Self-Control and Emotional Skills of Student Athletes in Relation to Academic Learning 学生运动员的自控能力和情绪技能与学业的关系

The article focuses on the assessment of physical and mental self-control style as an attitudinal pattern in relation to the academic performance of first-year students at the National University of Physical Education and Sport included in the target group of the Rose project in 2022. This is an initial empirical study aimed at identifying attitudinal trends in terms of vision on sports performance and performance in didactic learning. The investigated students responded to a psychological questionnaire made up of items assessing: the dominant tendency to place the locus of control in relation to various aspects of life; the dominant tendency to accumulate information (learning style); the way of relating emotionally to different life contexts. The 2020-2022 period left a special mark on all those involved in a didactic learning process, given the context generated by the COVID-19 pandemic, in the sense of increasing the dropout rate of academic education, and a strong mark on athletes’ mobilization for performance and their vision of the future. Theoretically, we consider the concept of locus of control in one’s own life (Rotter, 1966), in the sense of decision-making, action or non-action in predictable and unpredictable situations, but also the level of dependence on social influences. On the other hand, we refer to the visual or auditory perceptual dominance associated with motor learning.

Synergy of Journalists’ Acquisition of Speech and Social-Communicative Competences 记者获得语言能力和社会交往能力的协同作用

The relevance of researching the synergy of journalists’ acquisition of speech and social-communicative competences lies in the fact that the need to increase the level of speech and social-communicative competences has been brought to the forefront by new economic and social conditions. A high linguistic culture is very important both for a developed economy and for success in management, because, firstly, the solution of many management tasks is based on direct interaction of people in different situations. Second, interpersonal communication is the best way to discuss and solve problems that are characterized by uncertainty and ambiguity. The social task of the modern information society is to educate the younger generation, which is oriented in the field of mass media and “speaks” its language. For a young person of the 21st century, it is very important to know about the events and processes taking place in the world, country, city, to be able to analyze and evaluate these events and processes in order to have their own activity to form a position. The article explores the ways journalists acquire communicative competence; the need for functional and structural-educational models of mass communication means in the acquisition of speech and social-communicative competences by journalists is presented; professional social-communicative competence of journalistic activity is singled out; foundations of the synergy of journalists’ acquisition of speech and social-communicative competences are determined.

The Main Aspects of New Ukrainian School: Child-Centeredness, Competence Approach, Pedagogy of Partnership 新乌克兰学校的主要方面:以儿童为中心、能力方法、伙伴关系教学法

The main aspects of New Ukrainian School are considered in the article. The relevance of the article is that the educational reform launched in Ukraine in 2017 is based on a model of 9 key components, among which the prominent pedagogy is partnership, which is based on the cooperation of students, teachers and parents; the content of education is realized through the competence approach; in the educational process the main reference point is the needs of the child, ie the so-called child-centeredness. The purpose of the article: to consider in detail the implementation of key components of the New Ukrainian School Concept in domestic and foreign educational institutions: to clarify the principles of implementation of child centeredness, to reveal the essential features of the competence approach to learning, to compare the implementation of partnership pedagogy in international and Ukrainian education. Methods of work: complex (analysis of the scientific literature and synthesis). Novelty: the activity-based approach to learning is the key to the formation of key competencies of lifelong learning. Results: According to research on this issue, the main goal of each reform is to improve the quality of education. Both the competence approach, and pedagogy of partnership, and child-centeredness interact closely with each other, complement each aspect. Thus, these factors are aimed at the diverse development of the child's personality, the formation of key and subject competencies that will be necessary for life skills and will be the basis for choosing a future profession and the key to success in life. Conclusion: these factors of the New Ukrainian School Concept proclaim the preservation of the value of childhood, personal approach to the child, the development of students' abilities, creating an educational environment that provides psychological and physiological comfort.

Optimising the Competitive Performance of Junior Greco-Roman Wrestlers by Consolidating and Improving Their Takedown Techniques 通过巩固和改进摔跤技术来优化青少年格力-罗马摔跤运动员的竞技表现

In elite wrestling, achieving the best results in major competitions is the primary goal of all activities, and the secondary goal is to provide a recreational, compensatory, or therapeutic approach. In this regard, one of the current concerns in establishing the competition system focuses on children’s competitions. For this reason, specialists in this field are turning their attention to getting as many children as possible involved in sports competitions. They will later represent the base of the secondary selection that will deliver juniors aspiring to important titles. This paper aims to improve the takedown technique's performance in the training process through effective means developed after video analysis of the elemental mechanisms that constitute the action studied. The research was carried out between 19 February and 9 September 2022 within the Greco-Roman Wrestling Section of the School Sports Club no. 5 in Bucharest. The participants were advanced junior athletes aged between 15 and 17 years, competing in the Individual National Greco-Roman Championships. For the study scope, they were divided into two groups (a control group of 9 athletes and an experimental group of 9 athletes). Although both groups obtained similar results in the initial test, the experimental group achieved clearly better results in the final test compared to the control group, which demonstrates the difference between the types of training performed by the two groups.

Nurturing the Temporal Dynamic of Reflection Among Pre-Service Teachers: the Contribution of Peer Observation and Written Reflection 培养职前教师反思的时间动力:同伴观察和书面反思的贡献

This study aimed to examine how peer observation and written reflection could led Pre-Service Teachers (PSTs) in improving the temporal dynamics of their reflection during the Physical Education practicum. Given its dynamic and collaborative nature, an action-research design was conducted throughout an academic year to explore the ongoing and deliberate adaptation of peer observation and written reflection strategies to develop PSTs’ reflection. Six PSTs and the first author, who took on the dual role of external facilitator and researcher, participated in this study. As facilitator, the first author scaffolded the implementation of both pedagogical strategies over the school year. PSTs’ reflections were gathered through semi-structured interviews and reflective journal. Also, additional field notes were gathered by the facilitator during participant observation. The findings showed that an intentional structured combination of peer observation and written reflection helped PSTs to develop their ability to reflect-in-action and to reflect on reflection-in-action. The interaction between peer observation and written reflection enabled PSTs to understand the problems derived from their own pedagogical practice, as well as the need to search for new and better solutions. Doing so, PST started to reflect in an action-oriented and critical way. From a practical standpoint, we recommend that Physical Education Teacher Education programs include the development of a temporal dynamic of reflection not only through peer observation and written reflection, but also using multiple strategies (e.g., audio recordings, video analysis, etc.). By nurturing the temporal dynamic of reflection, PSTs can ongoingly re-examine themselves and their pedagogical intervention critically.

The research examines the binary opposition of “good” and “evil” in the English and French languages within the context of foreign language teaching. The aim is to analyze these concepts’ lexical-semantic and cultural aspects and explore their implications for foreign language learners. The study adopts a comparative approach, considering the similarities and differences in representing “good” and “evil” in the two distantly related languages. The analysis focuses on the semantic structure and distribution of lexical units associated with these concepts and the cultural connotations embedded in their usage. The research focuses on how the binary opposition of “good” and “evil” impacts language learners’ understanding of the target culture and their ability to communicate effectively in the foreign language. The latter gain a deeper appreciation of the target culture’s moral values and social dynamics by examining the cultural meanings and connotations associated with these oppositions. The findings highlight the asymmetry of lexical units within the lexical-semantic groups of “good” and “evil”, revealing discrepancies in the number and distribution of words and their meanings. Antonymy and enantiosemy are identified as regularities in forming vocabulary, denoting good and evil in the compared languages. These linguistic tools enable learners to express contrasting concepts and enhance their linguistic and intercultural awareness. Incorporating the binary opposition of “good” and “evil” in foreign language teaching can promote a deeper understanding of the target culture’s values, norms, and worldview. Learners become more sensitive to cultural aspects and better equipped to navigate intercultural interactions by unravelling the underlying cultural codes embedded in language.

Reflections of Parents of Elementary School Pupils in the Republic of Croatia About the Use of Tablets in Class 克罗地亚共和国小学生家长对课堂上使用平板电脑的看法

In the last three years, there have been changes that contributed to the introduction of modern technology, i.e., tablets, into the teaching process. "Refreshment" was needed to continue. The need for effective, interesting, and motivating teaching has become evident. The use of tablets in class can certainly meet these needs. The goal was to determine the thoughts and attitudes of parents of elementary school children about the use of tablets: do they agree that tablets should replace classic textbooks in classes? Research was conducted on a sample of 1,403 parents of children who attended elementary school. The results show that 49.0% of respondents state that their child often uses a tablet in class. Furthermore, 69.6% of parents fully agree with the statement that the use of modern technology in teaching is good to know. 67.3% strongly disagree with the possibility of replacing classic textbooks with tablets in class. Parents: 42.6% of them think that the tablet does not make it easier for the child to learn, and 34.0% of the research participants could not make up their minds about the set items. 80.4% of parents believe that excessive use of tablets by children is addictive.

The Parent-Pupil-Teacher Relationship and its Role in Preventing Human Trafficking among High School Pupils 家长-学生-教师关系及其在预防高中生人口贩运中的作用

Although human trafficking can take very different forms and does not consider gender or age, studies have shown that adolescents have a higher degree of risk, the most vulnerable categories being children aged 14-17 years, especially female gender. As a result, a series of studies have been undertaken to establish adequate solutions to prevent this scourge. In this context, our research aimed to analyze the extent to which the parent-pupil-teacher trio can be considered an active tool for preventing human trafficking among high school pupils. The article presents the results of a quantitative study carried out at the level of Dambovita county of Romania, on a representative sample of high school pupils, a study that analyzed as items: the communication between adolescent and parents regarding the adolescent’s friends, the trusted person for the adolescent, the parent’s interest in the adolescent’s school situation and emotional support relationships.

The relevance of the article is caused by the fact that the established approaches and methods are changing, the needs of today's students and pupils are changing. Distance learning in the era of postmodernism is a type of learning, based on the educational interaction between teachers and students who are distant from each other, implemented with the help of telecommunication technologies and Internet resources. Distance learning is part of blended learning, which has become increasingly common in the education of foreign students. Blended Learning is a fairly new method of learning, which is indispensable for full-time education. It is a learning/teaching system that combines the best aspects and advantages of classroom teaching and interactive or distance learning and creates accessible and motivating courses for students, in which the learning process is a defined system consisting of different parts that function in constant interconnection with each other to form a kind of whole. The main task of this model is to train foreigners for active communicative activity in the socio-cultural, domestic and educational-professional sphere and the ability to use the acquired knowledge in online and offline communication.

Perspectives on the Strategic Health Impact in Romania 罗马尼亚卫生战略影响展望

The health system and management of medical services is a sector of major importance, considering that it concerns the entire population, emphasis should be placed on the medical act, on the motivation and training of medical personnel to provide quality health services that respond fully meet patient expectations. It should be remembered that it is easier to prevent than to treat, and primary prevention represents the basis of a healthy society and the most effective and inexpensive method to stop the occurrence and evolution of chronic diseases. In this sense, new concepts and methodologies have been developed, both worldwide and in our country, especially recently, that try to meet the needs. It is approached differently and specifically depending on the individual needs, the resources we have at hand, all of which have as the result the improvement of the medical act and the satisfaction of the patient.
