Since the corporate e-learning platforms is a relatively new, unexplored frontier, this paper is intended to provide a case and to offer a framework for project development. The aim of this study is to discover the development of open education platform for maintain the company competitiveness. This paper describes the idea and the stages of the project to create a corporate online learning platform. The general background for education platform project in Ukraine is presented; the reasons for choosing the Igor Sikorsky KPI as software and content developers are revealed. Also, it is highlighted that just on-line resources do not lead to realizing the potential of platforms; it requires technologies that make platform interactive and engaging. Methodology: The case study in this article introduces an initiative to create online platform for a Ukraine-based company. Comparative research methods are used for analysis of Ukraine's position on the level of ICT development by international indices, with vertical comparison extensively for determination the level of ICT development in comparison with other countries. Benchmarking method is realized for actualization the corporate e-learning in Ukraine. The traditional method of dividing the project into stages, which involves determining the actions to be completed, is used. Findings: The results showed positive values in the different dimensions analyzed: (I) Potential of learning platform in corporate development, (II) The design of e-learning platform, (III) The project steps in the open education platform creation and (IV) The professional practice of "company-university" cooperation. Implications: Our implication in the problems of company development horizons, which are determined by modern challenges and opportunities of digitalization. Online platforms launched by "company-university" teams can provide thematic, social and digital enrichment for all agents involved. Originality: The main contribution is revealing the project of open education platform to maintain the Ukrainian company competitiveness with integration the Ukrainian university experience. The case has no analogies in Ukraine.

The positive benefits of digitalisation are nowadays generally recognised and acknowledged by companies and are typically seen as essential in a rapidly and constantly changing business environment. Yet the level of digitalisation is still below expectations, especially among small and medium-sized enterprises. Several factors are behind it, ranging from high-cost concerns and management styles to a lack of knowledge etc. The present study reviews one of these aspects, the contradictory relationship between digitalisation and sustainability, with the aim of exploring the potential of digitalisation in the future and outlining new development strategies for small organisations. This research explores the perceived impact of digitalisation on sustainability based on the opinions of SME owners and managers in the V4 countries, Bulgaria and Serbia, using a quantitative method through a questionnaire survey. Based on their perception on the topic, the surveyed organisations can be divided into two groups (Concerned Inspired, Indifferent Conservatives) and accordingly can achieve a state of balanced digitainability, where both sustainability and digitalisation performance are outstanding with different strategic steps.

In recent years, the term "industrial tourism" has been increasingly used in the literature. It describes an area that includes industrial monuments and abandoned buildings, and above all rare ones that are still in function. Industrial tourism includes all plants used for food processing, wood processing and textile industry, there are also mills, ports, mines, car and aviation industry, shipyards, etc. Within the doctoral dissertation entitled "Potentials of cultural-historical and economic heritage for the development of industrial tourism in the Timok region", a research was conducted that deals with the growing interest of industrial tourism in Eastern Serbia, more precisely in the Timok region. This branch of tourism is no longer a sphere of interest only for certain groups of technical experts, but also for regular tourists who are interested in touring certain regions. The aim of the research is to present the possibilities for the development of industrial tourism in the Timok region, as well as to obtain data on the current situation. The research is based on the experiential information of tourism workers who, due to the nature of their work and interests, are relevant to the proposed topic. The surveyed respondents are employed in the field of tourism in various positions, as well as students who are educated in the field of tourism. The data obtained during the research indicate respondents believe that the media do not sufficiently inform potential tourists about industrial tourism attractions, the potential of the tourist offer, but also about the Timok region itself, both locally and beyond, in Serbia and abroad. Such data indicate the possibility of improvement through the application of an adequate strategy to promote and inform potential users, as well as the insufficient usage of the industrial potential of the region itself. Investing certain resources in the marketing and development of industrial tourism would create additional demand, and this would result in the improvement of the tourist offer. Valorization of industrial heritage in Eastern Serbia can stimulate regional identity, revitalize the area and create additional tourist attractions. Plans and results from certain projects of this type are very important for the region, but also for the state.

The objective of the paper was to present current theoretical findings in the area of strategic management of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Visegrad Four (V4) countries. Within the stated objective, the weight of individual strategic management factors was quantified and trends in the Czech Republic were compared with other V4 countries. Empirical research was conducted between October 2019 and March 2020 in V4 countries by means of an online questionnaire. The overall number of accepted questionnaires was as follows: Czech Republic (CR): 454, Slovak Republic (SR): 368, Poland (PL): 364, and Hungary (HU): 399. Questionnaires were completed by company owners and top managers. The empirical research provided several interesting findings. On the one hand, SMEs confirmed that strategic management is an important part of corporate management; on the other hand, strategic management is not implemented in the everyday life of SMEs and is not implemented through action plans and programmes. The level of agreement with the statement that quality strategic management improves the competitiveness of enterprises and their stability in domestic and foreign markets was not very high. Not surprisingly, SMEs have significant weaknesses in monitoring and personal risk management. The research results point to the need for increasing the level of strategic risk management in the segment of SMEs, which is an important factor in improving their competitiveness in a globalizing economic environment.

Nowadays the multi-criteria decision making is very complicated due to uncertainty, vagueness, limited sources, knowledge and time. The Decision-making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) method is a widely used multi-criteria decision-making method to analyze the structure of a complex system. It is useful in analysing the cause and effect relationships between the components of the system. Fuzzy sets can be used to include uncertainty in multi-criteria decision making. Linguistic assessments of decision makers can be translated into fuzzy numbers. In this study, fuzzy numbers, intuitionistic fuzzy numbers and neutrosophic fuzzy numbers were used for the decision makers evaluations in the DEMATEL method. The aim of this study was to evaluate how different types of fuzzy numbers affect the final results. An application of risk in construction projects was selected from the literature, where seven experts used a linguistic scale to evaluate different criteria. The results showed that there are only slight differences between the weights of the criteria with regard to the type of fuzzy numbers.

The purpose of this paper is to present an extended Combinative Distance based Assessment (CODAS) framework using logarithmic normalization (LN) scheme. LN is useful in the situations where criteria values differ significantly. This framework is used to carry out a comparative performance based ranking of the popular smartphones in India. The result obtained from this extended version of CODAS method (CODAS-LN) shows consistency with that generated by using some other established multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) approaches. The sensitivity analysis shows considerable stability in the result. Further, it is observed that CODAS-LN is free from rank reversal phenomenon and follows the transitivity property. Findings of the case study suggest that the smartphones with higher computational capability and features rank in top brackets.

Current time of turbulent changes is related to the necessity of innovation, of both the products and the entire organization management system. However, innovation activities must be implemented in a short time. Unfortunately, most of the organizations struggle with insufficient costs and the lack of creative and active human resources. All of this might lead to a loss of market position and a decrease in competitiveness. If an organization wants to succeed on the market and survive in the long term, the trial and error method is ruled out. The project management is a possible way of dealing with the issue. Project management is characterized by a detailed examination of all the aspects of the project, their detailed planning, culminating in the implementation of the change and innovation. Therefore, the current managers need to define the precise goals, the responsible persons, and deadlines, allocate the tasks, costs and define the procedures crucial for project management clearly. Only in this way an organization is able to react to major changes quickly and without any mistakes. The aim of the paper is to evaluate the factors, important for the manufacturing enterprises in the projects, and to find out the relations of such factors. The research was carried out in 2019 in 116 manufacturing enterprises in the Czech Republic. The project managers often focus their attention on customer satisfaction and cost magnitude in evaluating of the projects.

Corporate and organizational performance assessment is an important activity for both the managers and other stakeholders, as it provides them with an asset to evaluate their own strengths and weaknesses in relation to the competition, as well as guidelines for selecting appropriate measures to address the existing problems. The issue of criteria selection has been overcome through the literature review and the issue of criteria weights is handled by applying group decision making procedure. The procedure itself consists of using predefined linguistic expressions that are modelled by triangular fuzzy numbers and the aggregation of decision makers' opinion based on the rules of rough sets algebra. The values of the decision matrix are determined by prognosis method and they are described by crisp values. The proposed algorithm is tested on the insurance companies that operate in the Republic of Serbia.

Self-determination theory that was used as a starting point of this paper, indicates the existence of different types of motivation that are distributed along the motivational continuum and which differ according to the degree of self-determination, the formation of which is under the influence of the environmental and individual factors. This research presents the applicability of the basic postulates of self-determination theory on a sample of 150 employees within the hotel sector in Belgrade. The aim of this paper is to determine the extent of which environmental factors, such as work climate, affect the satisfaction of basic psychological needs of employees and through them, the structure of motivation (autonomous/controlled/amotivation). The results of this research show that the work climate, which is defined as perceived autonomy support, significantly affects the satisfaction of psychological needs and motivation for work, where the satisfaction of basic psychological needs has a mediating role, thus creating conditions for developing autonomous forms of motivation.

The paper derives the equivalence condition between the Beveridge-Nelson decomposition and the Hansen-Sargent prediction formula in continuous time using Laplace transforms. The results presented show how the Hansen-Sargent prediction formula is relevant not just for present value discounting but also for the trend-cycle decomposition of cash flow streams in corporate finance.
