The art of nudism photography is an art of photography that invites much debate, especially assumptions that contradict the decency and tendency of pornography. There are also other parties in the portrait work, namely as the party that uses the portrait work for certain purposes. In this case, intended as a company for the purposes of advertising the products, it produces it requires a model as well as those who are able to take pictures, then the company can be said to be the party that uses the portrait work for commercial purposes or for company profit. Companies that use a photographic work for a particular purpose without asking permission in advance will violate the Copyright Act, as stated in Article 4 of the Copyright Act which explains that copyright is an exclusive right consisting of moral rights and economic rights.

This study investigated the failure of the new legislative candidates in the 2019 elections in North Aceh Regency. It focused on the factors that caused the losses of the formers of the Aceh Party in 2019 in North Aceh. It had used a qualitative methods where data was collected through interview, observation and documentation. Among respondents of the study were Aceh Parties members of the Norh Aceh, from the head of the branches and the head quarter in Banda Aceh, such as Muzakir Manaf, Tengku Ni and so on. In addition, the date were also collected from the disctrict KIP in Nort Aceh as the agent that carried out the election. Then the data were analyzed by reduction, displayed and verification. It was found that the factors that caused the failure of the new candidates were more to financial aspect, its political costs were very high. In addition, the intensity of the campaign was very limited and not on a large scale. In addition, between the vision-mission with the political orientation of the candidates were not synchronized. These factors are the obstacles to the creation of a quality democratic process. Finally, there is a weakness in the political capacity of the candidates from Parties.

Remote sensing is a technique for identifying the Earth's environment and resources by gathering electromagnetic radiation data from man-made satellites, planes, and other aircraft. This makes up for the shortcomings of manual monitoring which is limited by ground conditions and small monitoring range. This paper reviews some basic technical applications of remote sensing and two major Earth observation programs that have been used in recent decades. In addition, this article also discusses the application of remote sensing in urban planning and development, plant monitoring and disaster prediction. Most of these aspects are the main application aspects of remote sensing and have a very important impact on the development of human society. Some technical and analytical deficiencies have also been discussed. Some future prospects have been raised accordingly based on these restrictions as well. These applications reflect some practical problems, and can benefit urban, agricultural, and earthquake observations to a large extent by providing new data or methods. The development of feminism is a new consideration on the rights of male and female throughout the world. No matter in philosophy, culture, society, politics, economy, etc., the research of feminism is of great significance. While contemporary feminism is constantly developing and enriching, the development deviation encountered has also triggered the public consideration about feminism. In this regard, on the basis of an in-depth analysis of the historical concept of feminism, the current research checks the development schools of feminism at home and abroad as well as their core concepts, analyzes the current development of feminism in China and puts forward corresponding suggestions, with an expectation of providing some reference for the development of feminism in China.

Court decisions are statements of the judges stated in written form and expected to generate conviction on the truth of legal cases in the proper application of legislation in cases that have been judged. A decision of legal considerations should contain main issues, juridical analysis of all facts that can be disclosed during the trial process, and include sources of law that are not written in laws and regulations, including Islamic law in fiqh. The purpose of the research is to know the legal basis of using Islamic legal maxims and to know the point of views from the judges regarding the use of Islamic legal maxim in legal considerations of Religious Court decisions. The approach method in this research uses the type of empirical juridical legal research, namely the type of sociological legal research or field research, The data sources were obtained from two religious courts, namely the Klaten religious court and the Surakarta religious court, using interview techniques to six resource persons. the data is processed using a deductive method and then analyzed with the Islamic legal principles. Article 27 of Law Number 14 of 1970 concerning the Basic Provisions of Judiciary becomes the principle for the use of Islamic legal maxim by Religious Court Judges because the judges are required to explore legal values that live and exist in the society in line with the existence of Islamic legal maxim which are unwritten sources of law that exist in fiqh books, then the decisions are made very varied and dynamic because the judges use all of legal theories that are included in the decision so that it becomes a characteristic possessed by the Religious Courts because they are not used in other courts.
