THE RELATIONAL APPROACH TO THE MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF MEANING OF INFORMATION 用关系的方法建立信息意义的数学模型

A mathematical model of the meaning of the signal is proposed. The meaning is not the signal itself, but its effect on the recipient. Under the action of the signal, the state of the receiver changes, which is the meaning of the signal. The most general mathematical model is the description of the recipient’s state with the help of some mathematical object, and the meaning is modeled by the action of some operator on this object. Various concrete formalisms are considered: abstract automata, matrix representation, algorithms, Markov chains, parameter spaces. The article deals with finite, countable and continuous meanings, reversible and irreversible meanings, ambiguous meanings, decomposition into elementary meanings.

THE RESONANT STRUCTURE OF SOLAR SYSTEM - HALF A CENTURY OF REFLECTION AND DISCUSSION 太阳系的共振结构——半个世纪的反思与讨论

The article summarizes ideas of A.M. Molchanov about cooperative property of the Solar system - its “maximum synchronicity”. The general scientific significance of the principle of “maximum synchronicity” is discussed on an interdisciplinary basis. It is noted that the considered theoretical ideas have received numerous observational confirmations. In recent decades, it has been shown that: solar activity are involved in general dynamic of solar system; special resonance periods were found in the dynamics of the solar system; found correlations of variations in the total magnetic field of the Sun and the dynamics of planets; the important role of synchronization in the formation of the fine structure of Saturn's rings is shown. Synchronicity is found in many phenomena in the habitat of our planet.

The article analyzes the conceptual approach of the modern philosopher and historian L.V. Shaposhnikova to the phenomenon of metahistory, interpreted as a spiritual and creative part of the historical process, as a result of the creation of cosmic evolution. Features of metahistory, its origins are shown; the importance of synthesis of historical and metahistorical processes is noted. The main ideas of the messenger ship conceptas an integral part of the metahistory concept are identified and considered; some examples of metahistorical activity of messengers of cosmic evolution are considered, the emphasis is placed on its heroic character, its prophetic character, and its influence on the future of the people among whom this activity takes place.

Many researchers reported the observation in various systems of different nature of the phenomenon, which we now call the universal periods-tripling system. The most significant contribution to the study of the system was made by S. Puetz, who gave its mathematical description and demonstrated numerous examples of the system in the range from 57.3 to 1.64 billion years. In our studies, “shortwave” part of the system was investigated. The article provides a brief overview of S. Puetz's research, as well as brief descriptions of our research.

The article considers the role of the idea of actual infinity in the works of Florensky. The introduction briefly traces the history of ideas about the actual infinity in European culture to the works of George Cantor. The reaction of European scientists and religious figures to the emergence of the “naïve” theory of Cantor sets is characterized. A detailed analysis of the connection between Florensky and George Cantor’s ideas is given. Many quotations from the 1904 work on the symbols of Infinity are given, which illustrate the influence of Cantor’s works on Florensky. The presentation of Florensky’s religious and philosophical ideas of Cantor about the actual infinity is given. Emphasized understanding Florensky transfinite numbers Cantor as symbols.

In this article the method of astronomical observations, which makes it possible to obtain a direct experimental answer to key questions about the physical properties of space-time is considered. The initiating effect to external irreversible processes, which underlines this method and is the action of ‘causal relationships’ - the a priori relationship of simultaneous four-dimensional events, and related experimental investigations are discussed.

The philosophical and historical review of the emergence of new metaphysical and worldview provisions is made. New approaches to solving urgent problems in modern science could appear on this basis. The article shows that at the present time in physics the conditions are ripe for a decisive revision of the prevailing ideas about physical reality. To solve this problem, metaphysical principles must be considered. Their manifestations in modern physics are shown in the presence of three paradigms. It has been demonstrated that this is most fully implemented within the framework of the relational paradigm, which has long been in the shadows. The results already obtained within its framework are shown and it is noted that the development of this direction most closely corresponds to materialist philosophy.
