Este trabajo analizó los efectos de dos sesiones, una ecológica y otra cognitiva, sobre el estado de flow, la ansiedad, el rendimiento real y percibido, la satisfacción deportiva y de necesidades psicológicas básicas, percepción de demanda y fatiga del juego experimentada por mujeres futbolistas. Se utilizó un diseño unifactorial intrasujeto de intercambio de tratamiento con medidas de rendimiento durante la sesión y medidas autorreferenciales post intervención. La intervención se realizó en dos equipos amateur de fútbol femenino de categoría regional. La muestra fue dividida en 2 subgrupos mediante bloqueo equilibrado en función del rol de juego y el nivel de habilidad deportiva. Cada grupo realizó en una sesión la intervención ecológica y en otra la intervención cognitiva, intercambiando el orden. El análisis inferencial de las puntuaciones individuales se realizó mediante la prueba de rangos de Wilcoxon y el de rendimiento colectivo con la prueba U de Mann-Whitney, dada la falta de ajuste a la normalidad de las puntuaciones. Los resultados mostraron mayor percepción de: flow, rendimiento deportivo individual y colectivo, satisfacción deportiva, necesidades psicológicas básicas y esfuerzo físico, así como menor percepción de ansiedad, en la sesión realizada con metodología ecológica. Asimismo, en esa metodología también se obtuvo mayor rendimiento final y número de pases laterales, ambas facetas del juego consideradas positivas. The pressure that coaches usually apply on their athletes, alongside injuries and the lack of enjoyment during sport practice, are key factors involved in sports abandonment. Behavioral interventions through psychoeducational programs have proven to be useful to improve coaching behaviors, providing appropriate context in sports. This study aims to assess a brief psychological intervention in football coaches to reduce potentially harmful verbal responses and increase the use of positive feedback. Our research was conducted in an amateur football club where 15 coaching staff teams agreed to participate. The experimental design of this study is a randomized controlled trial with control (n=7) and experimental (n=8) groups with delayed intervention. Verbal responses from coaches were collected as count data with an adapted version of the Coaching Behavior Assessment System. Data was analyzed using the Poisson Regression Model. The results show a reduction in hostile feedback by 87.7% (CI = 71% - 94.9%), technical instructions with ball in play by 39.8% (CI = 24.2% - 52.2%), complaints to referees by 95.8% (CI = 82.8% - 99.3%) and an increase in praise contingent with successful action y 87% (CI = 13% - 209%) after the intervention. These findings have important implications for the implementation of programs that seek to improve delivery of instructions in sport coaches, providing a thorough procedure for the shaping of the verbal response. Valuable insights to foster a supportive learning environment for adolescents and young athletes are addressed in the discussion. Durante el 2019 se produjo un cambio radical en lo que se refiere a la publicidad en el fútbol femenino. La llegada de la Copa Mundial Femenina de la FIFA, Francia 2019, provocó que numerosas marcas se interesasen por patrocinar dicho evento. Otro hecho reseñable ha sido la importancia que obtuvo durante la temporada 2018/2019 la Liga Española de Fútbol Femenino (Liga Iberdrola), con partidos relevantes que superaron con creces los registros anteriores de asistencia a los estadios. El objetivo principal de esta investigación es analizar el papel representado por las mujeres en la publicidad emitida en retrasmisiones deportivas, en concreto en el Mundial de Fútbol Femenino de Francia 2019. La metodología supone analizar los spots seleccionados por ser de marcas patrocinadoras de la Selección Española de Fútbol Femenino y de la Copa Mundial de la FIFA Francia 2019, por haber sido producidos para dicho Mundial y patrocinar a otras selecciones participantes del mismo. Todos ellos han sido emitidos en España en la cadena televisiva GOL TV. Para llevar a cabo el análisis se ha diseñado un instrumento metodológico ad-hoc, a partir del cual realizar un análisis de contenido de los spots. Como resultado se presenta la herramienta de análisis desarrollada y se destaca el papel activo, independiente y desvinculado de roles tradicionales que representan las mujeres en la publicidad emitida durante la Copa Mundial de la FIFA, Francia 2019. Another noteworthy fact has been the importance obtained during the 2018/2019 season by the Spanish Women's Football League (Liga Iberdrola), with relevant matches that far exceeded previous stadium attendance records. The main objective of this research is to analyze the role represented by women in advertising broadcast in sports retransmissions, specifically in the Women's World Cup France 2019. The methodology involves analyzing the spots selected for being from brands sponsoring the Spanish Women's National Soccer Team and the FIFA World Cup France 2019, for having been produced for the World Cup and for sponsoring other teams participating in it. All of them have been broadcasted in Spain on the television channel GOL TV. In order to carry out the analysis, an ad-hoc methodological instrument has been designed, from which to perform a content analysis of the spots. As a result, the analysis tool developed is presented and highlights the active, independent and detached from traditional roles that women represent in the advertising broadcast during the FIFA World Cup, France 2019. There is a mutual relationship between body mass index (BMI), percentage of fat, and total cholesterol levels in the blood. Maintaining a normal BMI becomes a reference for health maintenance. A higher BMI increases the risk of a higher percentage of fat and cholesterol which contribute to a negative impact on health. This study was conducted to determine whether the BMI, fat levels and total blood cholesterol of sportsmen can be maintained properly. The research involved 323 athletes, ranging from 13 - 46 years with an average of 22 years of age. The participants represented 26 sports fields. The BMI test is done by measuring their weight and height. Fat percentage test was conducted by measuring the total fat of triceps, abdominal, and supra iliac fat, as well as by measuring the width of the upper arm, humeral, and femur. The total cholesterol was determined from the blood sample. All data were analyzed using Excel and SPSS IMB serial 26. Results showed that on average the BMI status was 22.82, meanwhile, the percentage of fat was 18.94 and the total cholesterol was 170.77. There was a high correlation between BMI and the percentage of fat (0.505). However, the correlation between BMI and cholesterol was not significant, and only a low correlation was detected between fat percentage and cholesterol. Physical exercise is one of the modulators in increasing the release of growth hormone (GH) levels in blood circulation, but the effective exercise model for obese subjects is still being debated. Therefore, this study aims to prove the effect of aerobic exercise on increasing the release of GH levels in the blood circulation in obese women. A total of 20 obese adult women, aged 21.00 ± 1.08 years were selected to be subjects in the study and were given one aerobic exercise intervention by running on a treadmill at moderate-intensity (60-70% HRmax) for 40 minutes. The ELISA method was used to measure the release of GH levels in all samples (pre- and post-exercise). Statistical analysis in this study used an independent sample t-test with a significant level of 5%. The results showed that the release of GH levels in the blood circulation was found to be higher in post-exercise compared to pre-exercise after one session of aerobic exercise (484.92±128.29 vs 892.63±273.54 pg/mL; p=0.001) and has a large effect size with a Cohen's d value of 1.909. GH levels in the post-exercise blood circulation in the aerobic exercise group (Exr) were also found to be higher than the GH levels in the control group (Ctr) (892.63±273.54 vs 542.97±140.01 pg/mL; p=0.003) and has a large effect size with a Cohen's d value of 1.609. This study proves that one session of aerobic exercise with moderate intensity increases the release of circulating GH levels in obese women. Therefore, aerobic exercise with moderate intensity can be used as an alternative therapy option to increase the release of circulating GH levels in individuals with obesity. The purpose of this study was to test the validity of hamstring muscle strength of handball athletes. A total of 30 handball athletes with categories of 15 male athletes (18.0 ± 5.1 years, weight 62.6 ± 20.7 kg, height 173.6 ± 5.0 cm, BMI 22.1 ± 4.0 kg / m2) and female (18.0 ± 5.1 years, weight 54.6 ± 17.4 kg, height 164.7 ± 6.9 cm, BMI 21.4 ± 2.2 kg/m2). No history of lower extremity injuries participated in a hamstring strength test. Hamstring strength tests are performed isometrically with ISO Prone and ISO 60 tests using nordbord tools and load cells tied using hooks called pabletest. From the test results there is a validity level of 0.000 with reliability of 0.8, so that the data can be said to be valid on both tests, namely ISO Prone and ISO 60. Load cells on pabletes are able to measure hamstring muscle strength in handball athletes. The advantages of load cells on pabletes can be made simply but not everyone can make arrangements so as to output data that can be interpreted. Subsequent research can be done using different contractions such as eccentrics and increasing the number of research subjects more by developing better software. El Cuestionario de Actividad Física para Escolares (CAFE) se desarrolló para la vigilancia nacional de la actividad física (AF) de la población escolar adolescente del Perú, considerando las directrices de la Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS). El estudio tuvo como objetivo diseñar y confirmar la fiabilidad y validez del CAFE peruanos de 12 a 17 años. El proceso de fiabilidad y validez involucró 1576 escolares adolescentes (812 hombres y 764 mujeres) entre 12 y 17 años pertenecientes a tres regiones naturales del Perú (costa, selva y sierra). Los resultados mostraron una fiabilidad de test-retest adecuada (tiempo de AF diario promedio = .865; tiempo de AF en actividades del colegio diario promedio = .829; tiempo de AF en tiempo libre diario promedio = .841), excepto en el tiempo de AF en transporte para ir y retornar del colegio diario promedio (.686), donde se obtuvo una fiabilidad muy próxima al aceptable (≥ .70). En relación con la validez, en la de contenido, se encontraron valores óptimos de concordancia (Razón de Validez de Contenido de Lawshe = 1.00) y acuerdo (Validez de Kappa de Fleiss = .82 a 1.00) entre jueces. Y en la concurrente, se encontró una relación significativa muy grande (CAFE y PACE en la última semana r = .779, p-valor = .000; CAFE y PACE en una semana habitual r = .749, p-valor = .000. Adolescents are the nation's future leaders, so their immediate environment, including their families, schools, and the government, must promote a healthy environment for them both physically and mentally. This is necessary because improving an adolescent's psychological condition is one of the most crucial investments for raising a good generation, but more and more young people are developing psychological disorders. This study employed a pseudo-experiment method of research. The findings of the study in the treatment group, as shown in the "Paired Samples Test" output table above, indicate that the t count negative value is -45,020. This difference between the average Pre-Test and the average Post-Test is what causes the t count negative value to be negative. A negative t-count may turn positive in this situation. As a result, the computed t-value is 45,020. Las dilatadas jornadas académicas, normalmente en sedestación entre los alumnos universitarios podrían generar estados de agotamiento, falta de atención, estrés y ansiedad. Una de las herramientas útiles para prevenir esta situación serían los descansos activos en el aula. El objetivo de esta investigación ha sido evaluar el impacto del descanso activo (DA) mediante la danza sobre los niveles de atención y estado emocional de alumnos universitarios. La muestra fue de 76 participantes (M = 24.4 años, SD = 8.0 años) que realizaron un descanso activo de 8 minutos tras una exposición de 40 min. Los instrumentos empleados fueron la escala de valoración del estado de ánimo (EVEA) y el test de concentración-atención d2. Se realizó un pretest antes de la sesión teórica y postest tras programa de intervención. Los resultados del ANOVA indican que el descanso activo mejoró el estado de ánimo y el nivel de atención de los participantes. Igualmente, se encontró una correlación positiva entre la alegría y el nivel de atención. Se concluye que los descansos activos mediante la danza son una manera de incorporar actividad física en el aula, mejorar el bienestar y la atención de los estudiantes. The long academic days, usually in seated position, among university students could generate states of exhaustion, lack of attention, stress and anxiety. One of the useful tools to prevent this situation would be active breaks in the classroom. The aim of this research was to evaluate the impact of active breaks (AB) through dance, combining two tools that have shown a positive effect, AB and dance, on the levels of attention and emotional state of university students. The sample consisted of 76 participants (M = 24.4 years, SD = 8.0 years) who took an 8-minute active break after a 40-minute presentation. The instruments used were the mood rating scale (EVEA) and the d2 concentration-attention test. A pretest was performed before the theoretical session and a posttest after the intervention program. The ANOVA results indicate that active rest improved the mood and attention level of the participants. Likewise, a positive correlation was found between cheerfulness and attention level. It is concluded that active breaks through dance are a way to incorporate physical activity in the classroom, improve students' well-being and attention. This study investigated the effects of cognitively challenging with nonlinear pedagogical games on the executive functions and situational interests of students in physical education. Participants were 145 fifth and sixth-grade students (74 boys, 71 girls) from four elementary schools. This acute investigation, which included a physical education session, utilized a quasi-experimental design with four groups, repeated measures, and cross-over. After the post-test, one fifth- and one sixth-grade class from each school was randomly assigned to Group 1 with cognitively challenging nonlinear pedagogy games, Group 2 with a session for teaching soccer skills, Group 3 with a session for teaching track and field skills, and Group 4 control group, all the group with cognitively challenging physical with activity nonlinear pedagogy games. Included were pre- and post-test measures of executive functioning and a post-test assessment of situational interest. Students in Group 1 who engaged in cognitively challenging physical activity with nonlinear pedagogy games increased their executive function scores (t(39) =−19.75, p < 0.001, d=1.82) more than students who participated in sessions with group 2 soccer (t(33) =−3.14, p=0.005), group 3 track and field skills (t(38) =−0.98, p=0.325) and those group 4 the control group (t(32) =−0.68, p=0.523). The positive effects on the executive functions of students were duplicated when the cognitively demanding physical activity with nonlinear pedagogy games session was administered to the control group on the waiting list Students who participated in the soccer skills session showed some improvements in their executive functions. Students who participated in cognitively challenging physical nonlinear games scored higher on novelty than those who participated in soccer or track and field. These findings confirm the efficacy of cognitively challenging physical activity using nonlinear games in stimulating the executive functions of students in physical education.
