Drama, as a category that integrates many artistic elements in comprehensive art, has strong teaching and dissemination, and "situation" is one of the most characteristic artistic elements in drama. It not only provides an invisible "field" for wherever it goes, but also can put the audience or other groups facing this art into it, so that the groups can feel the charm and Enlightenment of drama in this invisible "field". Drama is not only performed in the theater, but can be performed in any environment. Glotovsky returns the drama to its most essential state and takes "actor" and "audience" as the most basic conditions of drama, which is called "plain drama". According to his concept, drama can be performed anywhere, and the classroom is no exception. Cultural communication is an interactive process from one group to another. Its diffusion is very similar to drama. Drama takes "situation" as the carrier and imperceptibly spreads to everyone facing it. This paper takes the classroom as the venue for the diffusion of drama, the classroom as the "theater", the students as the "audience and actors", and the teachers participate in it through the learning of Chinese characters as an example, Let the students learn Chinese characters in the way of drama education in the situational classroom.

The lack of the dimension of core physical education quality is an important factor leading to the decline of the quality of college students' physical education courses. Various countries formulate corresponding measures and policies for the reform and implementation of core physical education quality. This paper aims to analyze the influence of college physical education curriculum teaching under the core literacy on teachers and students through the analysis of existing literature and field understanding, so as to carry out some planning and practice for the subsequent strategy formulation and teaching implementation. The teaching strategy and practice of college physical education course are insufficient because the students' core accomplishment of physical education is relatively weak, the professional degree of various sports skills is low, and they lack the awareness of physical health. The method is to enhance teachers' and students' ideology, practice and improve their own ability.

Previous studies have focused on global Chinatowns in the U . K. and the U.S. regarding the visual language use, but few studies have investigated Sydney Chinatown that has held abundant linguistic resources and history. Dixon Street, the centre of Sydney inner-city Chinatown is marked by the community and enclave of various cultures. The diverse Linguistic Landscapes (LLs) have been a significant linguistic index of Chinatown’s political, economic, and cultural history. This project collects and compares the LLs in pictures of Dixon Street, Chinatown, ranging from 1980s to 2021. This project investigates the LLs through the lens of geosemiotics, Systemic Functional Linguistics, and metrolingualism to unveil the development of Chinatown’s social functions and status. Metrolingualism in the case of Chinatown is redefined as the linguistic fluidity across business districts and borders of Chinese and Australian cultures. This paper argues that Chinatown constructs the business sovereignty upon the prevalent practice of metrolingua francas through the geosemiotic patterns of the LLs. Through the example of Sydney Chinatown, this study will contribute to future language policy and planning concerning linguistic diversity and social equality.

This study examined the influence of an average daily viewing time of short videos on viewers’ visual short-term memory. Participants were asked to either watch short videos or rest before taking a secondary pattern recognition task that tests their visual short-term memory. Results showed that the participants’ ability to memorize patterns and respond quickly was significantly impaired by short video watching behaviors. We conclude that short videos do have a negative impact on visual short-term memory, yet its mechanisms were not thoroughly investigated in this study.

The late 20th and early 21st century was featured by the rapid growth of media and means of communication, and discussions on the effect media have on social stereotypes have attracted new academic attention. One of the existing stigmas being intensified by the media representation is the mental health stigma, from which patients with a history of mental disorders are often misunderstood by the society, and thus be socially isolated and personally discriminated against To understand how media contribute to the stigmatization process, the author came to the following conclusions through examing media's representation of the mentally ill: first, newspaper articles and entertainment media often inaccurately attribute violence to mental disorders, while the fact is that only a small portion of violence is committed by the mentally ill. Secondly, the media draw causal relationships between terrorism and mental illnesses, especially when 9/11 and mass shootings became the center of public attention, although mental disorders alone are not sufficient predictors of terrorist activities. Lastly, medical terms appearing in newspapers and social media are frequently used in non-medical contexts that have a negative indication, resulting in stigmatization. All three factors reflect the role the media play contributing to mental health stigma. Researching about these three factors contributing to mental health stigma lays the foundation for future anti-stigma actions to take place. Further research may include effective ways to eliminate mental health stigma, allowing researchers to design solutions to counteract misunderstandings and to build successful communication.
