One technique to evaluate and enhance the quality of telecommunications services is to monitor and measure the Quality of Service (QoS) and the user’s Quality of Experience (QoE). This method is suitable to be performed in an area that provides public Wi-Fi for multi-user, such as Wi-Fi at the UPN Veteran Jakarta Electrical Engineering Laboratory. The survey results show that there are still many issues experienced by users regarding the availability, accessibility, retainability, and stability of the network and application services accessed. The multimedia application services analyzed in this study are WhatsApp Desktop Call (voice traffic), Zoom Meeting (video traffic), and the UPNVJ LeADS web (data traffic). The tools used for data collection are Wireshark, PRTG, router admin panel web, and Command Prompt. Based on the monitoring, it was found that: network quality degrades when connected to more than 5 devices at the same time, frequent downtime conditions can reach 54% in a day, and the average data packet traffic speed across one device is 4,34 Mbps. Based on the average calculation of the QoS parameters measured: the highest throughput value is obtained on the UPNVJ LeADS web which reaches 102,09 Kbps, the highest delay value is obtained in the WA Desktop Call which reaches 521,39 ms, the highest jitter value is obtained in the WA Desktop Call which reaches 1,21 ms, and the highest packet loss value is obtained in Zoom Meeting which reaches 2,16%. The most common issue experienced by users is the “no internet” condition on the Wi-Fi network. The solution for network optimization in this condition can be done by administration setting and network management.

The welding process could reduce the performance of the material both microstructure and mechanical strength. Therefore, handling the welding results was necessary. There are several ways to improve the performance of welded joints, namely heat treatment and coating using electroplating. The materials used were galvanized and stainless steel 201 with a size of 100 x 50 x 0.5 mm. Welding used the Metal Inert Gas (MIG) method, while the filler metal used was AWS ER70S-6. The results of the welding were coated by electroplating, while the post-weld heat treatment was carried out to determine the effect of electroplating and heat treatment on the hardness of the joints. There were three temperature variations namely 250 °C, 300 °C, and 350 °C, and three variations of holding time, namely 30 minutes, 60 minutes, and 90 minutes. The highest value of roughness (116.68 VHN) was obtained from a combination of a temperature of 300 °C and a holding time of 30 minutes. While the lowest hardness value (54.93 HVN) was obtained from a temperature of 300 °C with a holding time of 90 minutes.

The blended/hybrid learning system is a way that can be done today with adjustments to the conventional side with the application of health protocols. Utilizing and optimizing hybrid learning by modifying and utilizing appropriate technology will provide learning solutions during a pandemic. Hybrid learning does not have to be a monopoly and ignores conventional learning. Conventional learning must also be modified according to the protocol carefully so that it remains effective. The use of appropriate technology also needs to be specifically encouraged for teachers. ICT is a shared hope, although it is undeniable that for vocational training there must be hands-on practice and training. To optimize learning with various approaches, it must still lead to effectiveness, efficiency and relevance to the object of students. Learning in vocational education has characteristics that need to be studied in more detail so that quality is maintained. In this study, the choice of surveys on students for learning options with blended learning, with a comparison of 60% conventional and 40% ICT/Online, Appropriate Technology, and combinations obtained an average result of 22.5%, 17.75%, 13 .5 % and 6.25%, (a survey of students, students, teachers and lecturers for the even semester of 2020/2021) within the scope of Unima and its surroundings. The results of a survey of students, both students, students or teachers and lecturers show that there is no full readiness in choosing various alternatives, software and hardware readiness is still needed for students and teachers in particular so that the implementation of education can be more varied in choosing alternatives and achieving the desired goals. The conclusions of this study are: Online or blended learning cannot be applied optimally in Vocational High Schools / Vocational Schools, besides the reason that it still needs face-to-face practice and training, the infrastructure is still not supported. The results of the survey on student lecturers as a comparison are generally still constrained by many things, including facilities and human resources. On the other hand, in vocational education learning the whole process

Optimizing conventional learning according to the process and blended learning must pay attention to the readiness of students including the learning environment, namely external factors and students' mental readiness, internal. For optimization so that the quality of learning is not neglected, it is necessary to consider the existence of practice and training in subjects related to practice or which require training. The performance and productivity of individuals and organizations are greatly affected by workload. Excessive workload can be a serious problem for employees and organizations in an increasingly complex and dynamic world of work. Excessive workload can cause stress, burnout, and even workplace accidents, as well as affect the mental and physical health of employees as well as the quality and safety of goods and services produced by the company. Performance is affected by workload, workplace, and fatigue level. The purpose of this study was to identify factors that affect the level of fatigue of teams working on eksitu dumping activities at PT. XYZ. In this study, there were three variables, with their respective sub criteria: workload, fatigue level, and work environment. In this study, the subjects were all members of the eksitu dumping crew operating on the Balikpapan ship, totalling 32 people. To find out if Maslach's burnout inventory method affected worker burnout, the data was analyzed using NASA-TLX and Borg CR10. The results showed that mental load is a component that has an influence on the level of burnout of workers in dumping.

In addition, security aspects are also assessed to ensure the inter-AS connection at Campus 3, Khairun University is secure against cybersecurity attacks and threats. The results of this research will provide a better understanding of the relationship between AS and BGP implementation in a campus context. In addition, this research can also provide recommendations for improvements or enhancements to improve the performance and security of inter-AS connections at Campus 3 of Khairun University.","PeriodicalId":490649,"journal":{"name":"Technium","volume":"143 3","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135162037","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
Voltage stability is highly dependent on the ability of the system to maintain voltage conditions throughout the bus, both under normal conditions and after a disturbance. One static analysis tool often used is the power flow completion method to determine the voltage magnitude at several points under review. This paper presents static voltage stability analysis for heavy and light load conditions on the load bus. Voltage stability analysis is performed on the IEEE-14 power system bus using the L-index voltage stability method. L-index values ranging from 0 – 1, buses with L-index voltage stability values close to 1.0 are identified as critical buses.
