This research is motivated by the phenomenon of KPOP or Korean Pop, where one of the famous artists is Bangtan Sonnyeondan (BTS), making the Love Yourself album and campaigning for the movement to love yourself at the 73rd UN General Assembly session which was held in New York, United States, on November 24, 2018. One of the songs from the album that was most talked about because of its influence in encouraging self-love is the song Love Myself: Answer. This song will be the object of this research. This study shows how undergraduate students who are members of the ARMY fandom or the designation of BTS fans interpret the song Love Myself: Answer and the effects after interpreting the song. This research was conducted using a qualitative method with a descriptive type of research. Data was collected using the interview method with purposive sampling technique. The population in this study were 5 University students at Airlangga University who met 2 criteria, namely undergraduate students and members of the fandom ARMY. The data analysis technique was carried out using Miles and Huberman analysis. The results showed that the participants interpreted the song as an encouragement to be confident on theirself and caused a motivated and enthusiastic influence to love theirself and they are not feeling lonely after that. We hope that future research can identify reasons people have motivations in life other than music. In this study, only a limited number of subjects were included so that it could not be generalized to a large number of subject groups.

Clubhouse application, since it is found, becomes the popular application to practice English. It is because it is easy to use worldwide as well as provides good features and a community system. This case study investigated whether the Clubhouse application could become a virtual community of practice (VCoP) and motivate non-native English speakers (NNES) to speak within the community system. The data were collected through questionnaires with a Likert scale and semi-structured interviews. The participants were the members of the Smart and Easy English club, one of the biggest English clubs in the Clubhouse, who come from Morocco, Afghanistan, and Indonesia. The results revealed some points including 1) Based on the club system, Clubhouse can become an ideal IDLE for VCoP; 2) Clubhouse application motivates the NNES to practice English in the VCoP depending on the features and system used by the club or community; 3) The leadership role in the club does not influence the NNES to practice on Clubhouse as VCoP. The study concluded that Clubhouse is a virtual community of practice which features and community system motivate non-native English speakers to practice English regularly. The findings suggested that the Clubhouse application can be used by English instructors to enable their learners to have English-speaking practice in VCoP. The results of this study may be advantageous for English-speaking course developers with contemporary channel practice.

The primary objective of this study is to examine the efficiency of Solution Focused Brief therapy (SFBC) group therapy as a means of enhancing the self-efficacy levels among seventh-grade students at SMP N 19 Pontianak. The chosen research methodology was experimentation, specifically employing a pre-experimental design research approach with a pre-test-post-test one group design. The participants in this study were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Specifically, a sample of 10 individuals with poor self-efficacy was drawn from a population of 31 individuals. Based on the computed data, the mean score of the pre-test (before to receiving any intervention) was 96 within the low category, while the post-test (after the administration of treatment) had an average score of 136 within the high group. The T statistic was derived using the Paired sample T-test, yielding a result of -3.928, accompanied by a significance level (Sig value). The p-value of 0.03, calculated using a two-tailed test, is less than the significance level of 0.05. This indicates that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, while the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. Therefore, there is a significant difference in student self-efficacy before and after receiving SFBC group counseling treatment. Based on the findings, it can be inferred that SFBC group counseling demonstrates efficacy in enhancing the self-efficacy levels of seventh-grade students enrolled at SMP N 19 Pontianak.

The research aims to determine the influence of self-efficacy on PPKn learning outcomes of students at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Ciputat, South Tangerang City. The research method used is quantitative with a correlation approach. The total population is 629 students, the reach population is 217 students, and the sample is 86 students. The research results show: (1) the results of the self-efficacy normality test = 0.068 and Sig. =0.200 > 0.05, and PPKn learning outcomes = 0.092 and Sig.=0.069 > 0.05. Because all Sig. > 0.05, then the sample is normally distributed; (2) based on the Anova table, the Fhit value = 0.762 and Sig Deviation from Linearity = 0.803 > 0.05, so that H0 is accepted and the regression relationship between variables X and Y is linear; (3) based on the calculation of the regression line equation for the influence of X on Y, the contribution of self-efficacy to PPKn learning outcomes is 0.415 or 41.5%. This shows that the contribution of self-efficacy to Civics learning outcomes is 41.5%. So Ha is accepted while Ho is rejected, which means that there is a positive and significant influence of self-efficacy on Civics Learning Outcomes.
