Indian agricultural value chains are marred with a lack of financial inclusion of smallholder farmers, lengthy payout times, poor quality of products, lack of traceability issues, and lack of industrialization in the value chain. Social entrepreneurs have indispensable tools as information and communication technologies are making inroads in rural developing economies. This study studies the impact of technological capabilities on social entrepreneurship for creating sustainable value creation using survey data from 557 respondents associated with farming and allied activities. The results highlight that digital technology capabilities mediate the relationship between social entrepreneurship and sustainable value creation. The findings present essential insights for academia, practitioners, and policymakers to better shape policies and decisions on social entrepreneurship.

In the era of bring-your-own-device and general data protection regulation, corporate network managers have limited control over the non-corporate-owned devices connected onto their corporation's network. However, they are principally responsible for the consequent liabilities that may accrue from breaches of individual consumers' privacy traceable to the network. Hence, this study revisits the notion of information-privacy at the point of contact between an individual end user and the smart-apps that the end user employs. The authors examine the impacts of inattention on consumers' behavioral reactions to perceived smart-app privacy concerns. The authors find that inattention's effects on consumers' behavioral reactions, especially pertaining to re-examination and modification of an app's default permissions settings, is significant. Forewarning has significant impacts on mitigating inattention and altering consumers' behavioral reactions pertaining to re-examination and modification of an app's default permissions settings. Implications of these findings on corporate privacy management are discussed.

Regional innovation capability is considered an important driving force for the sustainable and high-quality development of regional economy. Therefore, data-driven evaluation method of regional innovation capability is proposed. First, the article collects regional innovation development statistics; second, min-max standardization method is used for dimensionless data processing, and anti-entropy method is used to calculate index weight; third, a composite system synergy degree model for objective and quantitative evaluation is built; finally, using Anhui Province as an example, the feasibility of the method was verified . The results indicate that the order and synergy degree of the innovation input and innovation output subsystems of Anhui Province have shown an upward trend from 2010 to 2019. However, innovation output has not been synchronized with innovation input. Therefore, suggestions for improving Anhui's regional innovation capability are proposed. This study provides theoretical and methodological support for evaluating and optimizing regional innovation capability.

This research presents the contribution of profitability and asset utilization to a firm's value generation from a financial market viewpoint via slack-based measure network data envelopment analysis (SBM-NDEA). Despite its superiority in performance measurement, SBM-NDEA has a limitation when confronted with new added datasets as it lacks predictive ability. To overcome this, the authors integrate twin support vector machine into it. A manager's attitude toward risks also plays an essential role in efficiency improvement and value generation, but numerical messages do not convey such information. Textual messages with elastic natures thus bring information beyond just numerical messages. To assist users in quantifying risk types, the authors introduced an advanced text analyzer to conjecture a manager's attitude toward each risk. The results show that the performance evaluation model with forecasting capability can shift the manager's role from monitoring the past to planning the future. This study also demonstrates that the model with textual information reaches superior forecasting performance.

The outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has brought severe challenges to global economic development and government management. According to a report on the United Nations News website (news. un. org), as of May 3, 2023, the cumulative number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 worldwide has reached 765 million, and more than 6 million people have lost their lives as a result. How to evaluate the effect of government management has become a key issue. In this research, the SEIR model is used to estimate the network average degree of Chinese cities under network limitation. The results show that government management has reduced the average degree of the COVID-19 network and the prevention of first-tier cities will be more difficult. This study scientifically evaluates the government management of the epidemic and provides ideas for emergency management of infectious diseases that affect the public.

The purpose is to cope with mobile educational game users' low continuous utilization rate. This thesis innovatively introduces the deep learning technology to study and the relationship between the mobile educational game and learners' learning behavior. It is found that learners' game experience is significantly correlated with game satisfaction. The estimation algorithm is designed based on the convolutional neural network (CNN), and the questionnaire method is adopted. The design tool of the estimation algorithm is a computer system, and the social software is used for the questionnaire. The dataset source used in the estimation algorithm design is “World Sudoku Championship.” The game satisfaction questionnaire and learning behavior questionnaire subjects are 60 primary school students and 300 college students, respectively.

To discuss the control of financial risks (FRs) under blockchain (BC) and improve network information security (NIS) and data security, edge computing (EC) combined with BC is proposed to control the risks of the big data (BD) financial system. Firstly, the BC-based financial system is introduced, and the characteristics of BC such as decentralization, tamper-resistant, and smart contract are analyzed. Secondly, the development status of NIS and the characteristics of marginal computing are explained, and the control model of NIS is established. Then, EC is used to encrypt the identity authentication system to ensure data security, and the BC-based FR evaluation model is established. Finally, a questionnaire is designed regarding the NIS model, and the results are analyzed. A simulation experiment is conducted regarding the index evaluation of the BC-based FR evaluation model. The experimental results indicate that network personnel control, environment, and technology have positive effects on NIS, and the impact factors are 0.26, 0.24, and 0.33, respectively.

The study aims to solve the problems in auditing ciphertext data, improve audit efficiency, and increase the security of audit data in the audit server. First, the existing encryption algorithms are analyzed. Second, the searchable encryption algorithm is proposed to audit the ciphertext data, and an audit server scheme is made based on blockchain technology (BT). Finally, the two schemes are compared with the traditional audit technology. The results show that the server's inspection efficiency of the searchable encryption algorithm is higher.

This paper measures enterprise digital transformation by the method of text analysis and empirically tests the impact of enterprise digital transformation on the executives' corruption. We find that the higher degree of digital transformation of enterprises, the lower the probability of corporate executives' corruption. This conclusion is still valid under a series of robustness tests. The mechanism test shows that the impact of enterprise digital transformation on the governance of executives' corruption is mainly realized by reducing the degree of information asymmetry and alleviating the agency problem. Further research finds that both proportion of institutional investors and internal control can strengthen the reducing effect of digital transformation on the probability of corporate executives' corruption. The research conclusion of this paper reveals the governance effect of enterprise digital transformation on corporate executives' corruption, and provides effective experience for the central government and enterprise anti-corruption actions.
