With the widespread recognition of ESG investment concept, institutional investors in China's securities market are paying more and more attention to ESG performance of enterprises. However, different types of institutional investors pay different attention to ESG performance, and their shareholding preferences may be different. This paper takes A-share listed companies from 2018 to 2021 as samples to conduct an empirical study. The results show that: on the whole, institutional investors have an obvious ESG preference in China's A-share market, and corporate ESG performance is significantly positively correlated with institutional shareholding ratio. The research on different types of institutional investors shows that independent institutional investors have more obvious ESG preference for shareholding compared with non-independent institutional investors.

Due to its ability to undertake some monetary functions, in recent years, the types and scale of virtual assets represented by virtual currencies have rapidly expanded, and virtual assets have become one of the important financial assets due to their financial attributes. Due to its certain security risks, however, regulatory authorities in mainland China completely prohibited virtual asset transactions, including virtual currencies since 2017. Unlike the regulatory attitude in mainland China, Hong Kong SAR has shown a proactive embrace towards virtual assets. This article first analyzes the considerations of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission regarding the inclusion of virtual assets such as virtual currencies in the regulatory framework, as well as the objects and requirements for inclusion in regulation. At the same time, it also points out the problems faced by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission in regulating virtual currencies, providing reference for the regulatory behavior of other financial regulatory institutions, including mainland China, and proposing suggestions for understanding the value of virtual assets and regulating virtual asset services through legislation.

This paper takes the relevant data of China's A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2011 to 2019 as the research samples to explore the relationship among corporate social responsibility (CSR), financing constraints and innovation investment. The results show that CSR has a significant positive contribution to innovation investment. CSR is negatively correlated with financing constraints, and financing constraints play a partial mediating role between CSR and innovation investment.

The effects of different improvement methods on soil physical and chemical properties, such as soil organic matter, aggregate and bulk density, were studied through a plot experiment. The results showed that adding organic fertilizer could significantly reduce the bulk density of topsoil and increase the content of soil organic matter, it is beneficial to increase the content of soil aggregates of 1-2mm and 0.25-1mm grain size in the surface layer, to the growth of crops, to the improvement of soil fertility, to the improvement of soil biological environment, and to the comprehensive improvement of cultivated land quality and output.

Common prosperity is an essential requirement of socialism. This paper examines the discourse on the proportion of the middle-income group and the research of scholars on common prosperity both domestically and internationally. A method for estimating the middle-income group, incorporating the consumer price index, is proposed, and the proportion of the middle-income group in Zhejiang Province over the past decade is calculated using the kernel density estimation method and included in the indicator pool. Relevant indicators are selected through grey relational analysis and rank correlation analysis, and a measurement system for the degree of achieving common prosperity is constructed, consisting of five primary indicators and twenty-five secondary sub-indicators. Taking Zhejiang Province as an example, the degree of achieving common prosperity and the implementation status of the five dimensions over the past decade are calculated. The results show that the scores of the five dimensions have shown a spiral upward trend in the past decade, but due to the impact of the epidemic, the overall degree of achieving common prosperity has declined after 2020.

One of the most important topics in international innovation management research in recent years has been the new technological breakthroughs that many organizations are using to solve the technical challenges of "green performance". However, the existing studies have been focusing on green, ecological, product and technology perspectives to explore sustainable green strategies and build up core competencies globally, but they have always neglected the efficient path of innovation from the spiritual level to help green, which in turn has led to the failure of green innovation culture to be implemented and effectively guide the practice. In view of this, this paper analyzes the current research status of green innovation culture based on literature review and reveals the tracing path of green innovation culture. Finally, this paper makes a prospective view to provide important theoretical and practical guidance for promoting the in-depth study of green innovation culture.
