One of the most important human rights is the freedom of expression, yet in an era of the Internet’s explosive growth, the communicative character of speech has undergone significant change. The lines between legitimate and illegal forms of expression have also blurred, and if they do, they may have a huge negative impact on society, such as when hate speech is used. It is often assumed that only public authorities are responsible for governing freedom of expression, but nowadays, private companies also play a crucial role. The paper begins with a succinct explanation of freedom of expression and then analyses two typical methods used by public bodies in the US and the EU to regulate that right. After that, it presents about how private firms like Facebook and Twitter handle the right to free speech. Finally, it demonstrates that cooperation between public authority and private corporations is required to ensure freedom of speech under the objective circumstances of the rapid technological growth of private firms.

With the development of many international ESG disclosure standards, the current reference standards for China's ESG practice are obviously insufficient, and there is a lack of ESG disclosure standards based on China's national conditions. For this reason, the article fully discusses the necessity of developing the localization of China's ESG disclosure, thoroughly analyses the problems existing in the current process of China's ESG disclosure, and proposes corresponding measures.

There has been a debate about whether ChatGPT should have copyright. On the one hand, some people believe that AI creations meet the protection requirements of the Copyright Law, and their creative ability and creativity are comparable to those of human creators; On the other hand, there are also those who disagree, arguing that artificial intelligence, as a machine, lacks the qualities of perception and emotion, cannot be treated on an equal footing with human creators, and therefore should not enjoy copyright. In addition, the global legislative status and controversy regarding the copyright ownership of artificial intelligence is also an issue worthy of concern. This article will explore the essential difference between human authors' works and ChatGPT creations, so as to determine whether ChatGPT and other artificial intelligence should enjoy copyright at the legal level. The protection of artificial intelligence copyright is conducive to the more effective and convenient development of the creative field of this era, and artificial intelligence creations can also expand human creative capabilities to a certain extent, human authors do not need to reject artificial intelligence too much, artificial intelligence as a tool, but will create greater commercial value.

There exists a certain correlation between spatial environments and emotional fluctuations, and emphasizing research on campus outdoor spaces holds significant importance in promoting students' emotional well-being. Based on relevant theoretical foundations, this study aims to explore the relationship between students and other users' perception of campus outdoor spaces and their emotional characteristics. The survey focuses on students and other campus users at Yunnan University of Finance and Economics. Firstly, it investigates their perspectives on outdoor space perception and its influence on emotions. Secondly, through questionnaires, the study gathers information about the subjects and their emotions. Building upon this data, the emotional characteristics of campus users in outdoor spaces are analyzed from multiple aspects. Finally, using the SPSS method, the study explores the correlation and influencing patterns between campus outdoor space perception and users' emotions, while proposing campus outdoor space planning and design strategies to enhance individual emotional benefits. This research provides a scientific basis for improving campus outdoor environments and enhancing students' emotional well-being.

This article aims to explore the relationship and impact of technology transfer and intellectual property protection in Chinese investment within Southeast Asia. Against the backdrop of increasing globalization and cross-border collaboration, technology transfer has gained significant attention as a crucial means to promote innovation and international investment. However, the issue of intellectual property protection in the process of technology transfer has also raised widespread concerns. This study first provides an overview of the relevant theories and concepts related to technology transfer and intellectual property protection. Subsequently, it focuses on analyzing the challenges and opportunities faced by Chinese companies in their investments in Southeast Asia. Factors such as cultural differences, legal environments, and the uncertainty of intellectual property protection pose challenges to technology transfer. Nonetheless, technology transfer also presents opportunities for Chinese companies, including entry into new markets, accelerated innovation cycles, and enhanced competitiveness. In order to address challenges and leverage opportunities, companies need to formulate effective intellectual property protection strategies, underscore the importance of contracts and agreements, and strengthen international collaboration and cooperative innovation. Furthermore, the study points out in its future outlook that intelligent technology transfer and digital platforms will shape future developments. Exploration in emerging technological domains will bring forth new possibilities for technological collaboration. Governments play a pivotal role in this landscape, requiring strengthened establishment and enforcement of laws and regulations, promotion of talent development and exchange, and the advancement of sustainable development and social responsibility. Through the exploration of these issues, this research aims to provide valuable insights for the field of technology transfer and intellectual property protection, fostering the development of cross-border collaboration and innovation.

This article measures carbon emissions and digital agriculture in 30 provinces and cities in China from 2011 to 2020, and empirically analyzes their influencing factors. The results indicate that the total carbon emissions and the overall level of digital agriculture development in China are showing an increasing trend; Under different quantiles, the impact of population size and digital agriculture development level on inter provincial carbon emissions decreases, the impact of industrial upgrading level first decreases and then increases, and the impact of economic development level and greening level increases; The population size will promote the rise of carbon emissions in the local area and suppress carbon emissions in neighboring areas, the level of economic development will promote the rise of carbon emissions in the local and neighboring areas, the level of digital agriculture development will suppress the rise of carbon emissions in the local area, and the level of industrial upgrading and greening will suppress the rise of carbon emissions in the local and neighboring areas. Therefore, it is recommended to promote China's accelerated progress towards carbon neutrality goals through rational allocation of energy elements, enhancement of ecosystem carbon absorption capacity, and vigorous development of digital agriculture.

Knowledge hoarding is a prevalent issue in organizations, where individuals withhold valuable information, leading to negative consequences such as decreased productivity, innovation, and employee morale. This paper presents a comprehensive literature review on knowledge hoarding, exploring its causes, effects, and potential solutions. The research findings indicate that knowledge hoarding is commonly driven by personal interests and a lack of trust. It results in reduced employee morale, conflict, and decreased organizational performance. To address knowledge hoarding, organizations can create a culture of knowledge sharing, promote ethical behavior, implement knowledge management systems, invest in employee development, build trust, and provide incentives for knowledge sharing. These strategies can foster collaboration, transparency, and innovation within organizations. Urgent action is needed to address knowledge hoarding and improve organizational performance.

The wave of globalization introduces the urban economy into a nonlinear network structure system, which makes the urban economic system change unpredictably. How to maintain the healthy and stable development of urban economic system and reduce the risk caused by unpredictable changes has aroused the attention of academia and industry. Accordingly, toughness, as a new research paradigm with overall dynamics and nonlinearity as its core, has been widely explored and analyzed by scholars. Based on the data of various indicators of prefecture-level cities in urban agglomerations in Central Yunnan from 2005 to 2020, this paper evaluates the scores of economic resilience of urban agglomerations in Central Yunnan over the years through entropy weight method. It is found that the economic resilience of urban agglomerations in Central Yunnan has shown an overall fluctuating trend in the past 16 years. Specifically, the economic resilience value declined in 2006, 2010 and 2017, and the economic resilience improved most significantly in 2009 and 2019. Finally, the paper gives some suggestions on how to improve the economic resilience of central Yunnan city cluster in the future.
