Raw materials are tangible items used in production used by companies to make their product. Raw materials must be ordered according to the estimated time and quantity to ensure the production process is timely and timely. raw materials and products will be the inventory of the companies to make sure customer’s demand and needs is fulfilled. The calculation of raw materials could be analysed using MRP or Material Requirement Planningmethod. PT. Weiss Tech runs in the Engineering and Manufacturing field and produces a variety of machine needs and demands, Boiler Coffee Maker is one of this company’s products. This research will discover the accuracy of MRP method calculation compared to the real-life situation. This research uses the literature review method,interview and direct observation as the sources of information and data. Through this research, found the results of Gross Requirement, Inventory on Hand, Net Requirement, and Planned Order Releases calculation from the Boiler Coffe Maker machine in five months of direct observation. Maintenance of 20 kV SUTM Distribution Network System (ROSE Feeder) at PT. PLN ULP Krian 维护 PT.PLN ULP Krian

Distribution channel power distribution is usually called 20 KV Medium Voltage Overhead Line (SUTM). The main problem that frequently experiences disruptions in the distribution network's function is overcoming disturbances quickly and precisely. The most frequent disturbances experienced in the electric power system are in the distribution network, such as disturbances due to lightning, wind, rain, animals and damage. This research aims to determine the disturbances in the 20 kV distribution network and how to maintain the 20 kV SUTM distribution network system at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Krian which is currently being carried out. This research applies a method of carrying out preventive maintenance or what is known as ROW (Right Of Way) maintenance to increase the effectiveness of the 20 kV distribution network. The research results showed that the disturbances that occurred were caused by internal factors such as disturbances in the SUTM channel and external factors caused by natural disasters, animals and kites. Preventive maintenance or ROW (Right Of Way) maintenance is implemented as an effort to increase the effectiveness of the distribution network, such as cutting down tree branches that have touched the network, straightening slanted poles, cleaning broken wires, replacing lightning arresters, and replacing broken pins. Highlights: Swift disruption resolution: Prompt response is vital for network reliability. Internal and external factors: Disturbances arise from channel issues and external elements. PT. Sinergi Gula Nusantara PG. Kremboong is a company engaged in sugar cane processing. To meet production targets, the machine must work for a full day and always be in good condition. Continuous use of the machine, considering the age of the machine, can cause the machine to wear out and cause a lot of trouble. The gearbox is an important component in transmitting power from the motor. Combustion motorbikes and electric motorbikes have very different characteristics. Electric motorbikes have superior torque even at low rpm. Therefore, the use of a gearbox to stabilize the torque of an electric motor requires the use of a gearbox. The gearbox on an electric motorbike has a heavier load because of its large torque. So the potential for wear on the gearbox will be higher. Apart from that, lubrication in the gearbox also has a big influence on gearbox wear. Wear is a phenomenon of material loss caused by the friction of two or more objects. The wear and tear of the gearbox itself is also influenced by several things such as the quality of the lubricant, the quality of the material, and the roughness of the surfaces of the objects that rub together. The low voltage switch panel (PHB-TR) is an important component in the electricity distribution system which is used to connect electrical circuits with various equipment and loads. Proper maintenance of low voltage switchboards is essential to maintain optimal performance and minimize the risk of system failure. This article provides a brief overview of low-voltage switchboard maintenance practices, including routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and necessary corrective actions. In relation to the implementation of work, you should always refer to the applicable SOP to avoid work accidents. So that every job runs smoothly, there needs to be coordination between work implementation. The job executor must carry out his role in accordance with the job distribution that has been given. Highlights:  Proper maintenance ensures optimal performance and reduces the risk of system failure. Adherence to applicable SOPs is crucial to prevent work accidents. A pump is a device that can move fluid from one place to another through a piping medium by adding energy to the fluid being moved and this occurs continuously. Centrifugal pumps, as a type of pump that is often found in industry, work on the principle of rotation of the impeller as a fluid transfer element driven by a prime mover. Sudden drops in pump performance and instability in operation often become serious problems and disrupt overall system performance. Vibration analysis is the key to successful predictive maintenance because the condition of rotating equipment in operation can be seen in the vibration patterns (symptoms). Vibration can be triggered by cavitation and corrosion in the pump. Continuous operation of the pump in a cavitation state for a long period of time causes the surface of the channel walls around the flow to be eaten away, resulting in holes.

PT Ajinomoto Indonesia Mojokerto Factory is a company that produces a wide range of seasoning dishes including MSG (Monosodium glutamate), Masako, Sajiku, and Mayumi. Some of these products in this article will be discussed in the section sajiku MSS. Sajiku consists of 2 types of products namely STB (sajiku seasoning flour) and MSS (sajikuspecific menu seasoning) which in both types have different flavors and packaging sizes. The process of making sajiku MSS starts with material acceptance, treatment, sieving, weighing, material crushing, material mixing, product packaging, metal detection, and product packing. From these stages in each process, control management is carried out which includes cleaning production equipment, cleaning rooms, cleaning pallets, separating abnormal materials, repairing machines, separating contaminated bulk, and blocking contaminated materials or products. In addition, there is Quality Control in the production process of sajiku MSS including NaCl content analysis, pH content analysis, seal strength test, and bubble test. In a series of Quality Control aims to ensure that before the product is distributed the product already meets the quality standards that have been determined. Sugar as a commodity has a very vital role, not only being a basic need for Indonesian society, but also an inseparable element in various industrial sectors. The aim of this research is to compare sugar production forecasting systems by comparing two methods using moving averages and double exponential smoothing (holt's method). Forecasting is the process of projecting or predicting future events with a structured planning approach. Forecasting in sugar production is needed to find out whether the next month can meet the target or not. The amount of sugar production is used as a reference for carrying out maintenance which is carried out before the arrival of the milling season. The research results show that both forecasting methods have their respective strengths and weaknesses. The results of this research showed that the double exponential smoothing method (Holt's method) provided better values ​​than the moving average. Highlights: Sugar production forecasting aids in maintenance planning. Comparison between moving averages and double exponential smoothing methods enhances predictive accuracy. JATIM TAMAN STEEL Mfg. is a member of Mitsubishi Steel Group, currently has two plants located in Sidoarjo and Gresik, with a vision to become a leading producer of special steel with the best quality in its field, with people who are highly committed and reliable and care for the environment.Inside the company PT. JATIM TAMAN STEEL Mfg. there is a workshop Dum truck vehicles and heavy equipment in general will experience damage, both dum trucks and other heavy equipment. Therefore, maintenance and periodic maintenance are needed to overcome severe damage. There are several kinds of damage that will occur to dum trucks and heavy equipment if not routinely to carry out vehicle maintenance or service. For example, the sound of the engine will sound rough until there will be damage to the partitions in the machine and it is required to be done down the machine  This research was conducted at the IRGA Department. This research will be conducted in August 2023. The calorific corrective actions carried out are only limited to the draft proposal. This research method will explain the steps of designing improvements with the Six Sigma method used systematically. Highlights: Regular maintenance prevents costly damage. The aim of this observation is to understand the process of making sugar from sap to crystal sugar. This observation process was carried out at the Candi Baru Sugar Factory, Sidoarjo, East Java. The sugar making process starts from the milling station, refining station, evaporation station, cooking station and finishing station. At each station, the quality of the sap is first analyzed in a quality assurance laboratory to maintain good quality. At the purification stage, it is hoped that the juice can be cleaned from impurities, therefore the parameters of Brix, pol, temperature, pH, color balance, phosphate content, sulfur content, turbidity must be analyzed and informed to the production department to find out what needs to be repaired and what does not need to be repaired. so that the quality of the crystal sugar products produced remains guaranteed. Highlights: Quality assurance: Regular analysis of sap quality ensures consistent production standards. Purification stage: Vital parameters such as Brix, pH, and color balance are monitored for impurity removal.
