Responses from 480 Indian respondents, 240 each investing in Mutual Funds and Exchange Traded Funds were studied to assess individual investors behavioral biases with the help of factors of herding, market, prospect, overconfidence and availability bias by using one way MANOVA approach. Results indicate that the Mutual Fund (active investment) investors show significantly higher behavioral biases as compared to Exchange Traded Fund (passive investment) investors in emerging markets. Behavioral biases effect on investments has been extensively studied on individual products, but this article is the first attempt to make comparative analysis of behavioral biases on active and passive investments. Behavioral biases have received little attention in the developing markets and results of this paper have practical implications for policymakers in understanding the dynamic behavior of the active and passive investors and educate the investors for proper investment decisions.

This study aimed to analyze organizational transformation, organizational culture, and transformational leadership in relation to employee performance, with job satisfaction serving as a mediating variable. The participants consisted of 101 employees from automotive component manufacturing companies. They were selected using purposive sampling techniques to ensure alignment with the research objectives. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) to illustrate the variables and indicators influencing employees' performance. The results indicated that organizational transformation, organizational culture, and transformational leadership had a positive impact on employee performance. Furthermore, the mediating role of job satisfaction in relation to employee performance was also observed. Therefore, organizations should optimize job satisfaction to enhance employee competencies in response to business challenges. By implementing organizational transformation, fostering a positive organizational culture, and promoting transformational leadership, organizations can potentially increase satisfaction, responsiveness, and performance, thereby supporting business innovation. Job satisfaction plays a crucial role in maintaining performance stability, as the business process appears to be highly reliant on organizational transformation, organizational culture, and transformational leadership. The variables examined in this study demonstrate that job satisfaction enhances employees' responsiveness to the company's operations. Consequently, organizations should prioritize responsiveness and adaptability when empowering their human resources.

In recent decades, the concept of strategic management at universities has attracted more and more attention. There is a significant increase in the awareness of the importance of well-developed development concepts, both among university employees and management staff. Numerous research studies also discuss the need for changes in that presented area. Unfortunately, the analysis of the literature on the subject shows that more attention is paid to the strategy development phase than to its implementation. There are also few studies examining the influence of factors on the strategy implementation at universities. The area of research was related to factors influencing the process of strategy implementation. This article presents the detailed results of the survey of analysis, which covered the opinions of management and employees influencing the strategy implementation at universities in Poland. The main objective of the study was to measure the operational risk of factors influencing the process of strategy at universities and to specify the factors with the highest operational risk level. The study was conducted using the PAPI (Paper and Pencil Interview) technique, based on the research questionnaire. The method of collecting data in an open (explicit) and standardized manner was used there. For this purpose, a standardized research questionnaire was used.

Previous research has shown that implementing blockchain technology in businesses can lead to more secure and efficient processes in various organizational areas, including human resource management. This review paper examines the use of blockchain in human resources departments from the perspective of transaction cost economics theory, which identifies several fundamental variables that increase transaction costs for firms. These variables include bounded rationality, the pervasive possibility of opportunistic behavior, and uncertainty. The paper explores how blockchain implementation, including blockchain-enabled smart contracts, can mitigate these challenges. The paper also identifies some limitations to using blockchain and smart contracts that may increase transaction costs and thus reduce transaction cost savings.

This manuscript addresses behavior change intentions and consumer risk perceptions in the context of uncertainty and crisis such as the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on the theory of planned behavior and health behavior theories, a conceptual framework is developed that focuses on the role of attitudes toward the Covid-19 pandemic, their determinants in the context of the public campaign conducted, and the resulting behavior change intentions. The empirical study, based on an actual campaign and a representative nationwide sample in a developing country, is conducted to test the developed hypotheses. The results suggest that information search is relevant to predicting attitudes and intention to change behavior. At the same time, exposure to the campaign is directly relevant to motivating the target audience to change their behavior. There is also a gap between attitude and behavior, but it is bridged by perceived risk, which plays a vital moderating role when rated high or low. Finally, in the presence of this moderating effect, an indirect effect of information search on behavior change intention is confirmed by attitudes toward the Covid-19 pandemic. Overall, this study provides valuable insights for research in health behavior and crisis management.

This paper aims to explore the extent to which the pandemic has forced SMEs to accelerate their digital transformation efforts to remain competitive and adapt to the changing business landscape. The focus is set on three key research questions: (i) How did digitalization manifest itself in SMEs before the pandemic outbreak? (ii) how did SMEs’ digital transformation evolve during the pandemic? and (iii) what business challenges do SMEs face in the post-COVID period due to the acceleration of digital transformation? For the empirical investigation, qualitative research methods are used as in-depth interviews in 10 SMEs in Poland (six) and Croatia (4). The main results emphasize three main findings. First, even before the pandemic, SMEs recognized and used various digital transformation technologies to improve their business processes and performance. Second, the development of digitalization processes in the observed SMEs during the pandemic was mainly driven by the need for remote work, e-commerce, virtual events, and automation of business relationships among all stakeholders. Third, the post-pandemic world confirms the need for SMEs to invest in cybersecurity, talent acquisition, infrastructure, customer engagement, and data privacy to remain competitive in the digital economy.

BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES. Improving the operation of a commercial enterprise is an integral task of a growing business. In modern conditions of rapid global technological growth, systems of analysis and statistics come out on top in terms of efficiency. The introduction of a business management system through marketing and predictive analysis will allow you to stand out in a competitive environment and make the company more sustainable and competitive. The solutions currently available cannot solve the emerging business problems. These software solutions are often complex, require large amounts of raw data, and end up producing questionable statistics that cannot be further applied. Therefore, the whole business is faced with the task of finding and implementing simple but really working methods of analyzing activities and managing the development of an enterprise. METHODS. It is proposed to use a business management system through marketing and analytics. Changes in the hierarchy of the enterprise will allow to unite all structural divisions with a single link, which will help to coordinate and direct the entire business as a whole. The next qualitative change should be called the introduction of a predictive analytics system, which will allow making decisions accurately and on time. Particular importance should be attached to predictive analysis using the SALSA method. The simplicity and adaptability of this method of analysis will allow it to be implemented not only in large, but also in medium and small enterprises. FINDINGS. It is proposed to present the results of predictive analysis in a simple and understandable form to ensure clarity, comparability and the ability to quickly make the right strategic decisions. To improve the competitiveness of companies, it is proposed to change the structure of the business hierarchy and manage departments using statistical and analytical data obtained by the marketing department. CONCLUSION. Accurate data and strong interconnection of all departments in the company will be able to ensure stable operation, reduce costs, increase margins and competitiveness of the company. The introduction of a management system based on predictive analysis will help to avoid critical points in the work of the enterprise and respond in time to changes in the internal and external environment. High efficiency of work will help to enter new markets not only in Ukraine but also abroad. KEYWORDS: marketing; predictive analytics; business management; business efficiency.

Introduction. An urgent issue of supporting the development of national educational systems is organizational modeling of interaction in a global environment. Such interaction is carried out in various directions: work in international educational organizations, implementation of international educational projects, bilateral intergovernmental contacts, cooperation of educational institutions of different countries, etc. Tools and methods of interaction of institutional units of national educational systems in the global environment are constantly being transformed and taking on new forms. However, in recent years, these trends have slowed somewhat due to the global pandemic and the aggression of the russian federation. The hypothesis of the scientific research consists in substantiating the methodological provisions of managing the development of cooperation of international institutions of higher education on the example of Ukrainian-Chinese cooperation. The purpose of the study is to model Ukrainian-Chinese cooperation on the example of cooperation of higher education institutions. The methodology of scientific research is the application of systemic, synergistic and process approaches to the modeling of cooperation of higher education institutions on the example of Ukrainian-Chinese cooperation. The following methods were used in the research process: the dialectical-logical method of scientific knowledge and the general scientific method of epistemology – to study the role and main forms of development of cooperative structures; system-structural method, methods of induction, deduction and logical generalizations – for the formation of prerequisites and institutional basis for the development of the international market of educational services; methods of economic and statistical analysis – for researching development trends in the field of internationalization of higher education; substantiation of the peculiarities of modeling cooperation in the field of education of Ukraine and other countries of the world on the example of China. Conclusions and prospects for further research were formed and the directions for the development of the system of empirical evidence of the advantages of the transition from cooperation to transnational partnership of higher education institutions based on the example of Ukrainian-Chinese cooperation, in accordance with the achieved level of socio-economic efficiency of the management mechanism, were formed. Keywords: cooperation; integration; innovation policy of higher education institutions; mechanism of modeling management of higher education institutions.
