Contexto: El análisis biomecánico de técnicas deportivas facilita la optimización del rendimiento, promueve una correcta ejecución técnica y ayuda a identificar factores de riesgos de lesión. Objetivo: Proponer un modelo biomecánico de la técnica de pecho en futvoley, señalando indicadores cinemáticos para su evaluación. Métodos: Se realizó un estudio de caso con alcance descriptivo a través de un participante con 20 años de experiencia en futvoley. Se capturó la técnica de pecho de futvoley a través de videofotogrametría con una cámara de alta velocidad (240 Hz). El análisis fue realizado con el software de análisis deportivo Kinovea®. Se determinaron las fases de la técnica deportiva a través de una propuesta utilizada previamente: a) el objetivo general de rendimiento de la técnica (OGR); b) los propósitos mecánicos (PM) de cada fase, el cual hace referencia a la principal característica mecánica por lograr en cada fase; y c) objetivos biomecánicos (OB), correspondientes a los indicadores cinemáticos (ICm) e indicadores cinéticos (ICn) derivados del PM. Resultados: la técnica se dividió en las fases de Aproximación, Preparación, Impulso y Seguimiento. En cada fase se describió el OGR de la técnica y los PM y OB. Aplicaciones prácticas: La propuesta biomecánica basada en OGR, PM e ICm permite la comprensión de esta técnica deportiva, favoreciendo su análisis, enseñanza y optimización del rendimiento. El presente estudio muestra la importancia de implementar actividades lúdicas para el desarrollo psicomotriz durante la primera infancia. El propósito de esta investigación fue determinar la influencia del programa de actividades lúdicas para el desarrollo perceptivo motriz en niños de 4 y 5 años de edad de la Institución Educativa Inicial San Juan Bautista Puno-Perú. Esta investigación adoptó un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo experimental, con un diseño preexperimental. Se implementó un programa de actividades lúdicas durante 10 meses, básicamente el programa desarrolló tres dimensiones: sensoriales, motrices y desarrollo anatómico. Para evaluar el nivel de desarrollo psicomotriz se empleó el test de Jack Capón antes y después de la implementación del programa, seguidamente, se utilizó la prueba estadística de los rangos de Wilcoxon a fin de evaluar la influencia. Los resultados muestran que el programa, influyó significativamente en el desarrollo de la psicomotricidad (Z = - 8,947; p<0.001), logró mejorar las habilidades psicomotrices como: esquema corporal (Z=- 8,174; p<0.001) equilibrio (Z=- 8,411; p<0.001); salto y caída (Z=- 9,065; p<0.001); recorrido con obstáculos (Z=- 9,921; p<0.001); recepción de la pelota (Z=- 8,852; p<0.001) y salto con un pie (Z=- 8,237; p <0.001). La actividad lúdica en la infancia se asocia con mejoras en la salud fisiológica y principalmente en el desarrollo de la motricidad que es importante para prevenir la aparición de enfermedades cardiovasculares en etapas posteriores de la vida. The rapid development of science and technology and the social, economic and cultural changes taking place in modern society are putting on the agenda of the training of highly qualified and competitive specialists in the field of physical education and sport. The specifics of the professional activities of these specialists point to the need to modernize the content, forms and methods of higher education in this field. The objective of the study is to define criteria, indicators and describe the level of preparedness of future physical education teachers. To achieve the objective of the study, the following were used: analysis, comparative analysis, retrospective analysis, synthesis, comparison, content analysis of regulations in the field of physical education and sports, a study of personal experience in teaching; systematization and generalization; abstraction and classification. The article defines the structure of the preparation of future physical education teachers for professional activity. The analysis of scientific literature and in-house experience in teaching made it possible to identify motivational, value-based, cognitive, procedural and emotional components of the readiness of future specialists for recreational activities. Their own sub-structure, interrelationship and interdependence are indicated. The criteria (motivational, cognitive, activity and personal) with the indicators and levels (low, medium, high) of the readiness of future physical education teachers for professional activities in recreational activities have been defined. It has been stated that students with a high level of readiness for professional activity are well acquainted with the use of recreational and health-improving means. They are thoroughly and consciously conversant in modern technologies of recreational activity, with a creative approach they use the acquired knowledge to solve the given tasks. Work in the field of physical recreation is related to a stable feeling of psychological comfort, emotional activity, with confidence in raising social status and qualification. The objective of this study was to compare the level of stress, the habitual level of Physical Activity and the immunological profile of people living with HIV. The present study had as sample 307 individuals of both sexes, X̅ = 46.8 ± 9.2 years, with positive HIV serology. Socioeconomic information was collected using an instrument, CD4+ lymphocyte count and HIV viral load were collected from the patients' medical records. Stress level was assessed using Lipp's Stress Symptom Inventory (ISSL), and Baecke's questionnaire was used to classify physical activity level. The Man-Whitney test was used to compare the variables and the Spearman test to verify the relationship between the variables adopting p < 0.05 as the significance level. As a result, the study showed that 26.9% of the individuals are in the stress exhaustion phase, in relation to the level of physical activity, 28.2% were identified as "active", 23.1% as "very active", 23.1% as "insufficiently active", and 24.1% as "sedentary". The presence of stress was prevalent in sedentary individuals (13.6%) with longer duration of infection (27.3%) and with lymphocyte counts above 500mm (43.3%). The CD4+ count showed a significant result when compared to the level of stress, (U=1848.50; p=0.02). A relationship between depression/anxiety and stress was identified (r = 0.407; p > 0.001). We conclude that the presence of stress has an effect on TCD4+ count and that the higher the depression/anxiety symptoms the higher the stress level in PLHIV. Socioeconomic information was collected using an instrument, CD4+ lymphocyte count and HIV viral load were collected from the patients' medical records. Stress level was assessed using Lipp's Stress Symptom Inventory (ISSL), and Baecke's questionnaire was used to classify physical activity level. The Man-Whitney test was used to compare the variables and the Spearman test to verify the relationship between the variables adopting p < 0.05 as the significance level. As a result, the study showed that 26.9% of the individuals are in the stress exhaustion phase, in relation to the level of physical activity, 28.2% were identified as \"active\", 23.1% as \"very active\", 23.1% as \"insufficiently active\", and 24.1% as \"sedentary\". The presence of stress was prevalent in sedentary individuals (13.6%) with longer duration of infection (27.3%) and with lymphocyte counts above 500mm (43.3%). The CD4+ count showed a significant result when compared to the level of stress, (U=1848.50; p=0.02). A relationship between depression/anxiety and stress was identified (r = 0.407; p > 0.001). This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of sports and game modifications in improving students’ physical fitness. This type of research is quantitative research with an experimental model. The population in this study were students taking adaptive physical education course in July – December 2022 semester. The sampling technique used a census technique with a total of 90 students. Furthermore, the t-test is used for data analysis. Based on the test results with different samples, it is shown that the physical fitness variable in the pretest value of the experimental group and the control group has a t-value of 1.048 and a significance value of 0.204 > 0.05, indicating that there is no significant difference between the average value of the experimental group's pretest results and the control group's pretest results on physical fitness variables. Meanwhile, the post-test scores for the experimental group and the control group had a t-value of 7.69 and a significance value of 0.000, indicating that there was a significant difference in the physical fitness variable between the average post-test results for the experimental group and the posttest results for the control group. Based on the study's findings, it is possible to conclude that sports and game modifications have a significant impact on increasing students’ physical fitness. La inclusión es un proceso que favorece la participación de grupos vulnerables, uno de estos es el estudiantado con discapacidad. La discapacidad desde el modelo social se entiende como una restricción de la participación derivada del diseño social establecido, donde están implicadas las instituciones de educación superior (IES). El objetivo es identificar la percepción de la inclusión educativa hacia estudiantes con vulnerabilidad en la licenciatura de Cultura Física y Deporte en la Universidad de Sonora, México. Se realizó un estudio cuantitativo con un diseño descriptivo transversal, para lo cual participaron 85 estudiantes de la mencionada licenciatura, donde el 60% son hombres y el 40% son mujeres, el 65.9% están en formación inicial y el 34.1% en formación avanzada. Para recolectar la información se utilizó la escala Cuestiones sobre Universidad y Discapacidad (CUNIDIS). El análisis de datos fue mediante el Programa SPSS V.25, se obtuvo un alfa de .94 y un KMO- y Bartlett con una puntuación 0.84 y una significancia de 0.000. Resultados: El 74.1% percibe que el profesorado adaptaría la metodología de las clases hacia estudiantes con discapacidad, y el 74.1% reporta que se cuentan con tecnologías para el seguimiento de las clases. Conclusiones: la muestra percibe que la planta docente realizaría adecuaciones para facilitar la inclusión en los estudiantes con vulnerabilidad derivado a la accesibilidad y la actitud del profesorado, así como las dinámicas de la clase de educación física, demostrando así que esta disciplina puede servir como una estrategia eficaz para facilitar procesos de inclusión. O objetivo consiste em identificar o grau de explicação do saldo de gols para as diferentes equipes da Bundesliga 2021-2022. Foram coletadas 306 partidas, sendo 34 partidas por equipes. Das variáveis relacionadas à bola, existem 15 variáveis simples e 4 compostas. A organização dos dados ocorreu por equipe e na competição completa. Aplicou-se como tratamento estatístico a Regressão Linear Múltipla no modelo de retrocesso. O conjunto de variáveis explicativas foi selecionado identificando o maior valor de R2 ajustado e VIF inferior a 10. Os graus de associação indicam valores elevados em todos os cenários (<0,750), sendo que todas as equipes analisadas de forma específica apresentam valores maiores quando comparadas a competição completa. Entre as variáveis apontadas como explicativas gols/chute se destaca em 95% das análises realizadas. Chutes de dentro da área e relação chutes/passes foram observados em 63% das análises, enquanto bloqueio/chute do adversário (53%) e a defesa do goleiro (47%) se destacam como as ações defensivas mais frequentes. Conclui-se que o conjunto de variáveis explicativas é específico para cada clube, indicando assim sua singularidade nas demandas do jogo enfrentadas pelas equipes. É importante destacar a necessidade de análises específicas por equipe para compreender melhor as demandas do jogo. Los síndromes arritmogénicos hereditarios son un grupo de patologías cardiacas asociadas a arritmias malignas y un mayor riesgo de muerte súbita cardiaca, en ocasiones la primera manifestación de la patología. Estos síndromes suelen presentarse especialmente en población menor de 35 años, a menudo causando episodios arritmogénicos durante la práctica deportiva. Por esta razón, resulta esencial realizar estudios cardiológicos exhaustivos a deportistas, independientemente del deporte practicado, nivel de exigencia, edad o sexo para la prevención de estos episodios. Las principales entidades incluidas en este grupo son el síndrome de QT largo, el síndrome de Brugada, el síndrome de QT corto y la Taquicardia Ventricular Polimórfica Catecolaminérgica. La comprensión de los mecanismos que predisponen a las arritmias cardiacas hereditarias sigue siendo uno de los retos a resolver por la investigación biomédica ya que algunas de las complicaciones en las arritmias sólo se presentan cuando existe una interacción perfecta entre factores ambientales y genéticos. Los avances en el estudio del genoma humano han permitido identificar multitud de variantes en diversos genes asociados a este tipo de síndromes cardiacos. Al ser síndromes hereditarios, otros miembros de la familia pueden ser portadores del mismo defecto genético por lo que realizar un estudio fenotipo-genotipo en estas familias permite identificar otros miembros a riesgo de padecer episodios arritmogénicos letales. Inherited arrhythmogenic syndromes are a group of cardiac pathologies associated with malignant arrhythmias and sudden cardiac death, sometimes the first manifestation of the pathology. These syndromes usually manifest in the population under 35 years of age, causing arrhythmogenic episodes during sports practice. For this reason, carrying out exhaustive cardiological studies on athletes, regardless of the sport practiced, level of demand, age or gender, is essential to prevent these malignant episodes. The main entities included in this group are Long QT syndrome, Brugada syndrome, Short QT syndrome and Catecholaminergic Polymorphic Ventricular Tachycardia. Inherited arrhythmogenic syndromes are a group of cardiac pathologies associated with malignant arrhythmias and sudden cardiac death, sometimes the first manifestation of the pathology. These syndromes usually manifest in the population under 35 years of age, causing arrhythmogenic episodes during sports practice. For this reason, carrying out exhaustive cardiological studies on athletes, regardless of the sport practiced, level of demand, age or gender, is essential to prevent these malignant episodes. The main entities included in this group are Long QT syndrome, Brugada syndrome, Short QT syndrome and Catecholaminergic Polymorphic Ventricular Tachycardia. A large part of the mechanisms that predispose to inherited cardiac arrhythmias continue to be one of the challenges to be resolved by biomedical research, since some of the complications in arrhythmias only occur when there is a perfect interaction between environmental and genetic factors. Em um jogo de futebol, os jogadores estão sujeitos às altas demandas cognitivas. Essas demandas podem gerar uma fadiga mental. No entanto, os indivíduos possuem diferentes capacidades para suportar essas demandas cognitivas, o que justifica estudos que discriminem grupos de jogadores. Dessa forma, este estudo teve como objetivo comparar as ações táticas de jogadores com alto e baixo desempenho tático em duas condições: (1) com e (2) sem fadiga mental. Dezoito jogadores de futebol da categoria Sub-17 foram incluídos na amostra. O Sistema de Avaliação Tática no Futebol (FUT-SAT) foi utilizado para avaliar as ações táticas dos jogadores e o Stroop test (incongruente) foi utilizado para induzir a fadiga mental. Foram realizadas estatística descritiva (média e desvio-padrão), os testes de Shapiro-Wilk e ANOVA (com ajustamento de Bonferroni). Em todos os casos, o nível de significância adotado foi de p<0,05. As análises foram efetuadas no software SPSS 25 (IBM, New York, EUA). Os resultados apontam que os jogadores com alto desempenho tático na condição sem fadiga mental, realizam mais ações ofensivas e defensivas em relação a eles mesmos na condição de fadiga mental e em relação aos jogadores com baixo desempenho nas duas condições. Conclui-se que os jogadores com alto desempenho tático realizaram mais ações ofensivas e defensivas sem fadiga mental em relação aos seus pares com baixo desempenho tático. El objetivo de la investigación es, comprender los significados de la experiencia durante las prácticas profesionales realizadas por estudiantes normalistas de los últimos semestres de la Licenciatura en Educación Física, durante la pandemia por COVID-19 de los ciclos escolares 2020-2021 y 2021-2022. Se utilizó un enfoque cualitativo y el paradigma interpretativo con perspectiva fenomenológica, para analizar el contenido de las entrevistas realizadas, teniendo como referente los principios de la experiencia enunciados por Jorge Larrosa, entendida ésta como eso que me pasa. Se encontró que cuatro principios de la experiencia son los más evidentes. Principio de exterioridad, al reconocer el acontecimiento en el que sucede la experiencia. Principio de reflexividad, al advertir los efectos de la experiencia. Principio de pasión y pasaje, al identificar las marcas que ha dejado el vivir dicho acontecimiento. Principio de singularidad y pluralidad, dado que, ante un mismo acontecimiento, el sentido otorgado tiene diferentes alcances e interpretaciones. Los principios revelan que, la mayor parte de los significados no se centran en los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje, sino que se configuran en las interacciones con las figuras de autoridad, como son el acompañamiento académico, las prácticas burocráticas y la comunicación asertiva. The objective of the research is to understand the meanings of the experience during the professional practices carried out by normal students of the last semesters of the Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education, during the COVID-19 pandemic of the 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 school cycles. A qualitative approach and the interpretive paradigm with a phenomenological-logical perspective were used to analyze the content of the interviews carried out, taking as a reference the principles of experience stated by Jorge Larrosa, understood as what happens to me. Four principles of experience were found to be most evident. Principle of exteriority, by recognizing the event in which the experience occurs. Principle of reflexivity, noticing the effects of experience. Beginning of passion and passage, when identifying the marks left by experiencing said event. Principle of singularity and plurality, given that, in the face of the same event, the meaning given has different scopes and interpretations. The principles reveal that most of the meanings are not focused on the teaching and learning processes, but rather are configured in interactions with authority figures, such as academic accompaniment, bureaucratic practices and assertive communication.
