needed to suppress agency problems. Departure from this idea, the research aim is to understand the mechanisms of control and rational behavior of agents in the practices of elections, financial reporting, and compensation. The study concludes: 1) the norms and cultural values appear to be more prominent than economic value in the control mechanism. Norms and values restrict the organization's behavior and justify the sanction for any inappropriate behavior in the system. Lack of commitment and socialization occur relatively high on the system of organization members who continually give up some or all personal interests to become a member of Muhammadiyah; 2) the rationality that is developed within the organization is a form of mental construction agent based on social experience, character local and specification. Muhammadiyah values tradition that was developed by Ahmad Dahlan have become the source of agent, especially in the rationalization measures gain legitimacy from the environment.

Electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) and Social Media Marketing are widely used by consumers to explore information about a product. Information obtained from various sources on the internet will affect consumer perceptions of brand image, risk and encourage consumer buying interest. This study aims to examine the effect of electronic word of mouth, and social media marketing variables on purchase intention with brand image as an intervening variable. This study used a purposive sampling technique on 250 respondents. The study was conducted on all Indonesian citizens who are interested in buying and using cosmetics through e-commerce and already have income. The method used is the Structural Equation Model with AMOS 24.0 Software. The results of this study indicate that electronic word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on brand image and buying interest, and social media marketing has a positive effect on brand image and buying interest and is significant on brand image but not significant on buying interest. Meanwhile, brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention.
