Based on human social order and good life, this paper first introduces the historical origin of western liberalism, combs the development process of liberalism, and finally points out that order is the basis of harmonious life of human society and liberalism. The same is true for the non-smoking policy. Smokers have the freedom to smoke, non-smokers also have the freedom to stay away from the source of smoke. However, their freedom cannot affect others' freedom to breathe fresh air. Freedom is not unlimited. Freedom is based on the premise of not interfering with the legitimate rights of others. This is the basic concept of modern society ruled by law. In other words, how to establish legal order or enjoy freedom under the framework of law. Objectives: It is shown by studies prior that smoke-free hotel accommodation destinations should have the edge over their rivals via offering impressive and unforgettable value to consumers. There is an increasing number of customers who hope to enjoy experiential service when traveling. Studies are scant in investigating the extent to which the experiential value has an impact on positive behavioral intention in customers’ cognitive appraisals. This paper, therefore, applied the cognitive appraisal theory (CAT) and script theory to explore the determining factors of customers’ affective responses and the impact of these enticed affections on recollection and consequent behavior. Results of this research elucidate the influence exerted by the experiential value of "pleasure" on behavior. This paper also contributes to the practical implication, helping marketers through an explicit direction for triggering positive emotions of tourists.

Integrating the art appreciation course into the talent cultivation plan of tobacco profession has become the major way for colleges and universities to implement aesthetic education. This is also one of the reform measures of public curriculum in colleges and universities in the new era. By clarifying the concept connotation and policy requirements of the art appreciation course, and combining the talent training characteristics of tobacco profession, the construction of tobacco profession can be promoted. To explore the intervention effect of Dejian psychosomatic therapy on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in elderly smokers, in as to improve clinical impact of COPD in smokers who are the aged. Forty elderly smokers with COPD were comprise of treatment group, control group, which are trained for 45 days to test the following indicators. Vital mass Index (VMI), forced Vital capacity (FVC), Maximum Chase air volume (MVV) and so on showed significant improvement in lung function indicators in both the treatment group and the control group (P < 0.05). Improvement impact of control group was not better than that of the treatment group, with statistical significance (P < 0.01). Dejian psychosomatic therapy has a systematic good effect on copd smokers, promoting the improvement and promotion of lung function, and strengthening the physical function of copd smokers in stable stage.

The efficiency of green finance for promoting the upgrading of regional industrial structure shows a correlation effect. In this paper, 14 cities and prefectures in Hunan, China, are taken as regional cases, and relevant data from 2010 to 2017 are analyzed. The three-stage DEA model, modified gravity model, and social network analysis are employed to measure the efficiency of Hunan green finance in promoting the energy saving and emission reduction of tobacco industry, industrial upgrading and its spatial network relationship. The results show that Changsha, Hengyang, Zhangjiajie, Loudi, and other cities and prefectures have high efficiency, while other cities and prefectures have relatively low efficiency. Clear spatial agglomerations exist between cities and states, depicting a complex spatial network structure. Their spatial network connections have increased, and agglomerations are closely linked, forming four major sections: “two-way overflow”, “net overflow”, “net income”, and “broker”. Cities and states with these four major sectors have played different roles in the spatial network, demonstrating their respective roles and orientations. This suggests that when inter-regional governments formulate green finance policies for promoting the upgrading of the industrial structure, they are supposed to not only concentrate on coordinated advancement, but they should also adjust measures to local conditions. Tobacco industry should also actively implement the concept of green development, pay close attention to equipment energy-saving technological transformation, and improve energy management through lean management.

The study analyzes the practical effect of applying psychological nursing combined with medication to relieve pain in patients with mixed sore after surgery. A total of 60 patients with mixed sores treated in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected as research subjects. All patients were divided into observers and control groups using random number methods. The control group was treated with routine nursing and in the treatment group, the observation group was treated with psychological nursing combined with medication, and the postoperative pain scores, patient satisfaction with pain control, post-anal eczema, and psycho-emotional score were compared between the two groups. In the pain score of 24 hours after surgery and the defecation pain score of 5 days after surgery, the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05). In terms of patient satisfaction with pain control, the observation group was significantly better than the control group (P <0.05).), The perianal eczema in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05); the psychological and emotional score of the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P <0.05), and the differences were statistically significant. For patients with mixed sores, the application of psychological nursing combined with drug treatment has significant effects, significantly reducing the pain of defecation after 24 hours and 5 days after surgery. Patients are more satisfied with pain control, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical treatment and nursing.

The sudden outbreak of COVID-19 has changed the teaching mode of colleges and universities, leading to the transformation of teaching philosophy and innovation of teaching technology. Based on this, the paper constructs the “SFL” model of college English blended teaching, namely “Spoc + Flipped classroom + Live broadcast”. Guided by New Constructivism, the model is characterized by independent inquiry, cooperative learning, teacher guidance and live broadcast interaction, breaking the traditional ways of teaching. The paper analyzes and discusses the experimental process and results of the first round of integrated English course under the model of “SFL”, in order to explore the effective ways of college English blended teaching under the good environment required by the public health of post-epidemic era, namely, smokeless campus, and provide reference for other colleges and universities.

Insurance companies could invest their surplus funds in the financial market consisted of both risk assets and one risk-free asset. The price procedure of risk assets satisfies the stochastic procedure with a mean reversion rate. Considering the uncertainty of the model, the ambiguity-averse insurance firm aims to enhance the exponential utility of insurance surplus at terminal time. This study investigates the relationship between digital financial inclusion, external financing, and the innovation performance of high-tech enterprises in China. The present analysis utilizes the panel data from 2011 to 2018 of 114 companies in the Yangtze River Delta region and the "The Peking University Digital Financial Inclusion Index of China” (PKU-DFIIC) released by the Peking University Digital Finance Research Center and Ant Financial Group. The results show that the Digital Financial Inclusion Index (DFIIC) has a significant positive correlation with the innovation performance of high-tech enterprises.The higher the level of debt financing, the stronger the role of digital financial inclusion in promoting innovation performance. Investigating the DFIIC in terms ofcoverage breadth and usage depth, we find that usage depth does not significantly encourage innovation performance. The effect of the interaction between coverage breadth and external financing is consistent with the results for the DFIIC.The study suggest that equity financing promotes the usage depth of the DFIIC in state-owned enterprises. In contrast, debt financing promotes the coverage breadth of non-state-owned enterprises. Finally, we propose relevant policy recommendations based on the research results. It includes in-depth popularization of inclusive finance in the daily operations of enterprises at the technical level, refinement of external financing policy incentives for enterprises based on the characteristics of ownership, and strengthening of the research of technologies such as big data, Al, and cloud computing.

As water pollution is more and more serious, ArcGIS is proposed to explore the impact of environmental and ecological factors on water. Taking the river water quality as the research object, this paper simulates and analyzes the endogenous and non-point source pollution and water quality through indoor physical model experiment, hydrological and water quality numerical model and water quality numerical model, and analyzes the impact of different environmental changes on river water quality and pollution sources from micro and macro perspectives. The main contents include: experimental study on the influence mechanism of overlying water velocity, disturbance and water temperature on sediment endogenous release, construction and simulation of watershed non-point source pollution model, construction and simulation of watershed river water quality model, as well as the impact of environmental change on river water quality and quantitative analysis of river pollution sources.
