: Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) are increasingly used as the main source of Positioning, Navigation and Timing (PNT) information for inland water navigation. In order to enable automated driving and facilitate driver assistant functions, it becomes of crucial importance to ensure high reliability and accuracy of the GNSS-based navigation solution, especially in challenging environments. One challenging phase of inland waterway navigation is bridge passing which leads to non -line-of-sight (NLOS) effects such as multipath and loss of tracking. This paper contains information on the new shipping company Havila Kystruten and their 2019 bid for a 10 ‐ year operational license to sail the coastal route. The government ʹ s tender documents for the new license specified that the vessels operating the route had to be low ‐ emission vessels. This requirement was in line with the government ʹ s white paper on the reduction of emissions for commercial and fishing vessels sailing in Norwegian waters. Thus, companies bidding for the new license had to offer new ships with low emission characteristics or rebuild existing vessels to obtain the low emission requirements. Based on the

: The aim of this paper was to describe the random phase of the E6 signal, the Galileo satellite navigation system. Based on the available information, mathematical models of the measurement signals of the Galileo system were created. The frequencies of individual signals were determined and their structure visualized. A block diagram of the generation of individual signals is also shown. The main contribution of the paper is the creation of a random phase model of the E6 signal from the Galileo system. In ac cordance with the technical data of the Galileo system, the parameters of the random phase model were determined. The simulation results confirmed that the frequency instability of the continuous signal E6 ω n received from the satellite is a stationary process. The short-term stability of the frequency ranges from 10 -13 to 10 -14 . The simulation results confirmed that the Doppler effect significantly affects the random phase of the E6 signal. This phenomenon can affect the results of navigation measurements using the E6 signal. The modeling and simulation results of the random phase of the E6 signal presented in the paper can be used to evaluate the immunity of the Galileo navigation system to interference.

: Aim of publication is to introduce reader with general need and current situation of development of air traffic management systems and evaluation of actual operating network of aviation electronic support systems. The theme of the contribution is actual because there is currently an increase in the volume of the air traffic, which places increased demands on the safety level of air transport. Attempting to find new answers related to insufficient navigation systems has led aviation authorities to develop progressive systems based on cooperation with satellite navigation systems.

: This paper presents a comparative analysis of manoeuvring patterns through the fairway which is marked with physical and virtual Aids to Navigation (AtoN). The impact of V ‐ AtoN environment on decision ‐ making and on consequent manoeuvres has never been studied in such a way. The results published in this paper were obtained using TRANSAS Navi Trainer 5000 and TRANSAS ECDIS 4000 simulators where 12 deck officers with at least 5 years of sea service participated. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant difference in manoeuvring patterns between the two environments. In case of virtual environment, more intense drift angles, ROTs as well as XTDs are observed. The paper demonstrates significant impact of virtual environment on behaviour of OOW.
