The World Health Organization (WHO) issues recommendations regarding influenza vaccine utilization, with a focus on safeguarding the most vulnerable and high-risk segments of the population against severe disease [1]. WHO's policy report on influenza vaccine, published in 2022, specifically designates pregnant women as a priority group for nations expanding their influenza vaccination initiatives, underlining the vaccine's capacity to confer protection to both mothers and their newborns for up to six months postpartum, shielding them from influenza infections [2]. Extensive evidence attests to the safety of administering influenza vaccines to pregnant women, with studies revealing a substantial reduction in laboratory-confirmed influenza cases, ranging from 35% to 70% for mothers and 28% to 61% for infants under six months of age [3,5]. The Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) in Qatar recommends that pregnant women receive a single dose of the influenza vaccine during any trimester of pregnancy, and this guidance is implemented across Antenatal clinics, including the Rawadat al Khail Health Center. Adherence to both local and WHO guidelines in clinical practice is of paramount importance. Thus, this study endeavors to ascertain the degree of adherence exhibited by healthcare professionals and pregnant women to the recommendations pertaining to influenza vaccination during pregnancy.

Introduction: Positive intraoperative pleural lavage cytology (pre-resection PLC) is considered a prognostic risk factor of primary lung cancer surgery. Positive findings suggest subclinical metastasis of malignant cells in the thoracic cavity. In this study, we attempted to determine the incidence of and risk factors for positive pleural lavage cytology (PLC) in primary lung cancer patients. Methods: We included 62 surgically treated patients who had been diagnosed with non-small-cell lung cancer and had their PLC status examined between November 2019 and November 2021. PLC was measured by the circulating tumour cell (CTC) method, and we searched for factors predictive of a PLC-positive status. Results: PLC (+) was identified in 22 of the 62 patients (35.5%) and was associated with air bronchogram (p=0.042), pathological classification (p=0.008) and tumour stage (p=0.017). There was no significant difference in other factors between PLC (+) and PLC (-) patients. Binary logistic regression analysis showed that the odds ratio of PLC positivity in the population with bronchial signs was 4.200 compared with the population without bronchial signs. Conclusion: Lung cancer patients with bronchial signs on imaging have a greater probability of PLC positivity. The probability of PLC positivity in patients with carcinoma in situ is reduced, and the probability of PLC positivity increases when the tumour metastasizes.

"Appreciate the beauty of each other and share the beauty of all" is the purpose and spirit. The update design of historical blocks, as a part of public environment landscape, attaches importance to its own historical value and aesthetic education value to the contemporary public aesthetics. Historical blocks are the symbols of city history and culture, and also the main content of sustainable development of urban landscape in the new era. They reflect the development trajectory of a city in different historical periods and condense the historical memory of several generations of a city. The renovation of historical blocks should not only focus on spatial form, but also pay attention to socio-economic and cultural factors. Urban micro-update can be regarded as a way to improve and enhance the quality of human life. The focus is mainly on small-scale transformation of existing sites and buildings to meet new functional and aesthetic needs, characterized by small investment, good benefits, and high quality. The East Gate Market in Jinjiang District, Chengdu, is a "small and exquisite" block landscape known for its old Chengdu market cultural experience, backed by the famous writer Li Jieren's former residence. It has typical local characteristics and cultural accumulation. This article takes Chengdu East Gate Market as the research object, adopts both qualitative and quantitative research methods, uses the micro-updating of urban historical blocks as the entry point, conducts field research, summarizes the micro-updating practice experience of Chengdu East Gate Market from the aspects of spatial structure, material space, and cultural landscape, with a view to injecting new vitality into the updating practice of the same type of urban historical blocks and meeting the higher demands of contemporary people for spiritual and cultural life.

Background: Clean Intermittent Catheterization (CIC) is the preferred bladder management modality among individuals afflicted with neurogenic bladder and has been deemed a safe and effective treatment. Nevertheless, extensive research reveals that adherence to CIC procedures over a prolonged period of time is less than ideal. Aims: This systematic review aims to collect qualitative information from CIC users to comprehend their actual experiences, assess the impact of CIC on their everyday life, and explore practical barriers to CIC use. Methods: Systematic searches were conducted across four databases, CINAHL, PsycINFO, PubMed, and Scopus. The author team evaluated the included articles using the Critical Appraisal Skills Programme checklist for qualitative studies. A meta-synthesis approach was employed in the analysis of the data. Findings: Eleven studies published in English met the inclusion criteria. The meta-synthesis findings based on third-order analysis confirmed twelve sub-themes that integrate into three higher-order themes, ‘psychological experience’, ‘impact on daily life’, and ‘practical barriers’.

Objective: To investigate whether serum albumin/leukocyte ratio combined with good outcome score after resuscitation (GO-FAR score) can improve the prediction of neurological outcomes in patients with cardiac arrest, so that clinical decisions can be made earlier and futile resuscitation can be avoided. Methods:The data of 72 patients with cardiac arrest rescued 2020.01.01-2022.04.30 in the Seventh Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University were collected, and the GO-FAR score and albumin/leukocyte ratio of all patients were calculated. The main research outcome was the neurological outcome within one month after cardiac arrest. The brain function performance score (CPC score) was used for assessing neurological outcomes, It was divided into two groups:a good prognosis group (CPC score 1-2) and a poor prognosis group (CPC score 3-5). Multivariate Logistic analysis and ROC curve analysis were performed on the data of the two groups, and conclusions were drawn. Result:Univariate and multivariate analysis found that the albumin/leukocyte ratio and GO-FAR score in the poor prognosis group were lower than those in the good prognosis group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The results of ROC curve analysis found that the area under the curve of ALB/WBC, GO-FAR score, and ALB/WBC + GO-FAR score were: 0.782 (95% CI: 0.662 to 0.903), 0.677 (95% CI: 0.493 to 0.862), 0.841 (95% CI: 746-0.936), P < 0.05, and the difference was statistically significant. Malignant tumor, shock rhythm, albumin, and leukocytes were all influencing factors for functional outcomes in patients with cardiac arrest. Conclusion:The combination of GO-FAR score and albumin/leukocyte ratio can better predict neurological outcomes in patients with cardiac arrest, but still cannot make instructions to stop resuscitation. More research is needed to confirm.
