In the conditions of the Penza region in 2014-2022, field studies of various methods of harvesting seeded hemp were conducted. We compared the separate harvesting with the use of a hemp harvester LCD-1,9 followed by threshing with a threshing machine MLK-4,5 and harvesting with combine harvesters of various modifications. Practical studies on the use of direct harvesting on seed hemp have shown positive results in solving the problem of harvesting seed crops without manual labor. The introduction of combine harvesters in the process of harvesting hemp for seeds contributed to a gradual increase in the acreage in Russia, so, in 2010, the area occupied by this crop was at the level of 1.1 thousand hectares, by 2022 it reached 14.3 thousand hectares, and in the future it is planned to expand the acreage. The Penza Research Institute also has a positive trend in the expansion of acreage, so, in 2014, the acreage occupied 9 hectares, in 2022, the acreage increased to 102 hectares. The volume of collection of original seeds has increased from 2 to 60 tons. When comparing seeds obtained after different harvesting methods, a difference was found in the amount of damage, the amount of laboratory germination, the development of pathogenic microflora, and therefore it is necessary to further improve the technology of harvesting cannabis.

Field experiments were carried out in 2020-2022. on chernozem soils in the Azov zone of the Rostov region. They cultivated a variety of oilseed flax Heavenly. The predecessor is winter wheat. The following types of mineral fertilizers were used in the experiment: ammonium nitrate (34.4 % N), ammophos (12-52), potassium chloride (K2O65). The use of mineral fertilizers was carried out in the autumn period for plowing the soil, in the spring for continuous cultivation and for sowing oil flax. Bacterial preparations are intended for the treatment of flax seeds in the pre-sowing period: Mizorin, Flavobacterin, Extrasol. Average for 2020-2022 the maximum increase from the use of agro-chemicals was achieved in the variant with the introduction of nitrogen-phosphorus fertilizers under continuous cultivation at a dose of N60P60. The increase in the yield of flax oilseeds was 0.74 t/ha, or 51.7 % compared to the control. A high effect was achieved from the treatment of seed material with the biological preparation Extrasol (200 ml per sowing rate of seeds). The increase in the yield of oilseeds reached 0.19 t/ha to the variant without the use of fertilizers. With the combined use of fertilizers and bacterial preparations, the best effect on the yield of flax was achieved from the treatment of seeds in the pre-sowing period with bacterial preparations Flavobacterin and Extrasol. The increase in comparison with the control variant was 0.51 t/ha, or 31.5 %. On average, over 2 years, the largest oil yield in the crop was obtained in the variant using N30P30. The increase in oil harvest was 371 kg/ha, or 63.4 %.

The article discusses the results of feeding green microscopic aquatic plants Chlorella Vulgaris to black-and-white cows. Drinking a suspension of chlorella to fresh cows for 99 days of lactation showed that feeding a suspension of chlorella kept the average daily milk yield of the cows of the experimental group, in the transitional spring-summer season, at a high level during the entire accounting period. The average daily milk yield in the experimental group of first-calf heifers was 9.3 % higher than in the experimental group. This made it possible to milk in the experimental group, on average, one head more milk in its natural form than in the control group by 250.5 liters. Additional milk yield in the experimental group, in terms of the basic milk fat content of 3.4 %, amounted to 547.5 liters, and the profit from the sale of this milk per 1 head of the experimental group was more by 16.6 thousand rubles, compared with the control. The use of chlorella suspension in feeding cows of the 2-nd and 3-rd lactations shows that 534.2 liters of milk can be additionally obtained from one cow in 99 days, based on a basic fat content of 3.4 %. Additional profit from the sale of milk per 1 cow, in this case, will be 16.1 thousand rubles.

The article presents data on the use of smectite trepel as a natural mineral additive with active sorbing properties as part of a grain mixture fed to lactating cows in the summer, which are kept in areas with a soil pollution density of 15 Ku/km2. The results of the scientific and economic wholesale indicate a significant increase in daily milk yields by 5.3%, primarily due to compensation for the mineral metabolism of lactating cows, as well as a decrease in the accumulation coefficient of caesium-137 in the milk of cows by 5.0% who received smectite trepel as part of the diet. Hematological parameters of blood and biochemical markers of its serum varied within the limits of normative physiological values.

The conducted research allowed us to identify new approaches in the technology of improving the cultivation of durum wheat in the southern chernozem zone, which are aimed not only at increasing the yield and quality characteristics of this crop, but also to show new ways to preserve and increase soil fertility. In experimental surveys, both zoned varieties of spring (Krasnokutka 13 - control, Don elegy) and winter (Aksinite and Agate of the Don) durum wheat were studied. The experimental part was carried out in 2018...2021 on the territory of the farm "Eliseev A.N.", which is located in the chernozem zone of the southern Mikhailovsky district of the Volgograd region. The norms of mineral nutrition for yields of 2.00, 4.00 and 6.00 t/ha were calculated. The long-term experience has shown that biofertilizers (Benefit +, Gumi 20) can compete with mineral nutrition to obtain a given yield of durum wheat. The use of biofertilizer Gumi 20 contributed to a yield of 3.11 t / ha in the Don Elegia variety, and in winter durum wheat Axinite up to 3.73 t / ha. The highest yield level has Axinite), which amounted to 5.96 t/ha (with a planned yield of 6.00 t/ha). On the spring durum wheat variety, the maximum yield was achieved in the Don Elegia variety (5.03 t/ha) on the Gumi 20+N221P87K135 variant.

The research was carried out at the Sarafanovo farm, in Chebarkul district, Chelyabinsk region. We established that postpartum endometritis in first-calf heifers is widespread in biogeochemical provinces that contain an excess of nickel and iron. This pathology demonstrates distinct violations of organism’s functional state, accompanied by changes of blood values, a decrease in nonspecific defenses and an increase in peroxidation processes. The on-farm treatment routine makes a certain therapeutic effect, but does not fully ensure the restoration of the body systems, especially the regulation of mineral metabolism. It has been shown that the additional inclusion of Phosprenyl, Gabivit-Sе and Vitartil, which stimulate organism’s defenses, into the on-farm treatment routine contributes to faster restoration of metabolic processes and leads to recovery of animals. Normalization of indicators of nonspecific defenses was detected both on the 7th and 14th days of treatment. An integrated treatment approach due to introducing of the studied medications into the traditional routine helps to reduce the time of treatment of endometritis in first-calf heifers (by 3-4 days), and their milk production increases. The daily milk yield in the experimental group of cows was 18,6±0,29 kg, in the control group – 15,3±0,33. Therefore, the Phosprenyl, Gabivit-Sе and Vitartil should be included in the basic routine of on-farm treatment of endometritis.

Research on nanomaterials is currently very promising, thanks to them we can deliver the necessary substance, bypassing the barriers of the body. Silymarin has an anti-inflammatory effect due to its antioxidant properties, which have been repeatedly confirmed by experiments. The work was carried out on the basis of the Department of "Animal Diseases and VSE" and the CCP "Molecular Biology" of the Vavilov University. The work consisted of several stages, where we synthesized the drug silymarin-gnp, obtained polyclonal antibodies for silymarin, and carried out antibody labeling. And they were engaged in the detection of silymarin in the cells of the reticuloendothelial system. Thus, the study of the created conjugate of silymarin and colloidal gold nanoparticles made it possible to determine that animals immunized with the resulting drug are able to produce antibodies to it, and the sizes of nanoparticles in it do not exceed 20-23 nm.

The article discusses the results of experimental data on the response of a photoconverter under the influence of radiation reflected from the working surface of various light sources (LED light source, incandescent lamp, fluorescent lamp, natural light source - the sun). The results of mathematical planning by three-factor and two-factor experiments are presented. As a result of the tests, it was found that when calibrating the automatic illumination control system for an LED lamp, when creating the same illumination on the working surface, the illumination coefficient should be taken into account. If the working surface is additionally affected by a solar light source, then an illumination coefficient of 3.99 is taken to calculate the resulting output signal; for fluorescent lamps - 3.38; incandescent lamps - 1.71.

The article presents the results of studies on the use of the drug regostenol in persistent ovarian corpus luteum. The studies were carried out in JSC "PZ" Meliorator "of the Saratov region, where they noted the widespread obstetric and gynecological pathology in cows. Among these diseases, 43.91% are functional disorders of the ovaries. Persistent corpus luteum was recorded in 12.69% of animals. After the use of regostenol, 91.67% of cows showed the stage of excitation of the sexual cycle, and the time for the onset of the first sexual cycle came in 5.2 ± 0.03 days. In the control group of cows, no manifestations of sexual cyclicity occurred. Experimental studies have shown that after the use of regostenol in cows with a persistent corpus luteum, 75.0% of animals became pregnant with an insemination index of 1.8. Whereas in the control group, all animals remained infertile. The data obtained indicate the expediency of using the drug, since it allows achieving the manifestation of sexual cyclicity after prolonged anaphradesia and fertilization of most of the cows after insemination.

Despite a significant range of methods for determining mechanical failures known in modern industries, the issue of large-scale use and expansion of the scope of modern digital devices and instrumentation systems, which previously had rather limited specifics in the form of individual elements of control systems, remains relevant as before. Taking into account that in the modern state of technology, high-tech digital solutions are most in demand, capable of carrying out in-place research and fixing the operating parameters of complex systems and units used in the agro-industrial complex at a qualitative level and with a minimum time spent on diagnostic work or testing, it seems to be the most promising the use of digital inclinometers, with their low cost, manufacturability and availability, providing significant opportunities for measuring and fixing the design and technological parameters of a complex, machine or unit. The article substantiates the use of a high-precision inclinometric complex both for carrying out diagnostic work and for measuring the necessary parameters of a technological complex in motion and presents the results of experimental studies.
