Defensive efforts can be made to prevent deviant behavior in students, one of which is developing an Adabul Muta’allim-Based character learning model first through this research and conducting an analysis of the model’s needs so that the model design can be developed following the needs of teachers and students using descriptive quantitative methods. Teachers’ understanding, planning, implementation, and assessment of Adabul Muta’allim-based character learning were gathered through interviews and questionnaires, and descriptive statistics were used to analyze the data. The needs analysis results show that: (1) the teacher’s understanding of the concept of character learning and Adabul Muta’allim was still not maximal because the average number was still relatively moderate. (2) Character learning planning was also relatively low, especially the planning of Adabul Muta’allim-based learning steps, but overall character learning planning was at a relatively moderate average. (3) The implementation of Adabul Muta’allim-based character learning has not been maximal because it was still classified as moderate. (4) Adabul Muta’allim-based character learning assessment was still not maximal because it was still classified in the moderate category. So, it is concluded that teachers and students of Senior High School at Bulukumba need a book with Adabul Muta’allim-based character learning model.

Tchaikovsky (1840-1893), a great Russian musician, is one of the outstanding representatives of the Russian nationalistic music. He dedicated his life to music composition and composed a large number of artistic works. He is not only a creative all-round musician in the history of world music, but also a great creator of romantic music. With his unique ideas of music composition, he brings Russian national art to the world, and his works show the charm of Russian culture in all respects. Dumka , is a folk story music of the East Slavic ethnic minority. It usually takes the melancholy as the theme. Also, it connotates the meaning of meditation and contemplation. Typically featured with long melody which is intertwined with extremely fast melody, it is the transition from melancholy and meditation to gorgeous movement. In the music piece, sadness, melancholy coexists with positivity. Full of contradictory elements, it has typical national musicality. More famous includes A. Dvorzak’s Piano Trio and Tchaikovsky’s Piano Piece(OP.59) . This paper takes Tchaikovsky’s piano piece Dumka (OP.59) as the research object, mainly clarifies from its historical background, work style, the image, structure and artistic conception of music, revealing the special artistic style and musical meaning of Tchaikovsky’s Dumka .

Telecommunication providers have been working tirelessly to improve the services they offer since the invention of mobile phones. The progress is done by the providers to increase their reach, attract more people and make the services better. First-generation (1G) was the first network to be established but faced with coverage and was only limited to voice calls. To address these problems, the telecommunications investors have created second-generation (2G), thirdgeneration (3G), fourth-generation (4G) and fifth-generation (5G) mobile networks. The new mobile networks usually come with new features such as better speeds and services. The paper explores the development of 5G mobile network and what it means to different industries. The research problem discussed in the paper is intended to establish whether the cost of 5G development is manageable and viable. Additionally, the research objectives will investigate what it takes to develop 5G from 4G, the elements and the current state of implementation in different economies in the world. After its implementation, the 5G mobile network will help solve speed problems and enhance user experience with its high speed. The significant technologies for the latest mobile network involve cloud computing, software-defined networking (SDN) and Internet of things (IoT). IoT puts together SDN and cloud-based services to improve services for the users. The paper comprehensively discusses 5G in the introduction, literature review, methodology and analysis.

A year has passed since the covid 19 pandemic started, and the government policy in terms of handling this pandemic has still been a controversial debate. There are allegations that the pandemic does not exist or is just a conspiracy; the government is considered to be confused when deciding on handling the pandemic, whether to impose a lockdown or to allow business investment activities to continue, and in terms of education, the government's measures are unable to determine the right system for distance learning. Some of the issues over the information were widely constructed through memes circulating on social media Instagram. This research is a case study that uses memes and netizen responses as research data. To understand the signs, meanings, and responses of netizens, the writer uses Peirce's semiotic, multimodal theory, and Welch's hyperdemocracy symptoms. Freedom of expression, giving opinions, making and spreading the information is based on individual justification. Nowadays, social media is able to influence, change netizens’ way of thinking so that the discussion in the comment section leads to ridicule, criticize, and blame each other. In addition, it is also found that social media dominates the internet, this can be seen in some responses which support meme uploads on social media instagram. Through some of these indicators, there is an assumption that the phenomenon of hyperdemocracy in virtual space has emerged. Ultimately, the findings of this analysis will describe how the hyperdemocracy phenomenon began to appear in virtual space.

Technological progress goes hand in hand with the development of human civilization. One of the results of human civilization is tableware, namely coasters. This article will describe the design of coasters with the Semarang Batik motifs application, namely Warak Ngendog, as a result of acculturation of Javanese, Chinese, and Arabic cultures through the depiction of mythological animals as symbols of harmony according to Semarang people beliefs. The primary material used is copper metal combined with wood. Combining this material was chosen because it can fulfill the value of the function and aesthetics. The research method is descriptive experimental through laser cutting and forging techniques on copper metal, identification, and structured documentation. The result of this experiment is a set of coasters with the Warak Ngendog motif.
