The research objectives are (1) Analyzing alternative strategies for developing agro-industry made from seaweed in Mataram City; and (2) Analyzing the strategic options that are prioritized in the development of seaweed agro-industry in Mataram City. The research method uses descriptive methods. Determining the research location was carried out using the Purposive Sampling technique. The main respondents in the research were seaweed agro-industry entrepreneurs. To strengthen data related to product quality and price instruments, data was added by interviewing buyers/consumers as additional respondents, so the assessment was more objective. Producer respondents were determined using the census method, while consumer respondents were determined using the Accidental Sampling method. The results of the research show (1) Alternative development strategies using SWOT, obtained by micro-businesses in quadrant Ⅲ (WO Strategy) include utilizing coaching for access to capital, modern technology, good packaging, expanding the market through social media, increasing the number of human resources, and promotions to overcome less strategic location. For small businesses in quadrant Ⅰ (SO Strategy) by utilizing experience and business permits to create employment opportunities, process agricultural products, promote quality products without preservatives, and use guidance from related agencies, (2) QSPM matrix analysis produces priority strategies for Micro business is expanding the market and promoting through social media to meet high product demand, while for small business it is increasing the added value of products with available raw materials and utilizing guidance from related agencies.

Bullying is an aggressive act toward someone who cannot defend themselves. Students who experience bullying victimization are treated badly by their friends, such as by being teased, ostracized, or kicked. Therefore, this study aims to determine the influencing factors of students being bullied among Indonesian students. The data used is secondary data from the 2022 Program for International Student Assessment (PISA) for Indonesia, with a sample comprised of 11,479 students from 403 schools. Data analysis uses a multilevel model with a binary response because the data is hierarchically structured, and the response variable is binary. The results show that male students, who have missed school, are late for school, repeat a grade, have low grade levels, low teacher support, low discipline, rural schools, and those with small class sizes will have a higher chance of experiencing bullying victimization more often. Overall, this study helps explain the influencing factors of students being bullied so that these factors can be given more attention to improving school policies.

For all users of the road, road safety is crucial. Everyone is concerned about it because of the dramatic increase in the number of vehicles on the road in recent years, road safety has become even more crucial. According to a 2014 World Health Organization research, motorcycle riders account for more than half of all fatalities in traffic incidents. At 19%, pedestrians make up the second-highest percentage of road user fatalities, after four-wheeled vehicle drivers (14%), and their passengers (11%). If there are road safety services in place and followed to reduce the high risk of accidents on most Philippine highways and roads, then accidents may be prevented. Many traffic incidents that occur these days include trucks, buses, and motorcyclists. Even when they are not in the official motorcycle lanes, most motorbikes would overtake as often as possible to escape heavy traffic because these vehicles tend to travel through even the steepest parts of the road. This situation may result in a collision between a motorcycle and a high-wheeled vehicle. This study employed the descriptive developmental method of research using the questionnaire in gathering the respondents’ assessment on the road safety services of a transport safety provider.

The objective of this paper is making magnetism. Magnetism is a force [1], thus it behaves like a vector. Vector is a quantity that has magnitude and direction [2]. Therefore, two magnetic forces add by rules of vector addition [3]. Thus, two magnetic forces could be added as vectors. Vectors add by similarity of direction as described in [3].

The Enhanced Basic Education Act of 2013, often known as K to 12, was introduced by Republic Act10533. The SHS voucher program is a mechanism to provide financial assistance to qualified students while also decongesting public schools and promoting partnerships with private schools. In response to the mandate of RA 10533 to expand Government Assistance to Students and Teachers in Private Education (E-GASTPE), the Department of Education (DepEd) introduced the Senior High School Voucher Program. This demonstrates that condensing the 12 years of education taught around the world into 10 years of education in the Philippines has been a struggle for students and teachers seeking to meet global standards; thus, the goal of the study is to uncover implementation issues, show best practices, and recommend appropriate interventions that can improve the execution of the Senior High School Voucher Program among Metro Manila private schools. The study utilized a descriptive method of research and descriptive correlational design. The study was participated by the DepEd Officials/Employees, School Administrators, and Stakeholders.

The fury of Hurricane OTIS on October 24, 2023 exposed pre-existing social inequalities and inequities in Acapulco, Guerrero, Mexico. OTIS also evidenced the omissions before the hurricane, the abandonment during the hurricane and the inabilities after the hurricane of the authorities in charge of protecting society. The actions of the three levels of government were reprehensible before and after the impact of the hurricane. First, because there was no timely warning plan, the places of refuge were not made known, much less the level of destruction that the hurricane would cause. And after the hurricane, there was no response plan or protocols to respond to the most basic needs and protect citizens. This work was carried out under an inductive-deductive method in which a documentary review of national and international legislation was carried out, as well as literature related to the topic of research on natural disasters and human rights after Hurricane OTIS in Acapulco, Guerrero. , Mexico. The problems that subsequently prevailed and that affected the human rights of citizens were primarily the lack of prevention, safety and security, health, work, housing, public services, pollution and unequal access in the provision of aid. Definitely, aid in an emergency situation due to a natural disaster must be based on the perspective of human rights in order to provide relevant and effective assistance that fully meets all the basic needs of the victims for their prompt recovery and reconstruction.

Abstract The use of teaching methods in accounting education is still rare. This can lead to students having little or no interest, lack of motivation, and learning difficulties in understanding accounting because it is unclear. The importance of this research is to understand the production process of learning media models in accounting. Develop an understanding of knowledge and skills in accounting through learning experiences based on real-world situations. The method used in this study is the use of the research model (4D) developed by Thiagarajan, with definition (interpretation), design phase, development phase and dissemination phase (distribution). The results suggest that interpretation of existing data is not sufficient to support the use of the scientific method. All students are motivated to learn the curriculum in the classroom.

Speech delay occurs when a child is unable to produce words correctly or fluently. Whereas language delay occurs when the child has difficulty in understanding what others are saying or difficulty in conveying information and thoughts. Speech delay and language delay allow children to experience several adverse effects such as developmental delays, decreased cognitive, social and emotional abilities, and risk of having poor health status. The literature search used two databases, Scopus and Scholar. Only studies describing influencing factors and interventions on speech and language delay were included. The results of this systematic review suggest that factors influencing the occurrence of speech and language delay in children, generally occur due to the influence of family factors with a history of speech delay and language delay, and gender factors. As well as, interventions that parents and prospective parents can do to avoid the occurrence of speech and language delays in children include, among others, conducting early examinations or early stage early identification to assess child growth, increasing maternal knowledge related to child development education, involving children in reading and activities together, and it is advisable for mothers to conduct routine examinations during pregnancy.
