Based on the analysis of the main brands of the Republic of Adygea, the article provides their classification taking into account the historical, natural and ethno-cultural characteristics of the region. Branding is considered as one of the directions of identity politics, along with symbolic politics and memory politics. The review of modern publications and regulatory documents devoted to branding policy in the republic is carried out. The main traditional and innovative practices and branding trends of the region are outlined. It is argued that in 2022 the traditional technologies were supplemented by innovative ones, timed to the centenary of Adygea’s statehood, which contributed to the full promotion of the region’s brands. Conclusion dwells upon the fact that regional institutions of power implement a successful identity policy, the component part of which is the brand-ing of the region. This prospect is complemented by the recommendations for further improvement and promo-tion of Adygea’s brands.

The rapidly changing political world can hardly be described within the framework of state concepts and strate-gies. The search for new tools capable of explaining and analyzing foreign and domestic political processes reinforces the notion of the political picture of the world. The aim of the study is to fundamentally comprehend this concept. It is analyzed through the theoretical prism of the concepts of leading political philosophers of the XX century and modernity: the phenomenological method of E. Husserl and A. Schütz, the subjective space of politics by M. Heidegger, the political distinction between “friends” and “enemies” by K. Schmitt, the correlation of the categories “world picture” and “life world” by J. Habermas. The author ascertains that the task of forming an independent concept of the political picture of the world in political science has not been raised so far, and the term “political picture of the world” has not been definitively defined. Conclusion dwells upon its plural and dynamic character. Plurality is manifested in the subject-object and communicative reflection of pictures of the world. The dynamic nature can be expressed both in the collision of different political worldviews and in the conflict of their internal elements, which can eventually lead to the transformation of pictures of the world. Based on the analysis of the discourse of a number of scientific studies, the author’s formulation of the concept of “political picture of the world” is proffered.

The present paper touches upon the issue of risk analysis of digital financial assets using by industrial enter-prises. The work formed a register of these risks, grouped into four key areas: cybersecurity vulnerabilities, the impact of underlying financial assets on digital financial assets, risks of changes in regulatory legal acts, other threats and vulnerabilities. Overall, 13 risks were identified. Furthermore, using the method of probability and consequence matrices, an assessment of the identified risks was carried out using a survey of experts. The experts assessed the current level of risks, then proposed measures that could reduce the risk, and then as-sessed the residual risk when implementing all measures. The results of the assessment are graphically pre-sented in the form of two matrices: current risks and residual risks.

The study is intended to raise the problem of how to analyze the activities of NPO resource centers as one of the main state support tools for socially oriented non-profit organizations as providers of main social services in the city of Moscow. As part of the conducted research, the main directions of work of the resource center of NPOs in Moscow on the issues of property, information, consulting and educational support of socially oriented organizations of the city were considered. The presented results make it possible to identify the best practices in the organization of state support for SONPOs in the conditions of the economic crisis and development of the social sphere in the city of Moscow. The conducted analysis of the activities of the Resource Center of NPOs in the city of Moscow allowed to systematize the work experience of the State Budgetary Institution of Moscow “Moscow House of Public Organizations” in the field of interaction and support of socially oriented projects.

The article considers the place and role of the microelectronics industry in the world economy, its integration with other manufacturing industries. The priority importance of microelectronic products, which are not classi-fied as high-tech, for ensuring technological security and defense capability of the country is stated. The study of approaches to ensure the flexibility of production necessary for small-batch production is carried out: techno-logical approach, consisting in the transition to more flexible technologies, for which the changeover to another type of product (another integrated circuit) requires less time and additional technological operations; organiza-tional, based on the distribution of production between several integrated enterprises, as well as the reorgani-zation of production for small batch production. Current production of integrated circuits in Russia, including full-cycle production facilities, is assessed. The main financial and economic indicators of Russian manufac-turers of microelectronic products are given.

This article attempts to analyze the level of socio-economic development of rural areas of the Russian Federa-tion and the Republic of Mordovia as a fairly typical region of the country with their characteristic trends and development problems. It is determined that the development of Russian rural territories is still very far from the state of sustainability. It is emphasized that the situation is changing for the better, but at an extremely slow pace. The problem of saving people in rural areas of the country is raised as one of the most fundamental and requiring close attention from the state. It is proposed to use not only the category of sustainability, but also the concept of inclusiveness in the prospective program documents on rural development in the Russian Federa-tion to characterize dynamic transformations based on the conditions created for the normal life of each person living in rural areas, including transport provision of territories, accessibility of education, medicine and digital technologies, developed infrastructure and employment opportunities.

The content of this article is the use of a system-dynamic approach as a tool for studying the interaction be-tween government and society in the formation and development of the state scientific and technological policy of the Russian Federation. Events taking place in the modern world, associated with attempts to isolate and impose sanctions on the part of a number of Western European countries and the American side, including in the scientific and technological sphere, as well as the formation of a negative image of Russia in the interna-tional political arena, have prompted changes and revision of the previously adopted educational system based on the Bologna system of education. At the present stage of development of the political system, we can observe the process of formation of a sovereign and independent state scientific and technological policy. Practical experience, combined with the theoretical knowledge possessed by experts, contributes to the for-mation and implementation of an effective public policy in this area that takes into account the modern realities. The advantages of using a systemic dynamic approach as a research tool are its coverage and consideration of modern realities in the study of the formation of state science and technology policy. Systemati-zation and harmonization of these areas of cooperation of the Union will increase the level of integration inter-action in the conditions of digital development of the global economy, as well as to ensure effective protection of IP rights, to form a highly qualified pool of Eurasian youth.

The article scrutinizes the role of an experimental implementation of the Feedback Platform – (hereinafter re-ferred to as the FTP), created for the purposes of Internet-interaction between the authorities and the population on the basis of the portal “Gosuslugi”. It investigates the possibilities of improving the public-law regulation of relations arising in the process of citizens’ appeals to the authorities through the Feedback Platform.
