A Review of Studies on the Efficacy of Horticultural Therapy Interventions based on physical and Mental Health Indicators in the Elderly 基于老年人身心健康指标的园艺疗法干预效果研究综述

In order to better grasp the efficacy of horticultural therapy on the physical and mental health of the elderly, this paper will compile the current efficacy effects of horticultural therapy on the mental health, physical health, social interaction, and cognitive ability of various types of elderly people based on a review of the current status of horticultural therapy research on the elderly at home and abroad. It is found that, first, horticultural therapy can reduce depression and anxiety, reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, and promote physical health in the elderly. Secondly, horticultural therapy for the physical and mental health of the elderly in China is in its infancy, while the development abroad is relatively more mature. Thirdly, there is a lack of research on the mechanism of action and more reasonable form design of horticultural therapy for the elderly both at home and abroad.
为了更好地掌握园艺疗法对老年人身心健康的功效,本文将在综述国内外园艺疗法对老年人的研究现状的基础上,对目前园艺疗法对各类老年人的心理健康、身体健康、社会交往、认知能力等方面的功效效果进行梳理。研究发现,首先,园艺疗法可以减少老年人的抑郁和焦虑,降低心血管疾病的风险,促进身体健康。其次,针对老年人身心健康的园艺疗法在国内尚处于起步阶段,而国外的发展相对较为成熟。第三,国内外对老年人园艺疗法的作用机理和更合理的形式设计研究不足。

This paper introduces the concept and application of optimal allocation of water and soil resources, and studies the methods and models of optimal allocation of water and soil resources in irrigation schemes, which provides decision-making basis for irrigation scheme planning in irrigated areas.

Analysis of the Changes and Influencing Factors of Evapotranspiration in Fuping County based on Meteorological Data 基于气象资料的富平县蒸散发变化及影响因素分析

Using meteorological station data, this paper analyzes the annual evapotranspiration and influencing factors in Fuping County from 1998 to 2017, and explores the dominant meteorological factors that affect the changes in evapotranspiration. The results show that from 1998 to 2017, the annual evapotranspiration in Fuping County showed a significant upward trend, with a growth rate of 9.9mm/a; The correlation between evapotranspiration and meteorological factors on a daily scale shows temperature>pressure>relative humidity>wind speed. There is a positive correlation between NDVI and evapotranspiration, with a correlation coefficient of 0.6693, indicating that surface evapotranspiration in the region is significantly influenced by underlying surface characteristics. Overall, temperature and vegetation are the main factors affecting evapotranspiration changes in Fuping County.

Intangible cultural heritage is an important symbol of the historical and cultural achievements of a country and nation, and is an important part of excellent traditional culture, while study tours are an important means to make intangible cultural heritage "come alive". With the development of economy and society and the improvement of people's living standard, China has entered a new era of mass tourism. Purely sightseeing-based tourism can no longer meet the desire of tourists to "seek new, different, knowledgeable and enjoyable". Through study tours, primary and secondary schools organize students to get out of campus, expand their horizons and knowledge in a life different from the usual, deepen their closeness to nature and culture, increase their experience of collective lifestyle and social morality, and enhance their self-care ability, innovation and practical ability. In this paper, we analyze the current situation of study tours in Shaoxing city, analyze the current situation and problems of the development of non-heritage study tours in Shaoxing city with the help of SWOT analysis, and propose improvement strategies to help the local study tours develop more healthily.

Prediction and Analysis of Carbon Emissions under Specific Regional Scenarios in Anhui Province based on the STIRPAT Model 基于STIRPAT模型的安徽省特定区域情景碳排放预测与分析

In order to achieve the goal of reaching carbon peak by 2030, the STIRPAT model is used to predict carbon emissions under three simulation scenarios: baseline, optimization, and strict control of carbon emissions. Taking Anhui Province as an example, fully considering the impact of factors such as population, per capita GDP, carbon emission intensity, energy consumption intensity, energy structure, and industrial structure on carbon emissions, ridge regression and partial least squares regression were conducted respectively. Finally, the partial least squares regression method with a lower average error rate was selected to predict the model coefficients. The results show that all three model scenarios can achieve the carbon peak target by 2030, and the factors that have the greatest impact on carbon emissions are carbon emission intensity, energy consumption intensity, and per capita GDP.

In the complex business world, innovation is often subject to various boundaries. Only companies that can innovate under boundary constraints can achieve higher returns than the market average. This article first studies the characteristics and changing patterns of industry boundaries. The first characteristic is that crossing boundaries causes severe consequences. The second characteristic is their ambiguity, which is particularly prominent in emerging industries. The third characteristic is that business boundaries are changing over time. Industry boundaries also present different features depending on the development stage of the industry. In disorder stages, business boundaries are usually loose and ambiguous. In order stages, business boundaries are usually strict and clear. Each industry goes through cycles between disorder and order stages. This article then proposes suggestions for entrepreneurs in different stages to adapt to industry boundaries and respond to boundary changes. When the industry is in disorder stages, companies should focus on rapid growth; when the industry is in order stages, companies should focus on product innovation and differentiated competition.

A Three-dimensional Model of Digital Transformation for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises 中小企业数字化转型的三维模型

 Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are important pillars of the national economy and play an irreplaceable role in increasing employment, improving competitive intensity, and increasing overall economic vitality. Digital transformation is an inevitable path for enterprises to enhance productivity to create economic and social value and achieve high-quality development. At present, digital transformation for multinational groups and large enterprises is a hot research topic, but the research results of scholars on digital transformation for SMEs are few and scattered. Due to the inherent limitations of SMEs, digital transformation is difficult, the transformation ratio is small, so finding a path and method that can effectively guide the digital transformation of SMEs has become an urgent problem. Based on the existing literature, this paper proposes a three-dimensional model for digital transformation of SMEs, which unites the strengths of enterprises, government and the flat ecological platform, overcoming the obstacles of inappropriate enterprise cognition, weak technical foundation of transformation, lack of transformation talents, unclear transformation direction and lack of funds in digital transformation, and greatly reducing the transformation resistance of SMEs. It makes a certain contribution to guiding the digital transformation and enriching the digital transformation methods and paths of SMEs.
中小企业是国民经济的重要支柱,在增加就业、提高竞争强度、增强整体经济活力等方面发挥着不可替代的作用。数字化转型是企业提高生产力、创造经济社会价值、实现高质量发展的必然路径。目前,跨国集团和大型企业的数字化转型是一个研究热点,但学者对中小企业数字化转型的研究成果少而分散。由于中小企业自身固有的局限性,数字化转型难度大,转型比例小,因此寻找一种能够有效引导中小企业数字化转型的路径和方法成为一个迫切需要解决的问题。本文在现有文献的基础上,提出了中小企业数字化转型的三维模型,将企业、政府和扁平化生态平台的优势结合起来,克服了数字化转型中企业认知不到位、转型技术基础薄弱、转型人才缺乏、转型方向不明确、资金匮乏等障碍,大大降低了中小企业的转型阻力。对引导中小企业数字化转型,丰富中小企业数字化转型的方法和路径有一定的贡献。

With the development of China's economy and the continuous upgrading of industrial structure, the competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce. In order to occupy a favorable position in the fierce market competition, enterprises have taken different degrees of incentive measures to improve their competitiveness. Among many incentives, government support behavior is one of the important factors affecting the ESG performance of enterprises, which not only directly promotes the growth of enterprises, but also promotes the growth of enterprises by improving their innovation ability. Based on this, this paper studies the relationship between government support behavior and enterprise ESG performance and innovation, aiming at exploring effective policy suggestions to improve enterprise performance and promote enterprise sustainable development.

A Collection of Literature Review on Vehicle Routing Problem and Reflections 车辆路线问题的文献综述与思考

As a variation of vehicle routing problem whose objective is to determine the subset of nodes to be visited, and the order in which they should be visited, in order to maximize the profit collected within a given time, team orienteering problem has received a lot of attention in the last decades. With the growing interest in the logistics community in using electric vehicles as an alternative to conventional fuel vehicles, academic research on electric vehicle problem is increasing. However, there is still a paucity of research on the use of electric vehicles in team orienteering problem. This paper reviews the existing literature on electric vehicle routing problems and team orienteering problems to identify the feasibility of innovations that propose the use of electric vehicles to replace conventional fuel vehicles in team orienteering problems to complete deliveries, and briefly outlines future research plans.
