Change management in an enterprise in contemporary conditions of the world economy 在当今世界经济条件下改变企业的管理

The events related to the armed conflict in Ukraine undoubtedly have an impact on the image of the modern world economy. As a consequence, it forces the enterprise to implement specific actions related to change management, which should be a response to the changing environment, in this case based on changes in the security environment. On the basis of the conducted research, the authors emphasize that due to the interruption of the supply chain, forced changes in the TFL sector, the social impact and the social role of enterprises, the preparation of change management plans is a complicated and difficult task facing modern enterprises. In this article, the authors draw attention to the multifaceted nature of this phenomenon.

Effectiveness of road embankment reinforcement in the light of model tests on a laboratory scale 基于室内模型试验的路堤加固效果分析

The subject of the article concerns road embankments made of reinforced soil. The results of the analysis of the effectiveness of the reinforcement of these structures as a function of selected variable factors concerning the soil medium and the parameters of reinforcement inserts are given. The efficiency analysis was carried out on the basis of measurements of the horizontal unit pressure made on a physical model of a soil massif with a vertical wall of reinforced soil. The large-scale model was constructed on a laboratory scale. The article ends with a summary containing conclusions of a cognitive and practical nature.

The Impact of Rail Infrastructure on the Military Security of the Republic of Poland 铁路基础设施对波兰共和国军事安全的影响

In the nineteenth century, there was a significant development of rail transport in Poland. The use of rail transport by the Polish Armed Forces depends on the current situation in the country and in the world as well as on the tasks performed by military institutions. In peacetime, the railway is used mainly for the transport of troops to the area of training grounds and maneuvers. A key role during the transport of troops is also a properly planned route, taking into account the available railway infrastructure. The technical condition of the infrastructure largely affects the activities of a military nature. Adequate infrastructure affects the logistical security of own and allied troops in times of peace, crisis and war. Properly logistically secured, the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland have a fundamental impact on the country's military security.

Ukraine is an aviation state that has a full cycle of development and serial production of aircraft, commercial operation of civil aviation, training and retraining of professionals for the industry. The level of development of air transport determines not only the country's image, but also the sustainable development of its national economy. The article presents a structural analysis of the trends in the development of world aviation transport, as well as the economic development of aviation transport in Ukraine and its infrastructure. The authors pay special attention to the study of the factors of the seasonality of air transportation and their influence on the results of the operational activities of air transport in Ukraine.

ROAD SAFETY BARRIERS AND THE SAFETY OF ROAD USERS – THE ANALYSIS OF THE SITUATION IN POLAND 道路安全屏障与道路使用者的安全-波兰局势分析

Road safety barriers are a basic element of the road infrastructure aimed at improving the safety of road users. Design parameters and indications for assembly are strictly regulated by the GDDKiA (General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways) guidelines in accordance with the European standards. In Poland, the most commonly used barriers are thin-walled metal sheet barriers, rope barriers, and concrete ones. The types differ in terms of technical parameters and level of security they provide. One of the purposes of installing road safety barriers is to protect road users from hitting an obstacle in the vicinity of the road, and to protect people around the accident from the effects of an uncontrolled vehicle leaving the road. The effects of a collision caused by hitting a protective road barrier depend mainly on the type of the barrier and the vehicle. The authors made a detailed and interdisciplinary analysis of data on accidents resulting from hitting a road safety barrier, comparing them with information available in the literature, combining the technical aspects of the use of barriers with a medical description of the description of typical injuries.

The article deals with various issues related to changes, mainly resistance to them. Basic premises of transformations and doubts that may appear among the organization’s personnel have been discussed. Not only the issues concerning the resistance itself have been included, but also the reasons that determine its intensity and several methods that may be used in practice have been mentioned as well. The study is the result of materials analysis on the aspects of changes determinants and resistance to transformations that are permanently integrated into the functioning of each organization, also strongly hierarchical, which is the army.

Electrofusion tensometry applied to the research of engineering structures 电熔张力法在工程结构研究中的应用

The subject of the article concerns the problem of estimating the location of a slip line in a massif with a vertical retaining wall made of reinforced soil, in which the limit state of active pressure was induced. The task is solved experimentally, on the basis of measured unit strains in the reinforcement inserts, with the use of electrofusion strain gauges. The inserts are located in horizontal layers. The slip curve is formed by the points where the maximum normal stresses occur in the reinforcement inserts. This curve cuts off the fragment wedge that is being sought from the plane of the retaining wall. The slip line divides the area of the massif into two zones: active (splinter wedge) and passive, in which the reinforcement inserts are anchored. The test stand is presented, the technique of measuring the deformation of the reinforcement and the method of estimating the location of the slip surface are discussed.

In the modern world, scientific and practical ergodesign activity on the development and use of drones, the concept of "human factor" is becoming more and more important. It is one of the main studies in improving the safety, efficiency and comfort of the "man - unmanned aerial vehicle" system operation. The most promising research is aimed at the application and development of new approaches to the evaluation of algorithms for unmanned aircraft maintenance and the organization of their operators` activities. The system of unmanned aerial vehicles ergodesign quality indicators developed and presented in a tabular form reflects practically all design and ergonomic properties of modern unmanned aerial systems. It is based on the existing normative documentation in Ukraine developed by the authors, harmonized with international and European standards. It allows the analysis and evaluation of unmanned aerial vehicles in order to take into account consumer interests at the beginning of their design reducing the assimilation time of products and preventing irrational production costs. The results of such an analysis underlie the development of technical documentation, standards, and specifications. They should be taken into account when putting products into production.

Media and Local Communities in the Context of Humanitarian Aid 人道主义援助背景下的媒体和地方社区

The subject of the article is creating the image of local communities in the media in the context of humanitarian aid. The rationale for taking up the topic are extraordinary events and the resulting humanitarian needs as well as the media creating the image of the victims and the need to help them. The information presented by the media is a signpost for donators of humanitarian aid. They make it possible to recognize the needs of the victims and provide them with full-value assistance. The assistance provided enables the local community to readapt, and also draws attention to the situation in a given area. The article adopted the research goal of defining the role of the media in creating the image of the local community in the context of providing humanitarian aid. The research goal adopted in this way allowed for a hypothesis that the media constitute the basis for creating the image of local communities in need of humanitarian aid. Composing a social view of humanitarian aid beneficiaries appoints the media as an organ that determines the type, direction and volume of humanitarian aid. The formulated hypothesis was verified thanks to the use of research methods in the form of a case study, desk research and an analysis of the scientific literature. The article presents the media as a key area in creating the image of humanitarian aid beneficiaries.

The article is the analysis of the organization of the emergency notification system in Poland in the context of changes that have occurred in it since the beginning of its operation. First, the structure of emergency notification centres and the role of the operator of emergency numbers are described. Next, the changes introduced by the amendment to the legal acts relating to the emergency notification system were assessed. The scope of changes and their impact on the process of receiving emergency notifications in emergency notification centres are presented.
