Through reviewing the literature, we collected the cultural and artistic value of the image of the gods and monsters of the Shan Hai Jing in artistic creation, and analyzed its artistic concepts, and explored the artistic feasibility of combining visual design with the images of the gods and monsters of the Shan Hai Jing. The research purpose of this article is to explore the role of rehabilitation landscape design in elderly residential areas under the background of aging in China and the home care model. The main method of this study is to investigate and integrate information through literature research methods on papers and official reports of relevant research objects, so as to obtain relevant information between home-based elderly care services and rehabilitation garden design. Analyze the data information obtained. The research results show that in the context of aging population, the design of rehabilitation gardens plays an important role in the physical and mental health of elderly people in home-based elderly care communities. Elderly people with different health conditions have different needs for space. The Functional requirement of the elderly to the community environment are diverse, and the design needs to meet the elderly's recreational activities, humanized public places, mental and psychological needs and some basic medical conditions. The significance of this research achievement is that it provides necessary reference and suggestions for the design of home-based care for the aged community rehabilitation garden. Rural governance is crucial in the strategy of rural revitalization. While significant progress has been made, challenges persist. Diversified stakeholders pose a key factor affecting effective governance. The emergence of the new country sages group offers a valuable solution to address rural governance difficulties. This study examines their participation in rural governance, aiming to attract their engagement based on local conditions. Research was conducted in rural Sichuan province, utilizing literature review, interviews, and snowball sampling to gather 77 valid data points. Findings indicate that new country sages have diverse backgrounds and a strong willingness to participate, contributing to rural self-governance, rule of law, and virtue. However, their impact is limited in most areas, encountering challenges such as weak interaction with the government, uneven quality of new villagers, and low levels of cooperation. To overcome these obstacles, this study suggests countermeasures including system construction, rural civilization development, and improved supervision and management mechanisms.

Based on the data of 859 scenic villages in Shandong Province, the spatial pattern of scenic villages in Shandong Province and various prefectural cities and the factors affecting them were quantitatively studied by using spatial analysis methods such as average nearest neighbor index method and kernel density analysis, as well as combining with geodetic detector analysis tools. The results show that: (1) the scenic villages in Shandong Province have significant aggregation distribution characteristics, but there are differences in the spatial types of scenic villages in different prefectural-level cities; (2) the scenic villages in Shandong Province show the spatial distribution characteristics of "three core dense areas and multiple sub-core dense areas", and the spatial distribution in different regions has significant differences.
