The logistics and delivery industry is facing challenges such as high transportation costs, difficulty in meeting customer demands, and environmental concerns. However, the integration of drone and autonomous vehicle technology can address these challenges by reducing transportation costs, increasing speed and reliability of delivery, and improving efficiency. The use of drones and autonomous vehicles can bring significant benefits such as increased efficiency, cost savings, improved safety, increased accessibility, and real-time tracking. Despite the potential benefits, there are still regulatory, technical, and financial barriers to overcome before a widespread adoption of these technologies. The use of drones and autonomous vehicles in the logistics and delivery industry is rapidly growing, with companies like Amazon, UPS, DHL actively experimenting with the use of these technologies. However, there are several challenges and limitations that must be overcome before they can be widely adopted, such as safety and regulatory requirements, weather and environmental conditions, battery life and range, navigation, and public perception.

One of the basic factors influencing the functioning of production enterprises is the correct inventory management. There are many methods that have been analysed and improved in recent years, but they often differ from company practices. In addition, technological development that allows for production support forces enterprises to take specific actions in the area of warehouses and inventory management. The article presents considerations on selected aspects of inventory management and analyses this element in a selected company. An analysis of the purchases of strategic raw materials in the last months in connection with the invasion of Ukraine and the reduced availability of production materials was also presented.

The article refers to the challenges aimed at identifying decisions that translate into optimization in the TFL industry, on the example of selected activities of transport companies. Awareness of high competitiveness should influence the well-thought-out directions of development of business owners and managerial staff in the context of creating the company's distinguishing features. They should be viewed on a global scale in order to increase profit and optimize costs. The article shows a direct connection between optimal patterns of action and the undertaken non-intuitive and innovative activities with the possible development of market niches. The publication draws attention to the multi-threaded and above-standard strategies chosen by selected road transport employers.

The overview study contains the most important issues decisive for ensuring the security of logistics ICT networks in the context of contemporary threats, at the same time bearing in mind their military dimension. It highlights the determinants influencing the functioning of the networks used to transmit information. The aspect of the need to ensure the protection of ICT networks dedicated to logistics has not been presented in this approach so far. From studies, reports, and information, we can see that the Supply Chain Management System (SCMS) has a major impact on project success. The Supply Chain Management (SCM) plays an important role in achieving potential cross-company success because the SCMS allows us to control the development, design, management and identification of the most effective and efficient inputs, information and other resources required to complete the project. An effective SCMS is of essential importance for the strength of the competition and for the success of the entire organization. Therefore, the competitive advantage in this new environment no longer depends on the company's performance, but also on the entire supply chain partners, including competitors. The main objective of this research is to conduct the relationship between the supply chain management system, project success, project performance, to identify, and to determine the potential impact of SCM on project completion and success. In this study, a random sample was drawn from a population made up exclusively of construction companies, and project departments from other companies in Amman, the capital of Jordan. As a tool for data collection, we chose a questionnaire. Based on this, many statistical analyzes were carried out and the hypotheses of this study were tested. As a result of this test, we found out that in general there is a clear and positive relationship between supply chain management and project completion. The dimensions of supply chain management (knowledge, skills, and tools) have different effects on the project closure process. The knowledge dimension has the strongest effect.
