Ukraine as an independent state with a European vector of development and an orientation towards European values, despite the war and the economic difficulties caused by it, continues to move towards the implementation of European educational standards, cooperation within various educational projects, and the development of modern educational programs for the needs of the European market. At the same time, in addition to the awareness of the need for a single economic space, there are certain urgent issues that need improvement, namely: the management of innovation processes in higher education institutions. Objective of the article is a sociological study of the style of management of innovative processes of higher education institutions of Ukraine in the context of the actualization of social and innovative resources. The research was conducted in two stages. At the first stage, a questionnaire was organized and conducted among 1,200 scientific and pedagogical workers of higher education institutions in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Lviv, Odesa, and Dnipro. At the second stage, in order to obtain more detailed information and a deeper understanding of the research problem, the collection and analysis of expert opinions was carried out by the method of semi-structured interviews, 20 rectors of state-owned higher education institutions acted as experts. So, the concept of the style of management of the innovation process is formed at the intersection of interests in the context of the situational approach to management and social innovation. Activities related to the improvement of management styles in the context of the implementation of social innovative resources will be productive if program-oriented management methods are used to ensure the sustainability of innovative management styles.

In this paper we deal with the issue of teaching foreign language grammar using literature in secondary schools. The aim of this paper is to propose and provide teachers of French as a foreign language with effective and practical didactic recommendations for teaching the past tenses in French through authentic literary text. Working with a literary text has the potential to contribute to the learner's self-development, to the development of his/her reading and language skills, to the development of critical thinking and other important aspects of his/her personality. The literary text chosen is the Quebec short story "Le petit bonhomme de graisse", which meets the criteria for selecting a text for didactic purposes in terms of content and scope. From a linguodidactic point of view, it corresponds to the language level B1 according to the CEFR, at which the learners are confronted with the chosen grammatical phenomenon and the problem of its application in communicative practice. When developing proposals for didactic procedure for working with the selected text, we come out from Rafajlovičová's research of the assessment of grammatical competence from the year 2016, which shows that the application ability of foreign language learners is significantly lower in comparison with the mechanical formation of grammatical forms. The partial aim of this paper is to contribute to the development of grammatical competence and its application to learners' communicational practice. In proposing activities related to authentic literary text, we take into account Slovak learners in Slovak schools, but nevertheless these proposals are applicable in the educational system of other countries, where French is taught as a foreign language. The topic of past tenses in French is one of the most difficult phenomenon to learn and use in communication, as the Slovak language operates with a different grammatical system. The proposed activities serve for effective teaching and acquisition of past tenses in French, not only their formation, but also their application to common communicative situations.

In the current period, there is a growing interest in finding solutions for the new generation to have a more physically active life. One of the main tools we can act is the physical education lesson. Purpose: This paper aimed to find out if there is a new approach to the physical education class, one with a much more pedagogical (knowledge-based) character than the traditional approach based on competition and physical performance (sport-based). Method: Based on the PRISMA statement’s guidelines, several 105 papers were selected. Results and Discussion: The most commonly used terms to describe this new approach are: "physical literacy", "conceptual physical education" and "fitness education". The main role of this knowledge-based approach is to complete the practical activity and not to replace it. To achieve this, the theoretical component of physical education provides the student with knowledge of concepts, principles and methods, essential for effectively managing physical activity. The last part of the paper presents the main barriers that make teachers reject this knowledge-based approach.

In the educational environment the Internet is a basic and widely used tool for teaching and learning, but along with its use the Internet can also bring many problems to students' lives, if it becomes problematic. However, problematic Internet use can have negative consequences for students, especially when a tendency to procrastinate in their academic tasks develops. The study examines the connection between excessive Internet use and academic procrastination among high school and university students. The carried-out research used a questionnaire method; where a PRIUSS questionnaire to measure problematic Internet use, and a PPS questionnaire to measure academic procrastination were used. The research group consisted of 389 respondents, of whom 205 were university students and 184 were high school students, and the respondents ranged from 16 to 22 years (M = 18.4, SD = 3.16) of age. The study demonstrates a positive significant connection between problematic Internet use and academic procrastination (Sig. < 0.01), and therefore an increase in excessive Internet use increases the level of academic procrastination. The difference between academic procrastination among students at universities and high school students has not been demonstrated (Sig. > 0.05), but the benefit of the work is the knowledge and usability in both psychological and pedagogical practice.

Nowadays, the image of the woman assimilates all valences, from the submissive and depreciated woman to the independent, dominant or the powerful woman. For a very long time, the imperative power of traditions provided a framed image of the status and roles associated with each gender, obviously favoring the male status. The social evolution of the last decades has caused the force of tradition to consistently lose its power and the gap between the male and the female status to shrink and, in certain communities, even reverse the power ratio. The contemporary social moment surprises two large categories of situations: a female status anchored for a long time in the struggle to obtain equity in the couple and a male status, predominantly traditionally socialized. The male is surprised by the fact that the tradition can no longer support the status culture in which he was educated. Thus, the changing of a behavior, as Bandura (1977) states, involves the changing of old thinking systems. However, this process stage is more advanced for women; the applicability thereof is difficult because of the male opposition. The changing of cognitions is therefore more difficult to achieve, which is why women try to act on behaviors while men, abandoned by the protection of traditions, re-argue their status by appealing to social stereotypes about women, which, being widespread, appear as generally legitimate arguments. The study aims to analyze the social opinions regarding the social stereotypes about women.

The paper delves into the cognitive and semiotic structuring of English political discourse and its implications for English as Foreign Language (hereinafter – EFL) teaching. The study aims to identify the linguistic means of concept verbalization and analyze their role in reproducing the cognitive and semiotic space in the discourse. The study’s findings suggest that English political discourse’s conceptual sphere is realized through linguistic signs designating cultural values relevant to American society. The analysis shows that the concepts PEOPLE, DEMOCRACY, and POWER are characterized by the highest frequency of usage in the analyzed corpus. The former are the symbols of national identity and contribute to better world discretization and reality structuring in the American people’s minds. By understanding the cognitive and semiotic structuring of English political discourse, EFL teachers can better equip their students to communicate effectively in the target language and develop their critical thinking and intercultural communicative skills.

The economic value of all projects is well known nationally and internationally, yet many economic actors fail to give enough voice to project experts at the strategic level. The climate emergency, the global pandemic, the decisions of the European Commission and the European Parliament, and the post-Brexit environment have created a perfect storm when companies plan their mid- and long-term strategies. For this competition, ADI ITI Danube Delta built the first national strategy development tool. Under the motto of this mechanism, below I present the methodology of knowledge management and the projects developed in the ITI Danube Delta region.

In the context of social and economic crises, the tourism industry represents the economic branch that is affected in various aspects, which implies the search for new solutions for development. Thus, the professional training of staff in the higher education system, including those in the field of tourism, in recent years was influenced by a series of factors that required rapid adaptation, the identification of the methods and means necessary to train the skills of future specialists. In this sense, the ever-changing requirements for employees in the tourism field, especially the trends of recent years, should focus on the content of the staged training of future employees in the tourism field, with an emphasis on the training of flexible, innovative and with deep digital skills to be able to deal with unpredictable situations that can affect the tourism sector. This fact implies that future graduates who will work in the tourism sector will need to possess skills that will allow them to quickly adapt to multiple tasks, in a redesigned industry that has been attempted by the pandemic. All this determines the need to make changes in the professional training of staff at each training stage, which will aim to ensure the sustainability of the sector, with an emphasis on strengthening the relations between academia and the industry itself in order to find viable solutions for development.
