The pursuit of a world free from hunger and poverty has been a long-standing challenge on the global stage, and a Goal for many esteemed publication sites and scholars. This research endeavor conducted by financial experts, guided by a comprehensive analysis of data from prestigious institutions such as The United States Government, European Union, International Monetary Fund, the World Bank, United Nations, and the World Nuclear Association, seeks to shed light on critical aspects of this multifaceted issue. Our study begins by critically examining the prevailing notion that advanced nations and economic unions, typified by the United States and the European Union, face financial constraints when endeavoring to eliminate poverty without compromising the welfare of their own populations. Contrary to conventional wisdom, empirical evidence emerges, suggesting that a mere reallocation of 2% of military spending from these advanced nations toward the noble cause of assisting developing countries could hold the key to eradicating global hunger. Intriguingly, as financial experts by studying audit reports we also uncover the substantial resources harbored within international institutions such as the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank. These resources, though ample, appear underutilized in the battle against hunger-related deaths. Political influences, stemming from the significant funding these institutions receive from developed nations, may hold the key to understanding this puzzle. This revelation challenges the perception that international institutions are ill-equipped to address poverty and hunger, emphasizing the need to explore the underlying dynamics. While our research unveils these critical insights, it regrettably falls short of rejecting the hypothesis that underprivileged nations, like Niger, possess the natural resources required to combat hunger if only developed nations cease resource exploitation. Thus, the inescapable truth persists, developing countries require support from their more affluent counterparts. In summary, this research abstract encapsulates the urgency of the global effort of financial decision makers needed to combat hunger and poverty. It underscores the potential for change through resource reallocation and the imperative of addressing political influences within international institutions. These findings beckon us to bridge the gap between advanced and developing nations, ushering in a brighter future for all. This research promises to inform policymakers, international organizations, and concerned citizens alike, offering a deeper understanding of the intricate web of global efforts to eliminate hunger and poverty.

Arbitration as a dispute resolution has been recognized and accommodated in Indonesian positive law. Against international arbitral awards that are requested for enforcement in Indonesia, there is an obstacle regarding the refusal of execution of the award based on the violation of the principle of public policy. The limitative definition in the 1958 New York Convention and no further regulation of the principle of public policy provide uncertainty to the execution of international arbitration awards in Indonesia. The type of research used in this legal writing is normative legal research. Research that is evaluative research. The approaches used include a statutory approach, case approach, and conceptual approach. The technique of collecting legal materials is done through literature study using deductive legal logic. The results show that although there is no unity of meaning regarding the principle of public policy, every country definitely needs an emergency brake to protect national interests called the term public policy.

Onang-onang and Martarombo in the Batak community (Angkola Tribe, Mandailing Tribe) still have perpetrators, just like Onang-onang” and martarombo may be present at Angkola-Mandailing people's weddings. The Onang-Onang discourse often contains sentences that contain literary value because the elements of the discourse are often in the category of rhymes and proverbs. This type of pantun/proverb is included as an old type of poetry genre. The poetry genre is a type of literary genre category. In general, only people from the Angkola and Mandailing tribes still practice the Onang-onang oral tradition. Meanwhile, people from other Batak tribes, such as the Toba tribe, do not carry out the Onang-Onang event at weddings. Meanwhile, the martarombo tradition of 'investigating origins based on the descendants of the 'dalihan na tolu' community applies or may be carried out by all Batak tribes. The focus of this article is a discussion of the maronangonang tradition as a type of art that is performed as a means of entertainment and to complement traditional events at weddings for people of the Angkola-Mandailing tribe which is a case study for Muhammad Ali Akbar Harahap's wedding on Jalan Suriadi Gang Balai. Adat Number 11, Pasar 4, Mabar Hilir Subdistrict, Percut Sei Tuan District, Medan City. Tarombo is an event to investigate the origins based on individual descendants of the Batak tribe according to the 'dalihan na tolu' community. A total of 90 special education Saudi Arabian faculty members in 20 institutions of higher education were surveyed using the Revised Opinion Relative to Mainstreaming Survey to understand the preparation of pre-service teachers and their readiness to implement evidence-based practices to elementary students with an intellectual disability or autism spectrum disorder. The descriptive research design was utilized. Results revealed that although faculty noted interest in preparing pre-service teachers to support students with intellectual disabilities or autism, several barriers impeded their ability to effectively prepare teachers, such as a lack of collaboration in course development and fieldwork experience between departments of special and general education, the readiness of general education teachers to support students with autism/intellectual disabilities in the general settings, the use of evidence-based practices, and limited faculty interest to improve their knowledge and skills in this area. Limitations and implications for practice and future research are also discussed.
