E-commerce has developed rapidly, and product promotion refers to how e-commerce promotes consumers' consumption activities. The demand and computational complexity in the decision-making process are urgent problems to be solved to optimize dynamic pricing decisions of the e-commerce product lines. Therefore, a Q-learning algorithm model based on the neural network is proposed on the premise of multimodal emotion information recognition and analysis, and the dynamic pricing problem of the product line is studied. The results show that a multi-modal fusion model is established through the multi-modal fusion of speech emotion recognition and image emotion recognition to classify consumers' emotions. Then, they are used as auxiliary materials for understanding and analyzing the market demand. The long short-term memory (LSTM) classifier performs excellent image feature extraction. The accuracy rate is 3.92%-6.74% higher than that of other similar classifiers, and the accuracy rate of the image single-feature optimal model is 9.32% higher than that of the speech single-feature model.

In today's highly developed world of financial globalization, international capital flows in my country and the entire Asia-Pacific region are gradually increasing. The stock market is an important part of the capital market. The stock market has gradually improved its capital liquidity. With the improvement of the investment environment in the international capital market and the gradual relaxation of capital controls, with the development of the "Belt and Road" development concept, Thailand has gradually chosen to buy and sell shares of Chinese investors. What investors need to consider is how to achieve capital appreciation. Investors need to consider how to achieve capital appreciation. However, a sudden new crown pneumonia epidemic broke the peace and excitement that the New Year should have, and also brought a great impact on the stock market. Of course, the stock market is affected by many factors. There are some problems here, such as the experience of the Chinese stock market.

The role of organizational attitude for an effective knowledge sharing (KS) in IT outsourcing (ITO) relationships has not been adequately addressed. In this paper, the authors investigate the relationship between KS and ITO success as well as the potential moderating effect of organizational attitude on the relationship between KS and partnership quality in ITO. By leveraging structural equation modeling (SEM) on survey data from 153 ITO projects, results show that organizational attitudes significantly influence knowledge sharing and partnership quality, which in turn results in successful ITO project. Moreover, the relationship between knowledge sharing and partnership quality is more pronounced when the partner firms have positive attitudes to KS. The authors further showed that partnership quality mediates the relationship between knowledge sharing and the success of an ITO project. Finally, the results of this study indicate that positive organizational attitude improves knowledge sharing between the client and service providers (i.e., vendors) and creates stronger outsourcing partnerships.

Starting with the natural credit relationship between financial institutions and enterprises, this paper examines the relationship between distance-based access to credit and green innovation by using the data of financial licenses and listed enterprises. Based on the resource dependence theory, the authors use the geographical location of bank branches and enterprises to build micro-level credit access indicators. It shows that enterprises with better access to credit have more motivation to carry out green innovation. Taking the number of branches of the Bank of China in 1937 as an instrumental variable, it still supports the above results. Its influence lies in the reduction of financing constraints of enterprises. This paper further discusses the impact of green finance and digitization. The development of green finance and digitization could replace the benefits of distance-based access to credit. Combined with the transformation process of traditional banks in the future, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote green innovation and low-carbon development.

Industrial big data is the key to realize the vision of smart factories. This research aims to identify and explore potential barriers that prevent organizations from deploying industrial big data solutions in the development of smart factories through a socio-technical perspective. The research follows an inductive qualitative approach. Twenty-seven semi-structured interviews were conducted with the CEO, smart factory manager, IT managers, departmental heads, and IS consultants in the selected case company. The interview data were analyzed using a thematic analysis method. Derived from a thematic analysis, six sets of barriers including technical, data, technical support, organization, individual, and social issues were identified, as well as the relationships between them. An empirical framework was developed to highlight the relationship between these barriers. This study contributes to the knowledge of industrial big data in general and provides constructive insight into industrial big data implementation in smart factory development particularly.

The present study is a systematic literature review that identifies the context of consumer behaviour and analytics in business to forecast the future of consumer behaviour with changing business trends through TCCM (theory, context, characteristics, method) guidelines. The authors identified that prior research used theories in different disciplines to explain the phenomenon in customer behaviour and analytics literature. When considering the theory, these phenomena often can be segregated based on the industry (e.g., marketing, advertising, sales, healthcare, human resource management, tourism), focusing on status-based mechanisms (e.g., cross-gaming predictive models), inertia-based mechanisms (e.g., theory of rational expectations and adaptive learning), or relationship-based mechanisms (e.g., theory of consumer engagement behaviour).

COVID-19 has recently affected global trade flows, and the primary reason is that shipping failed to adapt rapidly to meet the need for on-time delivery. Given blockchain's “revolutionary” potential, this paper aims to understand how blockchain can address longstanding inefficiencies and challenges in the shipping industry. This analysis proposes a model of how an industrywide blockchain-based consortium powered by smart contracts could resolve end-to-end contract issues with trustworthiness, thus improving efficiency in terms of time and cost. A mixed-method approach was conducted. That included 27 surveys and 20 interviews with representatives of shipping industry members. This study contributes to the blockchain and shipping supply chain literature by offering empirical data about the application of an industry-led consortium blockchain with cost, scalability, and volatility perspectives. As for the managerial implications, incentives and education are required to stimulate collaboration and commitment to blockchain for more efficient and effective global shipping trade flows.

Many studies have focused on the adoption of social commerce (s-commerce) by customers but not by businesses or by microbusinesses. Further, they have investigated this adoption from a researcher's perspective while using quantitative approaches. To fill this gap, the study sheds light on the success of Instagram for microbusinesses (IMB) in an Arab country and highlights the need for more investigation in order to understand this complex phenomenon. In this study, the authors use a qualitative approach to 27 microbusiness cases that adopted Instagram for s-commerce. They use technological innovation theories to successfully identify and classify the drivers and inhibitors of success under different contexts. Hence, they find that the success of IMB in Kuwait is contingent on addressing different technological, organizational, and environmental challenges. Further, they find that Instagram initiatives are still evolving and still need assistance from different stakeholders to overcome several hurdles. This study provides different recommendations that advance the theory and practice.

Impact of quality of big data marketing analytics (BDMA) was analyzed, with special attention to the BDMA dimensions of technology and information quality, and the level of deployment on perceived market and financial performance. The sample was collected with Canadian and U.S. marketing respondents with experience in big data (BD) deployment (N=236). The model analysis was done with PLS-SEM. The study highlights how technology and information quality are related to the market and financial performance with high predictive validity and strength. Also, the level of deployment had a significant impact on both the technology and information quality in BDMA. The study provides an understanding of how the level of deployment impacts BDMA technology and information quality dimensions; and how they individually contribute to the enhancement of a firm's market and financial performance from the perspective of marketing personnel with experience in deployment of BDMA. It is also evident that the more advanced the firm is in the deployment of BD, the higher the technology and information quality.

Incorporating media richness theory, social presence theory, and apparatgeist theory, the authors used multiple linear regression to explore the effect of media richness on the stability of physician-patient relationships and the moderating effect of disease complexity and response timeliness on the relationship between media richness and relationship stability. The results showed that media richness had a positive effect on the stability of physician-patient relationships. Additionally, both disease complexity and response timeliness positively affect the relationship between media richness and the stability of physician-patient relationships. This research contributes to the literature concerning media selection, e-consultation platforms, and physician-patient relationships; and it provides practical guidance for online doctor teams on how to select appropriate media communication forms for patient consultations in different situations.
