Based on field theory and prospect theory, this paper attempts to explain the influence mechanism of organizational implicit incentives on employee's territory marking behaviors and further verify the moderating effect of recognition expectation. Through a paired survey of 280 employees and supervisors in the Yangtze River Delta, the Pearl River Delta and Macau Special Administrative Region, it shows that growth incentives, job incentives, and relationship incentives significantly affect territorial marking behaviors through psychological contracts. The recognition expectation of employees will enhance the relation between psychological contract and territorial marking behaviors.

purpose: To observe the effect of ultrasound-guided intrafascial heat on ankle dorsiflexion of chronic gastrocnemius muscle injury contracture. Methods: 90 patients with chronic gastrocnemius muscle injury contracture were selected and these patients were randomized to three random groups (n=30): Static stretching therapy (group C), ultrasound-guided intrafascial hot needle release therapy (group R1), static stretching combined with ultrasound-guided intrafascial hot needle release therapy (group R2). Ankle dorsiflexion Angle (ADA) was measured before treatment, one week one month and three Months after treatment. Quantitative ultrasonography was used to evaluate the fascicle length (FL), pinnate Angle (PA) and muscle thickness (MT) of the medial gastrocnemic muscle, and the adverse reactions were recorded. Results: After treatment, ADA and FL increased, while PA and MT decreased in the 3 groups. In R2 group, ADA and FL increased and PA and MT decreased at one week, one month and three Months after treatment, which were better than those in R1 group and C group (P < 0.05); ADA, FL, PA and MT in group R1 at one week after treatment had no statistical significance compared with group C (P > 0.05), but the ADA, FL and PA and MT were higher than patients in group C (P < 0.05), and no serious complications occurred during the treatment. Conclusion: Ultrasound-guided intrafascial thermal needle release combined with static stretching can significantly improve the ankle dorsiflexion angle and restore muscle function in patients with chronic gastrocnemius muscle injury contracture, with definite efficacy and few adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical promotion.

Business model is being understood as the value logic in value proposition, capture, exchange, and creation. Family business model is different from non-family business according to its specific identity and characteristics. Because of this, family firms propose value through offering job opportunities prior to their family members, focusing more on establishing stable relationship with their stakeholders, working to realize sustainable development with local community and environment and aiming at achieving long-term orientation goals. This research applied a structured literature review adopting 84 papers to elaborate family logic and connected with family business model. By summarizing the previous papers, we firstly bring family business strategy with business model perspective, identify different patterns of family business models, and explore the interrelationships among the 4 value logics. It contributes to family business research by identifying specific family business model based on value logic lens. It also contributes to business model research by applying value logic lens into family business context.

The increasing soil erosion in black soil area has caused widespread concern from all walks of life. Based on this background, the evaluation model of surface soil erodibility factor in black soil area is studied and constructed. The data of erosion gully is from the general survey data of surface soil erosion gully in black soil area. After quantifying the morphological characteristics of the data, the vector data of erosion gully are gridded by fractal theory. The number of non-empty grids is calculated by the attribute query function of ArcGIS, and the pixel size is transformed in turn to obtain different coverage grids and corresponding fractal parameters. The surface soil runoff and soil erosion process in black soil area are simulated by PESERA model. To build the surface soil erosion model of black soil area, in the process of building the user-defined model, it needs to carefully select the parameters used for modeling, and it needs to consider all the factors that may play a role in the whole process of soil erosion. The factors of surface soil erodibility in black soil area are analyzed, including spatial distribution characteristics of soil erodibility’s K value, semivariance function analysis of soil erodibility’s K value, and spatial distribution characteristics analysis of soil erodibility’s K value. Finally, the evaluation model of surface soil erodibility factor in black soil area is constructed. By testing the quantitative performance and evaluation accuracy of erodibility factors, it is proved that this method has good quantitative performance and evaluation accuracy of erodibility factors, and has strong practicability.

Based on the welfare pluralism analysis paradigm, an elderly care service supply capability evaluation system with five dimensions, including family, government, market, society and collaboration is constructed. The entropy weight method is used to determine the weight, and the weighted sum method is used to calculate the comprehensive score. The differences in the supply capability of different subjects in 30 provinces (cities) in China in 2018 are analyzed. The study found that there is regional imbalance in the comprehensive supply capacity of elderly care services in China, and the eastern region is higher than the central and western regions: Beijing, Guangdong, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Shandong and other eastern regions have strong supply capability, while Shanxi, Yunnan, Heilongjiang, Xinjiang and Jilin and other central and western regions have weak supply capability. In addition, the supply of elderly care service also presents the different characteristics. Therefore, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, such as establishing a balanced development strategy, narrowing the regional gap of elderly care service supply capability, enhancing the supply capability of various subjects, and accelerating the formation of a multi-subject responsibility sharing system for elderly care service.

Economic development is not only about quantity, but also about quality, so it’s important to regulate the tobacco, and make the development in a low carbon and smokeless way. Relying on the Chinese city-level dynamic panel data of 2005–2018 and using GMM estimation, this study founded that corruption aggravates carbon emission as well as the pollution effects of urbanization. When the environmental effect of corruption via urbanization is controlled, urbanization can reduce carbon emissions. Furthermore, the inverted U-shaped relationship between urbanization and carbon emission exists with turning point at 3.60, that means when the corruption level is below (above) 3.60, urbanization can improve (aggravate) environmental quality. The results also suggested that urbanization improved environmental quality in 32 cities, including Beijing, Shanghai, while in others, it aggravated environmental pollution. Namely that urbanization can improve the local environmental quality only when the corruption level is low; otherwise, it would aggravate the local environmental pollution. By calculating the average corruption level for different city administrative level—above prefecture-level cities, prefecture-level cities, and county-level cities—the values of which were estimated as 3.48, 3.82, and 4.02 respectively, we also founded that urbanization has improved environmental quality only in the above prefecture-level cities, while in the other cities, urbanization has aggravated the local environmental pollution.

Objective: We aimed to explore the effect of Poria polysaccharide oral liquid (PPOL) on cancer-related fatigue (CRF) in postoperative patients with colorectal cancer. Methods: Fifty patients with colorectal cancer who were diagnosed in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2019 were included in this retrospective study. They were all underwent tumor resection. They were randomly divided into control group (n = 25) and observation group (n = 25). Patients in the control group were treated according to the F0LF0X4 chemotherapy regimen, and those in the observation group were treated with F0LF0X4 chemotherapy plus PPOL (10 ml/time, 3 times/day) for 6 weeks. The quality of life index (QL-index) and brief fatigue scale (BFI) were used to investigate the quality of life and fatigue, respectively. The serum levels of inflammatory factors, IL-6 and TNF-a, were measured. Results: Compared with the control group, the QL-index score in the observation group was significantly better (P< 0.05). Moreover, the BFI in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Furthermore, the serum levels of IL-6 and TNF-α in the observation group were notably decreased in comparison with the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: PPOL can effectively improve the fatigue state of postoperative patients with colorectal cancer by reducing the levels of IL-6 and TNF- α and improving the quality of life.

Objectives: The logistics hub construction has always been the short board of logistics network planning in China. In order to improve the decision-making efficiency of logistics enterprise’s hub selection and reduce its comprehensive operation cost, this paper establishes a cost difference model for hub-and-spoke(H-S) and point-to-point(P-P) networks considering the fixed cost of hubs, transportation and route costs based on the 0-1 integer nonlinear programming. The model aims at minimizing the cost difference between the two networks, and divides the fixed cost of the hubs into three situations: full lease, lease and self-built, and fully self-built. Finally, this paper takes tobacco transportation logistics as an example, and use particle swarm algorithm to solve the model by using tobacco transportation logistics data of a logistics enterprise in Jiangsu Province. The results show that: (i) in the case of complete leasing, the total cost of the H-S network decreases with the increase of the number of hubs, and the cost change has a point of intersection with the total cost of the P-P network;(ii) when the lease and self-build are mixed, the increase is first reduced and then increased, it is U-shaped and has a minimum value, and there are two intersections with the total cost of the P-P network;(iii) the situation of completely self-built and fully leased is just the opposite. This paper takes tobacco transportation logistics as a representative, and provides a reference for logistics companies to choose the appropriate regional logistics network structure and different pivot points.

Objectives: The construction of high-speed railway (HSR) in China has developed rapidly in recent years, and the opening of high-speed railway has had a significant impact on the economic development of the region and has profoundly affected the development of regional enterprises. Based on the data of Chinese A-share listed companies from year 2004 to 2017, this paper examines whether the opening of high-speed railway has an impact on the degree of financialization of corporates. The results show that the opening of high-speed railway significantly boosts the financialization level of enterprises, and this effect is most obvious two years after the opening of high-speed railway, with significant regional heterogeneity and corporate ownership heterogeneity, and mainly occurs in high financing constrained enterprises and low technology enterprises. Finally, the paper proposes corresponding countermeasures in response to the research findings.
