This article delves into the public management of sports policies in Brazil and Portugal, relying on a descriptive and comparative analysis of the organizational structures adopted by the two countries. The study takes the form of descriptive-analytical research employing a qualitative approach with an exploratory scope. The employed methodologies encompass bibliographic review and documentary analysis. The primary objective was to describe and conduct a comparative analysis of the public management of the national sports policies in Brazil and Portugal, using the organizational structures in the sector as a benchmark, up until 2022. The findings reveal that both countries share a history of tethering or subordinating sports to various realms of state activities. This aspect could be interpreted as indicative of institutional fragility, highlighting a diminished political legitimacy of the sector and a lesser integration into the governmental agenda. Distinguishing between them, a noteworthy discourse revolves around the establishment of a national sports system. This system delineates competencies, responsibilities, and modes of interaction. In this regard, the Portuguese context appears to make more significant strides compared to the Brazilian scenario. La evidencia científica señala que la condición física es un biomarcador de salud desde la primera infancia y un gran predictor de salud y hábitos saludables a lo largo de la vida. Objetivo: El objetivo del presente estudio fue conocer el nivel de condición física en escolares de 6 a 12 años en función del sexo y ciclos de Educación Primaria (EP). Un objetivo secundario fue establecer si existe asociación o no entre la condición física y el índice de masa corporal (IMC). Método: 379 estudiantes (172 niñas) de EP con edades comprendidas entre 6 y 12 años, participaron en el presente estudio de carácter descriptivo- transversal en Andalucía. Las pruebas desarrolladas fueron: velocidad 25m, Test de 20m de ida y vuelta (capacidad aeróbica) y salto horizontal (fuerza). Resultados: Se observó diferencias significativas por sexos: los niños mostraron mejor rendimiento en la prueba de capacidad aeróbica (p<0.05) y velocidad (p<0.001) con respecto a las niñas. Además, se halló diferencias significativas por sexos en los ciclos de EP. Conclusiones: Los niños muestran unos mejores niveles de condición física con respecto a las niñas en todas las variables analizadas. Además, la asociación entre la condición física y el IMC muestra que una mejor condición física correlaciona positivamente con un IMC más bajo, corroborando la importancia que tiene la condición física desde las primeras etapas como biomarcador de salud y prevención de obesidad infantil. Los padres participan en la práctica deportiva de sus hijos por un sentido de motivación, quieren construir un rol parental específico ayudando al niño en las actividades propias de la disciplina deportiva. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la percepción de los formadores deportivos sobre la actitud de los padres durante los entrenamientos en las diferentes disciplinas de escuelas de formación del Instituto Municipal para el Deporte y la Recreación de Madrid (Cundinamarca, Colombia). La investigación se desarrolló un estudio con metodología cuantitativa siguiendo un corte transversal descriptivo. La muestra estuvo conformada por 56 formadores, masculino (n=44) femenino (n=12), la cual se consideró de tipo no probabilístico por conveniencia, el instrumento de recolección de la información fue el cuestionario para técnicos deportivos sobre actitudes de padres y madres en el deporte (CTPMD), (Garrido et al 2010). Como resultado se evidencia que en todos los casos existen altos niveles de heterogeneidad, lo cual se puede explicar desde la premisa que la percepción es subjetiva y se da por las vivencias diarias que presentan los formadores, adicionalmente, a que en grupos tan grandes se pueden presentar casos de percepciones altas, bajas, pero al cumplir parámetros propios de la normalidad, prevalecen valores medios. A modo de conclusión se destaca que a través del deporte las familias llegan a tener experiencias significativas con sus hijos, y es de vital importancia para el Formador que dichas actividades sean gratificantes sin dejar de lado el proceso formativo de los deportistas. The sample was made up of 56 coaches (n= 56): male (n=44), and female (n=12); this sample is non-probabilistic for convenience. The instrument applied was a questionnaire to enquire about the coaches` perception of attitudes of fathers and mothers in sports training sections. (CTPMD) (Garrido et. al. 2010). As a result, it was clear that in all cases, there are high levels of heterogeneity, which can be explained by the premise that the perception is subjective and is given by the daily experiences instructors present. The development of innovative means for university sports teaching is a growing research topic today. This study aims to determine the effect of the VR-assisted instruction on student performance in 10 sport disciplines across three universities in Western Kazakhstan. The study sample had 210 students from three different universities in Western Kazakhstan. The correlation analysis revealed a strong relationship of VR-assisted training with higher performance at the city tournament and the higher quality of the sports practice work. La evaluación es uno de los elementos más controvertidos a lo largo de la formación inicial del profesorado de Educación Física y cobra especial importancia en los Trabajos Fin de Estudios, dada la peculiaridad de la materia en las diferentes titulaciones. El objetivo de este estudio es conocer las percepciones de estudiantes de Formación del Profesorado de Educación Física sobre los procesos de evaluación final y calificación de los Trabajos Fin de Estudios. Para ello, se ha llevado a cabo un estudio de corte cualitativo con una muestra de 22 estudiantes de 4 universidades españolas identificadas como centros-diana, que realizaron su formación en el curso académico 2020-2021. Los participantes son estudiantes del Grado en Educación Primaria y del Máster de Formación del Profesorado, en ambos casos de las menciones de Educación Física. A partir de la técnica del grupo focal, tratamos de conocer la opinión del alumnado en relación al sistema de evaluación y de calificación de los Trabajos Fin de Estudios. Tras la recogida de datos se realiza un análisis de contenido de los cuatro grupos focales, a través del software “Nvivo” (Versión Release). Los resultados revelan que la evaluación de los Trabajos Fin de Estudios de las titulaciones de Educación Física es mayoritariamente sumativa y finalista. Este modelo de evaluación no contribuye a que los futuros docentes desarrollen su alfabetización evaluativa ni tampoco a que comprendan el valor de la materia para su formación profesional. Assessment is one of the most controversial elements throughout the Physical Education Teacher Education and is especially important in the Final Project of Studies, given the peculiarity of the subject in the different degrees. The aim of this study is to know the perceptions of students of Physical Education Teacher Education on the final assessment and grading processes of the Final Project of Studies. For this purpose, a qualitative study has been carried out with a sample of 22 students from 4 Spanish universities identified as "diana-centers", who attended their training in the academic year 2020-2021. The participants are students of the Degree in Primary Education and the Master's Degree in Teacher Education, in both cases of the Physical Education mentions. Using the focus group technique, we tried to know the opinion of the students in relation to the assessment and grading system of the Final Project of Studies. After data collection, a content analysis of the four focus groups was carried out using the "Nvivo" software (Release Version). The results reveal that the assessment of the Final Project of Studies of the Physical Education degrees is mostly summative and finalistic. For this purpose, a qualitative study has been carried out with a sample of 22 students from 4 Spanish universities identified as \"diana-centers\", who attended their training in the academic year 2020-2021. The participants are students of the Degree in Primary Education and the Master's Degree in Teacher Education, in both cases of the Physical Education mentions. Using the focus group technique, we tried to know the opinion of the students in relation to the assessment and grading system of the Final Project of Studies. After data collection, a content analysis of the four focus groups was carried out using the \"Nvivo\" software (Release Version). La fase del ciclo menstrual y el tipo de entrenamiento realizado donde se encuentre la deportista pueden afectar a la percepción del rendimiento en capacidades como la fuerza, la capacidad aeróbica y anaeróbica, así como la percepción psicológica tanto en entrenamiento como en competición, siendo estos nuestros objetivos de estudio. Trescientas cincuenta y siete mujeres deportistas tanto de alto rendimiento (n= 70) como amateur (n= 287) respondieron de forma voluntaria y anónima un cuestionario de 166 preguntas relacionadas con diferentes temas sobre la mujer tanto de salud como de rendimiento. La fase del ciclo menstrual tuvo un efecto significativo sobre la percepción de afectación a la fuerza (p<.001), la capacidad aeróbica (p<.001) y la capacidad anaeróbica (p<.001), siendo la fase de menstruación la de mayor afectación y la fase de pre-ovulación la de menor. Las mujeres que entrenaron la fuerza y la capacidad anaeróbica mostraron una mejor percepción del rendimiento físico y psicológico en todas las fases del ciclo menstrual. Así, el entrenamiento de fuerza mejoró la percepción de fuerza, de capacidad anaeróbica y psicológica de manera no significativas, pero de manera significativa la capacidad aeróbica en fase de menstruación (p=.034). Introdução: A utilização do jogo, enquanto sistema de avaliação em dupla tarefa, tem vindo a demonstrar um potencial relevante pelas suas propriedades. Objetivo: Testar a aplicabilidade do jogo analógico na avaliação de dupla tarefa em pessoas idosas. Metodologia: Foi realizado um estudo observacional, transversal, com uma mostra de 13 idosos com capacidade de caminhar curtas distâncias. A amostra foi caracterizada nas variáveis sociodemográficas, da mobilidade funcional (Timed-up and Go Test-TUG) e da função cognitiva (6-CIT). Os participantes foram avaliados na sua performance (tempo/seg.) no jogo Labirinto (Agilidades, Inc.) nas diferentes modalidades: grelhas de jogo limpo (S, M e L) vs grelhas de jogo com pistas cognitivas. Para cada modalidade foram recolhidas 3 tentativas. Depois de uma análise descritiva (mediana, IIQ) da performance no jogo, no TUG e no 6-CIT, foi analisada a diferença estatística entre níveis de jogo (wilcoxon) e calculada a correlação entre a performance, o TUG e o 6-CIT. Resultados: Na modalidade de jogo limpo a mediana do tempo aumenta de acordo com a dimensão das grelhas (S:7.67 - L: 14.50);correlações fortes foram encontradas entre o TUG e o tempo nas grelhas S (r=0.802) e L (r=0.808).A variabilidade entre tentativas é superior para a grelha Mpistas (1.53-20.67). Entre o 6-cit e o Spistas (0.580), Mlimpo (0.639) e Mpistas (0,636) foram detetadas correlações moderadas. Conclusão: Dificuldades de equilíbrio resultam num aumento de dificuldade no desempenho no jogo limpo. En los últimos años, la demanda social de actividades físicas recreativas en el medio natural ha ido creciendo al mismo tiempo que lo hacía la sobreabundancia tecnológica. Este estudio ha pretendido acercarse a los practicantes ocasionales de una de esas actividades, el kayak de mar, con el objetivo de identificar un posible perfil sociodemográfico y, complementariamente, conocer su percepción de competencia personal. Como técnica de recopilación de datos se ha utilizado el cuestionario, administrado a una muestra de 600 usuarios de los servicios de la empresa SK KAYAK en Llançà (Girona). Con relación al perfil sociodemográfico, se ha observado que no hay apenas distinción en el sexo o edad de los participantes, que suelen trabajar como asalariados y que residen en entornos urbanos. Respecto a la percepción de sus propias competencias, se han mostrado deseosos y con necesidades inherentes al ser humano, como disfrutar del entorno natural, ir más allá, conocer nuevos lugares, evadirse, acercarse a la fauna y encontrarse a sí mismos. Y se ha apreciado desequilibrio entre la complejidad del medio marino, su percepción de competencia y la falta de oportunidades de experimentación de que disponen, convirtiendo la incertidumbre de este medio en una barrera para ellos. Se concluye que la práctica del kayak de mar mejora la conciencia ecológica de las personas, devolviendo el equilibrio adecuado a la relación entre el ser humano y la naturaleza más salvaje, recordando la necesidad de una formación apta para el correcto desarrollo en las actividades físicas en el medio natural. Todos los años, aunque afortunadamente cada vez menos, se produce algún accidente relacionado con el equipamiento escolar y deportivo más habitual, con consecuencias en ocasiones fatales. Por la repercusión en la seguridad de todas las personas que realizan una práctica físico deportiva, es una cuestión que ha de revisarse continuamente. Se estudiaron las sentencias de daños entre 1995-2020 que implicasen una canasta de baloncesto o portería de fútbol o balonmano, y se encontraron 29 decisiones judiciales de diversos niveles, lo que representa más del 25% de los fallos en el ámbito educativo. La mayor parte de las condenas se relacionan con las canastas de los centros educativos, que son los que mayoritariamente cubren las indemnizaciones, junto con la administración autonómica. Entre la casuística habitual encontramos la falta de vigilancia, la ausencia de anclajes estructurales, o la mala praxis profesional; por lo que se sigue recomendando, reforzar la coordinación de seguridad entre entidades responsables, actualizar los protocolos de vigilancia, incorporar la formación en prevención como un elemento esencial y transversal a cualquier entidad educativa o deportiva, y procurar que la compra y mantenimiento del equipamiento pueda ser acreditado. Every year, although less and less, we come across some accident related to the most common school and sports equipment, with sometimes fatal consequences. Because of the repercussions on the safety of all those involved in physical exercise, this is an issue that needs to be continually reviewed. We looked at damage judgements between 1995-2020 involving a basketball hoop or football or handball goal, and found 29 court decisions at various levels, representing more than 25% of the judgements in the educational field. Most of the convictions are related to the baskets of the educational centres, which are the ones that mainly cover the compensation, together with the autonomous administration. Among the usual casuistry we find the lack of surveillance, the absence of structural anchors, or professional malpractice; therefore, it is still recommended to reinforce safety coordination between responsible entities, update surveillance protocols, incorporate prevention training as an essential and transversal element in any educational or sports entity, and ensure that the purchase and maintenance of equipment can be accredited. Por la repercusión en la seguridad de todas las personas que realizan una práctica físico deportiva, es una cuestión que ha de revisarse continuamente. Se estudiaron las sentencias de daños entre 1995-2020 que implicasen una canasta de baloncesto o portería de fútbol o balonmano, y se encontraron 29 decisiones judiciales de diversos niveles, lo que representa más del 25% de los fallos en el ámbito educativo. La mayor parte de las condenas se relacionan con las canastas de los centros educativos, que son los que mayoritariamente cubren las indemnizaciones, junto con la administración autonómica. Entre la casuística habitual encontramos la falta de vigilancia, la ausencia de anclajes estructurales, o la mala praxis profesional; por lo que se sigue recomendando, reforzar la coordinación de seguridad entre entidades responsables, actualizar los protocolos de vigilancia, incorporar la formación en prevención como un elemento esencial y transversal a cualquier entidad educativa o deportiva, y procurar que la compra y mantenimiento del equipamiento pueda ser acreditado. Every year, although less and less, we come across some accident related to the most common school and sports equipment, with sometimes fatal consequences. Because of the repercussions on the safety of all those involved in physical exercise, this is an issue that needs to be continually reviewed. We looked at damage judgements between 1995-2020 involving a basketball hoop or football or handball goal, and found 29 court decisions at various levels, representing more than 25% of the judgements in the educational field. Most of the convictions are related to the baskets of the educational centres, which are the ones that mainly cover the compensation, together with the autonomous administration. Among the usual casuistry we find the lack of surveillance, the absence of structural anchors, or professional malpractice; therefore, it is still recommended to reinforce safety coordination between responsible entities, update surveillance protocols, incorporate prevention training as an essential and transversal element in any educational or sports entity, and ensure that the purchase and maintenance of equipment can be accredited. This study aims to determine: (1) the difference in the influence between internal imagery and external imagery exercises on the accuracy of free throws; (2) the difference in the influence of players who have high and low concentrations on the accuracy of free throws; and (3) the interaction between internal imagery and external imagery exercises and the concentration on the accuracy of free throws in basketball players. This type of research is an experiment using a 2 x 2 factorial design. The population in this study was 38 basketball SME players from Universitas Islam Indonesia. The sample in this study was 20 people who were taken using purposive sampling techniques, then ordinal pairing was carried out to divide each group. The instrument used is to measure concentration, namely the Grid Concentration Test, while the accuracy of free throw uses a free throw test. The data analysis technique used is a two-way ANOVA. The results showed that: (1) There was a significant difference in influence between internal imagery and external imagery exercises on the accuracy of free throws in basketball players, with an F value of 51.984 and a significance value of p 0.000 < 0.05. The internal imagery exercise group was higher (good) compared to the external imagery exercise group with a posttest average difference of 4.00. (2) There is a significant difference in influence between players who have high and low concentrations on the accuracy of a basketball player's free throw, proven by an F value of 38.416 and a p-significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Players who have a high concentration are higher (good) compared to players who have a low concentration, with a posttest average difference of 4.00. (3) There is a significant interaction between imagery exercises (internal imagery and external imagery) and concentration (high and low) on the accuracy of a basketball player's free throw, with an F value of 4.264 and a significance value of p 0.047 < 0.05. There is a significant difference in the influence between internal imagery training methods and external imagery training methods on the accuracy of free throws in basketball players. The internal imagery training method is better than the external imagery exercise on the accuracy of free throws on basketball players. There is a significant difference in the effect of high concentration and low concentration on the accuracy of free throws in basketball players. Players who have high concentration are better than those with a low concentration on the accuracy of free throws in basketball players. There is a significant interaction between both methods of exercise imagery (internal imagery and external imagery) and concentration (high and low) on the accuracy of free throws in basketball players.
